Staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel was nice and clean. We really liked the room and it was nice to have a seperate sitting area. Breakfast was nice, a little loud thou. The hotel staff was always nice and professional. It was a little far from the Biltmore House, but not way out of the way.

My cousins and I stayed in overnight while visiting the Biltmore which was very close by and easy to access. The breakfast in the morning was quite good and are room was comfortable and the price was right.

Our family had a comfortable stay in this pleasant hotel. The lobby is welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is hot and breakfast seating area and buffet is kept scrupulously clean.

Our recent stay at Biltmore Square Country Inn & Suites was awesome. The upbeat mood of the evening desk clerk topped off a perfect birthday spent visiting Biltmore Estates. The cookies were fresh, the room was cool and comforable and breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at this hotel chain.

Overall a very nice hotel with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and quiet (except for the somewhat noisy heating/ac units). Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious and well-equipped. Huge TV monitors, high-speed WiFi, and nice size refrigerators and a micowave. The hotel and grounds appeared modern and well-maintained. […] The complimentary breakfast offered nice variety, and there were always freshly baked cookies in the lobby. The hotel is close to a shopping center with cineplex, grocery stores, etc., and only a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and the NC Arboretum (a must-see). although it rained everyday we were there, it was still a very nice place to visit and see! there a ton of places to visit in and around ashville.

We had a wonderful experience on our recent trip tp Biltmore Estate. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The room was clean and beautiful,had a little trouble with the mattress,but I usually have a bad back. The price could not be beat,half the amount our first night stay at a diferent hotel chain.

The hotel accommodations, staff, and continental breakfast were wonderful! If you are in the area, I highly recommend staying here.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast bar is better than most I have been too. Convenient to downtown Asheville as well as local mall across the street.

This seems to be a newer hotel, very comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good: included bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc. Our bathroom was large and clean. The hotel is about 10-20 minutes from the Biltmore entrance and downtown Asheville, which is why I gave location a "4". Otherwise, […] it was great. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was recommended to us by friends, actually. Great place to stay while in the Asheville, NC area.

We stayed there one night to go to the Biltmore Estate and the location was very convenient for a good price. The room had a good size refrigerator and a microwave, this last one was not working. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety of things. The cookies at the lobby were delicious.

We stayed for one night with 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and well decorated. Every staff member, and there were quite a few of them, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was tastier and more complete than many high end hotel breakfasts that I have paid money for! The cookies in the lobby added […] the perfect touch! Came to town for my granddaughter's birthday and had a great visit. The hotel was clean, reasonable, and in a good location. My lovely wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will stay there for all of our future visits!

We were pleasantly surprised...when we arrived there were freshly baked macadamia nut cookies in the lobby, and coffee/cider/tea available. The hotel was very welcoming the staff excellent, very clean, and comfy and cozy, all 4 of us were very pleased not knowing what to expect! We could not have had made a better choice!! Facility was nice, clean and a convenient location to both downtown Asheville and to Biltmore. The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast buffet was a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay. Very nice front desk personnel, our room was very clean and nice, the breakfast served was delicious and the ambience in the lobby was quaint and beautiful.

We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites for two nights to hike in the nearby Pisgah National Forest. The room was comfy and clean, the front desk recommended great restaurants and the breakfast (included) was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. (We had the king suite, lots of room)

Welcoming, beautiful, comfortable & cozy. Loved my stay here and will definately be back.

No significant issues with anything here. The HVAC unit in our room (313) made a little too much noise starting up the compressor as the heat cycled on, but otherwise no problems.

I have only stayed in one other hotel in Asheville that even slightly compared to this one and the price for the Comfort Inn & Suites was HALF the other hotel! I am a big fan of luxury linens and this hotel has them! I could have stayed in bed all day! Wonderful, friendly staff! Fresh-baked cookies all day in the lobby. We had been in the area to see our son at college for the day and made a spur of the moment decision to stay overnight instead of traveling. We reserved the room over the internet without a problem and drove over to the hotel. It wasn't hard to find because it is right on the highway but it was tucked in next to a used car lot. The building itself seemed […] to be well maintained. The lobby was a nice surprise because there was a fireplace with a warm fire flanked by a conversation area with wing chairs, small sofa, and a plate of cookies on a sofa table. Coffee was available 24/7 in the adjoining breakfast room. Sharon, the desk clerk, was all smiles as she checked us in without any hitches. We took the smooth-riding elevator to the 3rd floor, and found our room. The decor was nice, the room had a pleasant fragrance, the bedding was clean, and there were plenty of pillows. The brightly-lit bathroom was also clean and spacious, had a working hairdryer, plenty of towels, and the usual samples of shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. The only drawbacks, if you want to call them that, were that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, and the main room had an in-room heater that came on and off during the evening according to the temperature. If you don't mind your room cool, turn the heater on low so it doesn't come on so much. The tv had a good picture and sound. I used the internet service and, once I followed the directions to log in, had no problem with the internet. We did not use the fitness room, and the outside pool was closed so we don't have comments for those areas. The breakfast the next morning was very good with the typical scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, toast, Belgium waffle maker, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, and hot beverage mixes (apple cider, hot chocolate, tea). I picked this hotel because I had little time to plan for a birthday getaway and I know my partner likes in-room jacuzzi tubs. This room is very reasonably priced and the front desk people are incredibly warm and friendly. The free, self-serve, breakfast included many items you don't normally catch, like waffles and fresh eggs and sausage. Unfortunately, […] the mall located across from the hotel appears to be dying out but, if the weather had been better, we would have enjoyed a trip to the nearby arboretum. We were just minutes by car from downtown Asheville. The front lobby is very cozy and well decorated, something the room could have benefited from. Nice flat screen televisions and a very comfy bed. We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the inn had a homey feeling and a welcoming feel. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were more than willing to give me tips on where to go in Asheville, and how I should plan the trip to Biltmore Estate. The only minor gripe that I have is that the hotel is located at an awkward section of road and only allows for right turns out of the parking lot, […] and it cannot be accessed from one direction without making a U-turn. We were just passing through Asheville but I plan on returning to actually spend some time there. I will definitely go back to this hotel -- it was a great find for the money. Because all of the rooms are accessed from inside, I felt very secure. I was able to open the windows for some fresh air without worrying, and the room overlooked some huge trees. […] Very comfy!
