Hotel was obviously very busy but this did not effect us in any way.Service was effecient and it was quiet for sleeping. Would stay here again....
Booked on hotels.com,3 days early, was told we were getting a 2nd story balcony pool room. got there and got a room on the outer edge of hotel,not poolside and paid for a poolside room in advance through the internet. So we couldnt keep a eye on the older kid while in the pool. had to be at the pool at all times. Other than the kids running up & down the hallways & repeatedly setting off the spring doorstops in the late afternoon when we were trying to rest for a busy evening event, it was fine.

I was dissapointed because we chose this hotel for the Free Breakfast and the swimming pool/hot tub. We did not read the fine print somewhere that only 2 adults will receive a breakfast with the room. I was booked in with 3 boys aged 14, 15, 17 and they were not considered adults and as such did not get breakfast. When we looked at the web site it said […] "if more meals where needed to tell them when you check in". We did but still did not receive any other breakfasts. We usually stay where they have a continental breakfast included as my boys are big eaters and it helps me out a lot. This was a misunderstanding on my part and should have read the finer print. I also was planning on spending time in the hot tub while the boys swam in the pool but the hot tub was closed. I was not actually informed of this until I went down in my swimsuit and saw there was no water in the hot tub. Przeczytaj więcej
Thank you for your commets, I apologize for the disappointment you had with our Hot Breakfast program. The rate that is quoted is for 2 people in the room so only allows two coupons, extra can be bought but may not be the best deal for you. Sorry about the confusion. I hope next time you are in the Brandon area you will stay with us so we can improve on you last stay.

"Pleasant - takes pets but needs to take extra care"
All was very good - but they need to put up "please pick up after your pet signs on their grass areas, need to give plastic baggies to pet owners upon check-in, install garbage cans at each hotel entrance so pet owners have someplace to throw plastic baggies away easily, employ people to pick up dog poop on grass areas when irresponsible pet owners […] don't pick up. I love a comfortable bed & great pillows; & they were awesome. Breakfast & service was wonderful. Easy access to all of Brandon; quiet & a beautiful atrium.

Room was very clean, and service was quick and efficient. Our coffee maker wouldn't work, and we called down to the front desk and had a new one delivered to our room very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, friendly and fairly quiet. It was a little noisy on the Saturday night but it had 2 weddings booked, to be expected. They provide us with breakfast coupons for their restaurant which I did'nt expect.
