Hotel was old, so not modern. It was clean and cold air conditioner. Customer Service was great. They offered free wifi; shuttles back and forth to casinos; had a business center; continental breakfast. Workers from front desk to maid service to bartender to cafe cook were very friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the carpet was nasty. Items on the night stand were sticky. The breakfast food was ok.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel room with a good location to stores and restaurants of all kinds. Would stay again. Hotel experience was very good but not my hotels.com experience. We almost did not get to stay at Country Hearth Inn due to hotels.com miss information they provided us on several things concerning hotel.

Hotel staff were very helpful, kind, and overall great. The hotel itself needs new beds (very hard) and work on the plumbing (tub fills up when showering). Otherwise it was at least clean, accept it smelled of a massive perfume bottle in the room.

The bad: The a/c unit emitted an odd odor, the smoke detector had been removed exposing wiring in a hole, the toilet shifted violently, the pillows were small square lumps, and mattresses were low end. The good: The staff was was pleasant, the room had a fringe and microwave, and it is located off I-20..

Hotel was nice and clean, was close to things and the price was good.

Was very impressed with the rooms and was close by for all activities with the Bass Master Classic, we all had a blast. One thing that was not too satisfied with was the parking area, hardly no were too park, but would recommend to a friend too stay there.

This Hotel offers shuttle service, but don't count on it. They are committed to their RR patrons and serve them first and foremost, forget the rest of the people. We requested a shuttle and after several phone calls asking when we finally got one to the convention center 2 HOURS later, needless to say we missed most of it as we arrived at 5:45 and they […] close at 7:00. Called at 6:15 to ask to be picked up at 7:00 they finally got there at 8:30. We sat at the curb waiting. I know they can be busy and I don't expect immediate service but I think a 20-30 minute time period should be adequate. We enjoyed our stay at Country Hearth. It is a plus that the hotel is pet friendly.

Room is not great, tower is not very clean. Requested a non-smoking room but the room is a bit smelly, just a bit and no big deal. No breakfast or internet as stated. I think the price can be cheaper. We just want to stay at a cheap hotel on the way to another destination. Not much complaint though as it served it's function. Hotel was OK. Especially for the price! We were travelling with a small dog and two children, the great guy at the desk made sure to put us in a room close to a grassy area for the dog and it was nice and quiet. Very friendly staff!

Nice and clean. The only two problems I had was a spider and the beds are not comfortable. There were double knitt comforters on hard beds. Everything else was ok. Close to food and shopping. People are friendly. Not a bad place.

Never seen or heard of this hotel so we were somewhat errie about it, we arrived eary to make an assessment for access and a feel for safety... the lady at the front desk was friendly and informative... arrived in the room and it was nice and clean we knew that we would be comming into the room late nights, surroundings was well lite with a feel of […] safety, the staff was very attentive and the morning breakfast at the resteruant was wonderful.... yes, we will stay again. it is a good hotel to stay in if you just spending a night.

The staff was unfriendly and unattentive. I was not given the option of a non-smoking room and it stunk. The door would not secure without brute force either. There were a group of people tailgating outside our room, with all their room doors open - it was very uncomfortable. Room was pretty much in immaculate condition. I really enjoyed the stay, great customer service. The lady at the service desk let us check in early with no problems. Employees were very friendly. Pool was very nice. Water pressure in the shower was great and the water VERY hot. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and I would definitely recommend […] staying here. I was sooooooo disappointed with this hotel. This was a high priced motel that had the feel of the 80's. The carpet was not as clean as it should have been, I requested a king bed in a smoking room but that is not what they reserved. When we switched rooms we were told it would be a double king smoking room, we got a double full no ashtray, dirty refrigerator […] that froze everything in it and a toilet that you had to hold the handle to flush. There was not enough parking space and the pool was dirty. This room was reserved so that my husband and I could have a decent getaway for our anniversary yet it was anything but NICE. The trouble started when we arrived at our room. We had requested a smoking room. However, there were no ashtrays. We requested 2 for our room, but they never brought them. The second problem was that there was no shower curtain in the bath, housekeeping later brought one in and installed it. Other than that, the stay was fairly comfortable.
