Bardzo dobry motel, czysty i zadbany, mały basen, piękna okolica. Trochę daleko od centrum miasteczka, ale dobra restauracja (Barking Frog) w odległości spaceru. Cena więcej, niż przyzwoita. W czasie podróży po USA spałem w kilkunastu budżetowych motelach i ten był najlepszy.

"Tried... but fell short"
Comfort select number beds... stuck on 100. Hard as a rock. Ice and soda machines located in another building.... but out of order. This was an expensive hotel that really tried to be nice - but was so lacking in basic comforts.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Hotels.com

"Very nice!"

"Flagstaff Vacation"
We like to embrace the idea of going "green" and decided to not have new sheets and bath towels daily. However, the cleaning crew did not leave shampoo and body soap 2 out of four days we paid to stay at the Woodlands hotel. I had to call the front desk twice and once I called they brought them. We had room service each morning for breakfast but I had […] to call the front desk and ask for an in room menu twice as the maids did not put the menus in room upon making the bed. I understand forgetting once and I have no problem calling to ask for delivery but more than once is a service issue. If they are making the bed and just taking out trash they should supply the menus and shampoo; especially knowing we enjoyed breakfast in room daily. "Ambitious new management fell a bit short"
I booked a single night at the Woodlands Hotel as a stopover on a cross-state trip. It's a big hotel, and so a bit soulless in its decor. That said, I wanted a comfortable quiet night, and that is what I got. On check in I was told the property was under new management, and that a newer suite was available for a not trifling sum, that my chosen set […] up had an "old bed". I declined the upgrade and my initially booked room was totally fine with a totally comfortable bed. I asked about laundry facilities and was told (again, TMI?) that under new management regime, guests were allowed use of the public laundry on each floor (vs. hotel service). That was fine except the detergent dispenser was empty on my floor, and the washing machine still sloshed with rinse water at the conclusion of it's full cycle. Lastly, the restaurant operation for dinnertime meal was underwhelming with an inexperienced staff that alternately ignored or fawned over our table. Menu wise, they could do more with a little local authenticity vs. sushi (in Flagstaff... really??), fish and chips (again, how many miles are we from the nearest ocean?), or a sticky sweet orange-glazed fried chicken. "Good Little Hotel - Excellent Value"
I would have given this all ratings of 5, but a few minor issues marred my two bookend visits to the hotel (I stayed for two days, left, and returned for another two). Upon arrival the first time, I was given the key to a room that was propped open with the deadbolt latch. Having traveled all day, it was an annoyance and (unfortunately) the first impression […] I received. Made me skittish about safety and security at the hotel. On the second visit, I booked two single night bookings through a third-party website. On the morning of the second day, I went to the front desk and reminded them of this, and was assured that everything was "set to go." As I anticipated (I spent 12 years in international hotel management), when I got to my room at 10pm, after 13 hours of work and driving, I discovered my key was no longer functional. They had to check out the first reservation and check in the second, rendering the key useless. It's the little attention to detail like this - even with my prompting the Desk staff - that makes a difference. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. Great location, very clean, good facilities, nice basic bath amenities. I didn't spend much time out of the room using the public space or F&B outlets, so can't comment there... Good value. I stayed the night there at the hotel wouldn't recommend the restaurant, dish ware had been dirty, sandwich tasted a bit off. Hotel front desk clerk didn't mention the deposit on the room. "Easy access to whole city and highways"
everything worked out great. checked into hotel in the early evening, everybody was very helpful. Room was ready to go. Had some questions with the general area the front desk was able to help with a few helpful maps. Room was payed for though Hotels.com and there was no fuss in the morning at check out. Pristine and very comfortable rooms. The service was friendly and efficient.The hotel offers two restaurants : one classical american and one Japanese style. "Family Ski Getaway"
The hotel was easy to get to and close to all the sites in Flagstaff. It was clean, convenient and comfy for a family of 4. After a long day of skiing at Snowbowl, the whirlpool was great to relax in. We stayed in a room with regular beds so we didn't tryout the Sleep Number beds. However, when I had a complaint about the clogged bathtub drain, this hotel did not follow through with the promise of "if you are not satisfied with a part of your experience here, you won't pay for it." We were on our last leg of our trip, I went on hotels.com( as usual) and could not believe the quality description and other patrons reviews of this Radisson. I immediatly booked the hotel same day as our stay. From the lobby to checking in and finally our room it made our last two days of vacation enjoyable. The beds were actually sleep number beds( […] something I always wanted to try) the bathroom large tub shower with removal able and held shower head. Room service, several restaurants in hotel to choose from. Julia the bartender very knowledgable about the liquors, menu items they offer in the lounge and all the other restaurants in hotel. Wonderful hotel, close to many restaurants. We were able to do day trips to Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon from this location. Everyone in the area was super friendly. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is a there were not that many outlets in the room. We had quite a few devices that needed charged and not that […] much space to do so. "Great place to stay"
We love this hotel for its location and amenities. I do miss not having a 4 or 8 cup coffee maker that hotels don't use any more and there is no coffee in the lobby area. This hotel was in a great location for access to Riordan and Lowell. Also, there were plenty of fast and easy food options and stores all within a mile of the hotel. "Best house keeping"
Everyone was very nice from the front desk people to the house keeping staff. Each day when house keeping came they were amazing!! They not only cleaned but were kind enough to hang a jacket that was laying on the bed they made and neatly place shoes together.
