I enjoyed my 2 night stay very much, would use this motel again. The Cleanliness of room was above par.

Not bad for price,, but not much around

Shower was terrible, I accually believe I could have tinkled more, than this shower was putting out. took me almost twice as long to take a shower. alot of noisy nieghbors, broken glass lay on side walk with room service attendances right outside, they had to walk on it to get in room, but yet I saw it and picked it up.

We stayed here over the Christmas weekend. It was really cheap but I still felt as if we over paid. The room smelled like old mold, the bathroom was disgusting, and the sheets had (I'm guessing) a prior guest's head hair all in them. We went to the local Walmart to purchase our on cleaning supplies. The maid got mad that we would actually use bleach […] to clean after she "merely straightened" our room. She replied that she doesn't like the smell of other cleaning products. Well in my opinion I would rather use products I know would kill mold/bacteria than just using something that temporally freshens it. I arrived late, but the key was waiting for me. The walls and floors are far from sound proof. I heard a lot of noise from my neighbors in adjacent rooms next to me and above me. Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast provided was very marginal, and the person assigned to supply the breakfast was not very helpful. I arrived and from the looks of the outside, I just knew this was going to be a miserable stay. I requested an early check in, which was not honored. After waiting around for hours, I try to check in at 1pm--room not ready, 2pm--room still not ready, 3pm--still not ready, 4pm--finally ready. At that point I was getting quite irritated since others were […] able to check in, but my room for some reason wasn't ready. I open the door and expect an old, smelly, loud room. I was quite surprised! The room was spacious, had a separate seating area, desk, flat screen tv, modern furniture & decor, and refrigerator/microwave. The bed was so comfortable! I also had other family members checking in after I did. I called and told them how nice my room was. They made their reservations directly through Days Inn, so I don't know if that influenced how their rooms were picked...They checked into smokey non-smoking rooms, old decor, tube tv's, leaky toilets & sinks, no microwave or refrigerator. the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but the water pressure isn't that good. Toilets dont flush good either... This is a great hotel if just passing through and need some sleep...

Hard to locate. GPS brings you to wrong location. It is on Hwy. 70 Byp E. across from Harley Davidson Dealership. Not the most updated hotel, but worth the money paid.

The first problem was with hotels.com. They would not book a non smoking room. When I checked in I asked if there were any available and there were but they would not change me from a smoking to a non smoking. Towels were dirty and toilet was used and not flushed. Lack of care or concern by staff.

We reserved a "suite" to find out we had two adjoining rooms - the sofa bed was in a separate room with its own TV and door for privacy. This was a surprise and worked out well for us. The heater in our room was slightly loud and my hair dryer didn't work. I normally don't write reviews at all, but this hotel was very far below standards. I stay in a lot of lower-cost hotels, including others in Goldsboro, many that cost less and were better. Found roach in the room, towel rack was twisted up and fell off the wall when you took a towel off of it, tub dripped all night and would not stop. We were very comfortable and had a nice stay at the Days Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. Certainly nothing fancy but to stay for half the cost of the nicer hotels, it was a great value. I would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

The Days Inn of Goldsboro advertises that rooms feature a refrigerater and microwave in rooms. The room had neither. Ice machine closest to room was not working- one on other end of hotel was only one producing ice. Room did not even have a clock. Good points were cleanliness and comfort of room.

Don't go! I booked 3 rooms. They had one room way far away from the other 2. One of the other two, had lights on, beds looked slept in. We had to get another room. The rooms stunk. We must have been in a bad part of town, because my check in was through a window. Not good!

We had to face Irene the hurricane . No electricity and room service was not always available. Bu t in normal circonstance it would have been probably good service.

The room was not what I expected. The comforter was ripped. Had to ask for washcloths at night because they told me they didn't have any clean. Could not get an extra blanket for the room. The power went off on our last night, The lights didn't work, called front desk they said they will see if they can get it fixed. It was pitched dark and we we expected […] to check out. Just what we expected.

I recently visited this hotel for a quick weekend trip and instantly knew once I walked into the room that I would no longer stay at ANY Days Inn location. The room had must have been exterminated which means there where BUGS, dead and alive, in our room. And since I wanted to do a little experiment to see IF house cleaning would notice and clean up. […] THEY did not. Which meant my toddler could walk on the floor. Worst customer service that I have encountered in a very long time. Each staff member that I met was more rude than the one before. The staff found a way to refuse even the most common request.

Clean room but toilet was leaking. Breakfast was sparse

Ok hotel for the price. I stayed there before and I've never had a problem. Motel style setup. The was urine on the floor behind the toilet so thoroughly check your room. Cleaning lady couldn't understand english well and that was frustrating. Stay there if you're on a budget but I wouldn't recommend any other two star in this area. Go 3 star or hi […] gher. They had fleas

Loved this hotel and the staff. We were there during the tornadoes and these 2 women were so sympathetic and helpful to the weary travelers that they had to turn away because the hotel was booked. The room was nice & large, mostly clean but the pool was a slimmy mess.

The staff was very friendly an accommodating to our need and requests. The rooms were clean and were attended to each day during our one week stay. This is not a five star hotel but I would recommend this as a convenient well priced place to stay while in Goldsboro, NC. We are planning on staying here next year on our trip to NC.
