Polecam wszystkim hotel - zwłaszcza na tygodniowe lub dłuższe pobyty. Apartament duży, dobrze wyposażony. Odległość od centrum - 10 min jazdy tramwajem, który często kursuje. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna - w razie kłopotów od razu reaguje. Jeśli bym jeszcze raz miała pojechać do Mediolanu to tylko do Calvino jak najbardziej :-)

Dogodna lokalizacja hotelu w okolicy Stacione Centrale choć sama identyfikacja wejścia do hotelu nie należy do łatwych. Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadanie. Pokój przyjemny, sporych rozmiarów jednak umeblowanie trochę trąci myszką. Mimo wszystko polecam.
Za dodatkową osobę może być wymagana dopłata, której wysokość zależy od obiektu.
Przy zameldowaniu wymaga się przedstawienia ważnego, oficjalnego dowodu tożsamości z fotografią oraz wpłacenia kaucji kartą kredytową lub w gotówce na wypadek nieprzewidzianych kosztów.

This lakeshore town near the Swiss border has elegant parks and medieval buildings. It also has a busy industrial quarter based on silk manufacture, and is a fine place for shopping. A museum traces the history of Como’s textiles, which still supply the great fashion houses of Europe. Main sights are a handsome Gothic - Renaissance cathedral, and the Romanesque church of Sant’Abbondio, decorated with 14th-century frescoes.

Hotel is located at the heart of the city yards from lake Como. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Hotel is old but is maintained very well and the room we stayed in had a remodeled bathroom. The bathroom was the largest we have stayed in when we were in Italy. The location is within walking distance to the two trainstations. Would stay again.
"You're definitely paying for location"
The location is fantastic. You can not get a more convenient location in Como. It's a few steps from the train station, Cathedral, lake, and water taxis. The rooms were the typical small European rooms. The decor was a bit tacky and outdated, and the linens were of very low quality. (And I'm pretty sure no one had changed the bedspread out in ages) […] The wardrobe size was horrible; you could not hang more than a few articles of clothing in it. the location cant be beat..close to ferries, funicular, town center..beautiful lake views..street a bit noisy but only at certain times and the location was worth it...loved every minute of it!!!and we found the hotel staff to be most accomodating!
"Grandeur but faded"
A fine hotel in a very impressive location on the shore of Lake Como. The room was clean and it wasn't noisy as the only sounds that could be heard at night was water lapping the shore. The waiter service at the bar was elegantly efficient. Overall a lovely hotel but it could do with a refurbishment.
Beautiful Hotel overlooking lake and mountains. Courteous staff. Bedroom and bathroom both very well appointed and a view I will dream about for years to come.

awesome location. right across the steet from lake como. ferry is less than a minute away. a few great pizzerias and ristorantes nearby! very modern rooms and very clean! no complaints here. breakfast is not included and you have to pay for internet!

"Weekend in Como"
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and always been happy. The rooms are large and comfortable, many with lovely views over the lake. The hotel's restaurant serves absolutely delicious food at reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como.

Great location, terrible service, rude front desk attendants and room was horrible - looked as though it was for hotel staff not paying quests. BUT - Como was wonderful and we will return JUST not to this place!!!

Our superior lakefront room was spacious and elegant, and the hotel's location cannot be beat: fronting on Lake Como and a short walk from the boat dock. Great location to explore both the lake and the city. Next to ferry. Small but comfortable rooms, but too small for longer stays. We stayed 2 days and were very happy.

Great location right on water and near fabulous stores and restraunts. Bathrooms are a little old school and rooms are outdated but the location and price could not be beat.

We had a great room with a great view! if you want to stay in the actual city of "como" i would reccommend this. however if you want to be discovering lake como i would for sure stay in vernazza or bellagio.

We got a great, though tiny, room overlooking the piazza and the lake. A little noisy from traffic when the window was open, but the view was really nice. Definitely get a view room. Pretty good for the money. Great restaurants and shopping right nearby.

Incredible room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. Great staff and very convenient location. Walk to all the restaurants and quaint shopping area that constitutes "downtown" Como. "Clean and economical"
The room was clean and in a great location, but the hotel staff was somewhat surly and provided little guidance to the city of Como and lakes region. Also, breakfast is not included and, while nice, is quite pricey.

Gammal och småsliten fastighet med hotellvärldens minsta hiss. Frukosten var ok, läget är rätt bra vid torget alldeles intill Lago di Como. Dåligt med parkeringar utanför dessutom sämst läge på parkeringen. Finns garage mot tillägg.

