Its OK if you are playing Golf go for it just make sure you get to Breakfast early - the staff seemed unable to cope and genuinely surprised that people staying in the hotel might want breakfast!! We arrived with an hour of service left to find literally nothing to eat and staff running around trying to cope with broken equipment and increasingly annoyed […] guests. I did complain at the time and at checkout and the checkout staff removed the breakfast charge from my bill which I appreciated - rather not have had the hassle though. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was poor, the food could charitably be classified as mediocre, and some of the restaurant staff were curt and unhelpful. "Novotel à St Quentin: Belle vue sur le golf mais.."
Les assiettes du petit-déjeuner étaient sales. Le sol gras collant et glissant. Mauvais service. heureusement il y a la vue sur le golf. Serviettes de bain trop petites. Façade avant et arrière délabrées. Terrasses en mauvais.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le château de Versailles (moins de 10km). Nous sommes accueillis à notre arrivée (vers 21h) par une réceptionniste qui n'arrive pas immédiatement et qui a l'air négligée. La chambre est d'une dimension agréable et donne sur le golf. J'ai trouvé des poils dans la baignoire et un manque évident de rigueur […] dans le nettoyage en général (sdb) ; j'ai même retrouvé des miettes sur la moquette. De plus, nous avions commandé le petit déjeuner en chambre pour le lendemain matin via l'imprimé réservé à cet effet (à accrocher à la poignée de la porte). Le lendemain matin, après avoir constaté le retard sur l'horaire indiqué, nous découvrons que le bulletin n'a pas été ramassé.... nous appelons donc la réception pour que le nécessaire soit fait. "1 overnachting in Novotel Saint Quentin Golf"
Wij waren in dit hotel voor 2 overnachtingen met als doel een bezoek aan de kastelen van Versailles. Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen aan de golf. Het hotel is echter toe aan een serieuze opknapbeurt. Het zwembad zag er echt niet fris uit en om er te geraken moet je door het restaurant.Niet echt handig in badpak! Het voetbad stond droog en aan de douche […] stonk het. Er ging dan ook niemand in toen wij er waren. Het ontbijt op zich was wel OK, maar er waren te veel mensen en het personeel kon dit niet aan. Sommige van hen liepen er dan ook heel misnoegd rond. Als iemand morste op de grond werd dit niet opgekuist. Resultaat was dat je bijna aan de vloer bleef kleven. Het hotel ziet er wat uitgeleefd uit. het comfort op de kamer was wel ok en het bed was zeer goed maar je ziet dat alles een opknapbeurt nodig heeft. Personeel was zeer zeker vriendelijk. En særdeles god service og imødekommenhed fra hotellets personale. God beliggenhed i skønne grønne omgivelser, med mange faciliteter og let adgang til motorvejsnettet. God mad og service.

de kamer was heel goed, maar we waren niet zo tevreden over de avondmaaltijd. te duur voor wat we kregen, erg jammer. het ontbij daarentegen was dan wel weer in orde. maar de tafels werden niet snel afgeruimd, waardoor alles een rommelige indruk had. we hadden dit hotel als doorreis-hotel geboekt, maar we komen hier niet meer terug.
"Perdidos en la noche"
Cerraron la autovía que lleva hasta el hotel, y pasamos 2 horas perdidos y atascados en crreterillas de segundo orden y pueblos desconocidos, sin apenas indicaciones. Aparecimos en Versalles y desde ahí pudimos ir al hotel llegando a las 2:00 AM. Buen hotel para Versalles, mala elección para Paris.

El hotel esta en una zona muy tranquila. Muy cerca de Versalles. Teniendo coche esta relativamente cerca de Paris ( 30' ) , de Eurodisney ( 50 ' ) etc. Nosotros eramos 4 , la habitacion era amplia. La limpeza muy correcta. El desayuno muy variado , y los niños hasta 16 años es gratis.

hôtel archi bruyant dû a un bâtiment pas insonorisé du tout du coup jusqu'a 1H du matin, et meme au dernier etage, les bruits divers et varié tels que des coups, des chariots qui roulent, des portes qui claquent risquent de vous rendre la nuit et surtout le sommeil impossible, personnel le matin au petit dejeuner tres peu competant
