pokój mały ale czysty. poprosiliśmy o dwa oddzielne łóżka i obsługa bez problemu to zorganizowała (z w zasadzie to i tak był dwa łóżka które można było zsunąć lub spać na rozsuniętych. Osobiście myślałem, że hotel będzie bliżej lotniska i trochę zaskoczyło nas, że dodatkowo trzeba płacić za transport do/z hotelu: 3 GBP od osoby od strony. Dla dwóch […] osób daje to dodatkowo 12GBP. Cant fault IBIS. You know what you get. Good value for money

Excellent stop-over bfore our Canadian friends returned home. The only down side was the shuttle bas for 6.30am was no was big enough and I was glad to be able to get my crew back into my own bus and take them in.

It was a good hotel for overnight stay. Perfectly clean and adequate. No grumbles and the price was very good. Even allowed my 2 doggies to stay with us overnight.

The hotel was great and very good value. The room was big, clean and quiet and we were checked-in very quickly which was great because we arrived late at night. Since we landed around 11pm and wanted to sleep asap, we couldnt wait for the next shuttle bus at 00.30 so we took a taxi which cost £13. The following morning, we took the hotel's shuttle bus […] which cost £3. It's first-come first-served but it's perfect and runs every 30 min morning & evenings. Your pretty standard airport hotel. not frills but also no problems. Shuttle to and from airport was £3.00 each way per person. Room clean and showwer room functional. Good cheap stay for overnight.

WE only had about six hours of stay in our room since we arrived late from London in the evening and had to catch an early morning flight out of Gatwick airport. Our room was very nice, and there is nothing we could complain about. The hotel arranges a shuttle service (3 pounds per customer) for those who have early morning flight.

The staff are so helpful they are so proffessional in everything they do.The evening meals and breakfasts were exellent. I will definitely book future hotels with Hotels .com they make everything stress free. Advance notice I will be looking to book a hotel close to The Royal Court Hotel Coventry CV7 8JG April 2013. If you need an affordable hotel for the night, then the ibis hotel is your best bet at LGW.

But .... Nice clean hotel close to airport, used the hotel shuttle to and fro hotel Very good staff. Highly reccomended

Very convenient, clean, friendly. Would stay again and also would recommend.

For the price you couldn't complain. The hotel was clean, an easy taxi ride to and from the airport and the staff were pleasant. No complaints at all.

Very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel at the price for before or after a flight.

Best overnight hotel stay I've had for ages. The hotel restaurant is a gem.

Does what it says on the tin. Efficient good for overnight stop. Handy covered car park.

As others have mentioned the staff at this hotel are fantastic, the location is also very useful. Unfortunately my stay was ruined by a large humming sound all night long, I presume this was the air conditioning, but I never could track it down. Other than this though I would have give it 4/5 starts, but had to knock it down to 3 for this problem.

Convenient to airport, friendly service and great breakfast. Late arrival, convenient shuttle.

This Hotel is perfectly adequate when you need a place to stay when arriving or going on a flight.

Ideal overnight stop-over before travelling to the Airport early morning. The hotel was difficult to find and on the outskirts of an industrial/shopping area but once there the service was great. Lovely food in restaurant. Car park was full and overflow parking was closed so had to park off site. Great location for flying out of gatwick, cheap and cheerful but factor in the car park which was £5 per night at the time we stayed. They served beer and food so a nice relaxing start to the holiday

Excellent Staff, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Good price and just what was needed after a long flight, simple to get to, easy booking procedures and hassle free. Even had a shuttle bus to-from airport. Well done all.

Good basic level accomodation as a transit hotel for flyers. Very helpful and knowledgeable receptionist.

This hotel uses a VERY strong room freshener in the heating system and it nearly made me sick! If they removed the freshener... it's a great place to stay! Anyone with allergies should NOT STAY HERE.

Good value hotel, convenient for the airport with shuttle service - would use it again.

We've stayed in for just one night and we were very happy with this hotel. The only minus is that you need to get a shuttle to it from the airport, which can be a bit problematic if you have a late flight, like us, and you need to wait 40min for a shuttle or get a taxi. If you need to spend a night near Gatwick then i'd definately recomend staying at the Ibis Gatwick. It is clean, functional, modern, bar, near the airport and most importantly, cheap. It's 2 stars not because it isn't a good hotel. It just doesn't have things like a spa. This was second stay. There is a shuttle bus G23 from and to the airport.

Good location, not far from airport. Left car there for 5 days whilst jetted away, using shuttle bus to get to terminal. Very pleased with hotel staff - efficient and friendly. Defininitely use this system again.

Our family of four slept one night to catch a easyJet next morning. The hotel was very good and the price was a bargain.

Stayed one night prior to a flight from Gatwick. Arrived early evening, was checked in quickly and efficiently. Room compact but clean and comfortable. The bonus having a bar on the ground floor allowed us to sit, have a drink and relax after travelling without having to go out looking for somewhere. Ideal.

We stayed overnight as we had a 06.30 flight in the morning. We arrived the previous evening, had a very palatable meal and a glass of wine in the Ibis restaurant. This hotel was in a good position to the airport, and was excelent value. I enjoyed my stay if it was very short.

Spent a night there before an early flight. Wake-up call, good shower, £3 shuttle to the airport. All fine!

Okay hotel, convenient to airport. Didn't have enough hair dryers. Should have one for every room.

We booked this hotel last minute and were impressed from arrival. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My partner was quite ill and the staff accommodated us so that my partner and I were very comfortable. The location and convenience to Gatwick Airport is terrific. I would stay here again and I can recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest, so we weren't expecting much. But the room was quite large, clean, and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again.