Die Möbel sind sehr alt, das Bett wie ein Brett, nicht wirklich Rollstuhlgängig (2 Tritte beim Eingang und Lift unter 60cm breit), kein Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Schön war jedoch das Badezimmer.

"Szoba ár"
A szállodai szoba és a hozzá tartozó fürdőszoba mérete és berendezési tárgyai(főkén a zuhanyozó-amiből nem folyik tisztálkodásra elegendő mennyiségű víz) nem érik el a 4*-os szállodai szintet,ennek megfelelően a szoba ára irreálisan magas.!!
"Utärkt läge precis vid Como sjön."
Hotellet har en utmärk restaurang, men frukosten var väldigt torftig och personalen vid frukosten nonchalant.

Das Hotel war okay, aber nicht berauschend. Wir würden dem Hotel jedenfalls 3 Sterne, und keine 4 zuteilen.... Wir hatten ein Superior-DZ mit Balkon und Seeblick. Die Nasszelle war zwar etwas eng, aber schön renoviert und sauber. Das Zimmer hingegen - ebenfalls ziemlich klein - wirkte schon etwas ältlich. Das Hotel hat wirklich eine Superlage. für uns Ideal wenn wir shopen gehen in Como .Für längeren Aufenthalt wirkt es nicht so gemütlich. donne sur les quais. vue magnifique sur le lac. chambre avec air conditionné. on peut laisser les fenêtres fermées la nuit. trafic routier un peu bruyant. Geste sympathique de l'hôtelier. on reçoit un bon de 10% si on mage au restaurant de l'Hôtel. Très bonne cuisine, personnel très aimable.

"Helt ok men inte värt pengarna"
Tycker att hotellet var helt ok men levde inte upp till våra förväntningar på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Servicen var sådär, dels hade vi problem med att får ett icke rökare-rum trots att vi bokat det. När vi åt på hotellets restaurang hade vi en bordsgranne som drack orimligt mycket, han var inte stökig men det gick inte att undgå att han drack mer […] än han klarade av, trots det fortsatte personalen servera honom mer vin. Det slutade med att personen i fråga kräktes mycket kraftigt under vår måltid. Vi anser att personalen skötte detta mycket oprofessionellt och dom kunde inte ens bjuda på en kopp kaffe i lobbyn som plåster på såren för en "förstörd" middag. Przeczytaj więcej

Hotel liegt sehr schön am See und in der Nähe der wichtigsten Einkaufsstrasse, Restaurant ist gut, es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze und die Zimmer sind klein.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Comersee, jedoch auch an der Autostrasse. Die Zimmer zum See sind lärmig. Das Hotel ist durchschnittlich gepflegt, das Personal korrekt, jedoch empfindet man keine Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht zu empfehlen (qualitativ unterdurchschnittlich für diese Hotelkategorie).

Seul point positif, sa situation. Hôtel qui a eu sa splendeur mais tout sauf un 4 étoiles. Chambre à peine digne d'un 2 étoiles. Personnel de service peu intéressé par son travail, accueil pas terrible, conseils zéro. Au petit déjeuner qui termine à 10H30, à 09H30 j'ai demandé si il était possible de remettre des oeufs brouillés. Réponse, non, c'est […] terminé ! Une honte. Porte de la chambre plus petite que la norme, une personne un peu forte ne pouvait pas entrer. Déco déplorable et honteuse pour un 4 étoile, TV payante.... Salle de bain avec de la moisissure sur les joints, des carreaux marrons avec des petites fleurs (même ma grand-mère a meilleur goût), pas de place pour poser ses affaires, les WC qui coulaient. Je passe du temps pour chercher mes hôtels, c'est la première fois que j'ai honte en montrant la chambre à ma femme. Les parties communes sont défraichies, sauf le hall (préservons les apparences). Probablement l'une des pires chambres que j'ai eu ! Franchement, à part son emplacement, cet hôtel est une honte. Je déconseille vraiment le Métropole Suisse. Przeczytaj więcej

Das Hotel war in der Nàhe des Bahnhofes und des Sees, trotz des Schnaeppchenpreises war das Zimmer sehr schoen mit Seesicht.

Ottima posizione praticamente sul lago. Colazione ottima. Camera confortevole salvo il bagno un pò vetusto. Personale cordiale e disponibile. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione interna anche se ordinata e pulita
