Located a stones throw from Queen St. Well equipped and sizeable apartment. Recommended for short and long stays particularly for shopping sprees!

I absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was in the perfect location making it simple and easy to navigate around the city. The hotel staff was helpful in making restaurant suggestions.

Was a liitle disappointed in our room. Sofa bed was not made up for our son. Had a very stale smell which was off putting. Cleanliness of the room was disappointing.

The moment we walked into the room we fell in love with it. The staff had even made up the sofa bed ready for my son.

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom suite which had a large lounge area, small kitchen with hotplates, a microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There was a seperate bedroom with a comfortable bed and another flat screen TV. There was even a balcony which would be nice in warmer weather. Everything was well kept and the room was clean. The only things […] I would suggest for improvement would be more coathangers in the wardrobe (I think there were only 3 or 4) and some furniture on the balcony. Close to major shops, cinemas ect. Southbank a 10 min walk. Everything handy and close by. Rooms clean. Would recommend.

Our whole experience was fantastic. Excellent staff - incredibly resourceful and helpful, great location - close to all ammenities, well appointed room and available extras - pool, gym (small but all professional equipment and in good working order)

"Upscale Room, Great Views"
Great service, wished we could've stayed longer. Received a complementary bottle of champagne while honeymooning. Would definitely stay here again if in Brisbane. Easy walk to South Bank. Bed was very comfortable.

Dejligt hotel med venligt personale. Rene værelser og s beliggenhed. Fornuftig pris. Morgenmaden på hotellet svarer ikke til hotellets ellers gode standard.

Ligger sentralt, og gjør seg fortjent til stjernene sine. Bare en liten svikt ved at rommet ikke var rengjort en kveld vi kom tilbake, men det ble fikset samme kveld. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen med australsk glimt i øyet. Bra, men dyr frokost.

"Keine Kundenfreundlichkeit"
Das Zimmer war ganz OK, das Bad liess hygienisch ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Aber der hammer: Genau neben unserem Zimmer war eine Baustelle, das Zimmer wart somit seinen Preis absolut nicht wert! Ich habe mich über den Lärm beschwert, aber die Hotelleitung wollte keine Preisreduktion gewähren. Stattdessen bot man mir an die Checkout Zeit um 2 Stunden […] zu verlängern, was völlig Sinnlos ist wenn man so unangenehm Wohnt! Fazit: Räume OK, aber keinerlei Kundenfreundlichkeit.
