I was comfortable in this very average hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even allowed us to park long after our check-out time in guest parking, making our last day hassle-free. Obviously not a glamorous stay, but for the price - they exceed expectations, mainly due to the great customer service. Would stay again.

Once again the staff was able to check me in extremely early. This central location is ideal.

i had no issues while i was there and slept well on the beds

Everything was fine with the stay. It's only a few blocks from the shopping district. It terms of late night entertainment it's either a quick walk or taxi ride over. Parking is right in front of the hotel for a surcharge.

Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors but good value for the money

This motel has been around for a while, but is very nice, clean, and convenient for downtown stay. The beds are comfortable and the location is great! It has a nice parking lot and wonderful restaurant. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. It's our favorite Seattle hotel.

This was a nice hotel and affordable. Staff was really helpful and nice. No issues at all.

It is certainly not the best looking either externally or internally. It is definately old with a an attempt on modifying it by painting and adding some upgrades like flat screens. But the quality of the paint job was poor and to me, that makes me wonder what other short cuts have been or being taken to "maintain" this place. There was only 1 sheet […] and 1 very THIN blanket on the bed which is quite odd in a city where the weather at this time is COLD. The pipes make noise when water is running, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and the heaters/air conditioning unit in my room was OLD. I was almost afraid to use it for fear of it shorting out. The location of the place is great, but the room was really small, and the bathroom was gross, we didn't even take a shower because we didn't know what was growing in there due to the lack of light and there was long black hairs in the shower and on the "clean" bathmat.

Always a great place to stay while in Seattle.

Excellent location...short walking distance to everything! Room was basic ,clean...good for sleep, relax, get ready for the day!....only complain I would come up is , bathroom is small...need bigger vanity table!...I would stay again!

We were going to a show at the Paramount, and waiting until the last minute to find a hotel room. The location is good, but our room was very noisy. Our room faced the street, and the windows do not provide and type of sound barrier. They are very old and should be updated. Our room did not look like the room in the pictures, but it was ok. Yes, there […] was a flat screen TV, but by no means is the room updated. I will say the staff is extremely friendly, and you can't beat the parking rate of $15, which allows you to stay until the following day until 5pm. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is very convenient with ample parking. The ambience is on par with a road side Super 8, but if you just need a place to crash for a night or two this place does the trick.

It's a budget hotel, so yes it is noisy and the walls are paper thin. But the service was excellent, it's got a great location, the beds are fine, and the price is terrific!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Close walk to Nordstrom's, restaurants etc. Near Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

Stayed two nites in this well located hotel and can't say enough kind things. Close to everything cool (walking distance)in downtown Seattle. Super friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the location of this hotel. Neighbors were a little loud at 1:15 AM - one call to the front desk, and it was stopped in minutes. We really appreciated their fast action!

Centrally located to all the "good things" there are to do in downtown Seattle. As of the date of our stay, the hotel remodel has been completed. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The beds were SO NICE!! While the rooms are small, the use of the space is efficient and quite comfortable. The restaurant and lounge were great as well. Excellent […] food, drinks, and service. The people at the front desk were knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. We loved Sixth Avenue Inn and plan on staying there again our next trip to Seattle. It's a very Good Value for the money. *Do be prepared to pay the extra city tax and hotel fee for the parking. It will change the end charge to more than what's posted in the thotel description but, this is true of any of the hotels that have a surcharge for any service. What is good about the parking is that it's onsite, convient, in and out priviledges however,don't be surprised if you have trouble finding a place to park when you get back if you leave and the hotel is filled when you return (so we used a taxi, public transportation or walked when we left) and there is security for the parking lot.. We felt quite safe and quite comfortable and we would EASILY and GLADLY recommend the Sixth Avenue Inn to friends. There was a good mix of people there and the hotel was still quiet and comfortable. the hotel staff gives good service and the hotel is clean. although the hotel still has old amneties it is clean and has microwave and refrigerator.

Security at the hotel is very lax; I won't return because I don't feel safe there. The management is not cooperative and is insensitive to guests' needs and security.

Nice hotel, only thing I would change are the size & style of the shower. Really small stall with no bathtub and low showerhead. Other than that, was fine. Get some free cookies at the front desk!

We got what we expected: - Near downtown, a couple blocks away - Clean - Affordable - Basic - Friendly, helpful service - Environmentally friendly (in ways that help keep room rates down) Didn't like: Cold inside room, some street noise, sheets were very thin. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Staff, room comfort, location, price - everything!! I couldn't fault anything about it. Well done!

Here are the issues I had: 1. the Phone in the room did not work an they never came to fix it the 2 nights I was there. 2.they charge $15.00 a day to park there.3. Could hear the room next to me talking on the phone because of the door that connected the rooms. 4. Street noise and constuction for a room facing 6th Ave was a lot at times.

Hotel is close to all downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the windows seem quite thin, so street noise is heard. Although the heavy curtains seemed to quite the sound a bit.

This hotel is great for younger adults. Rooms were a little small but comfy. Great bar and lounge connected. Shower pressure was a little weak but whatever. Enviornmentaly conscious. Definitely coming back

The hotel staff was excellent but that was all that was excellent. There was construction across the way from me that started up at 8 am on a Sat, waking me up earlier than I wanted to be. The rooms were average to below average; with the bed being very uncomfortable and past its prime. The neighbourhood had some good spots for eating but there was […] a car accident at 3 am that woke me up with all the fire trucks and cop cars that attended the minor accident. The hotel bar had excellent staff but no ambience. Lastly, the hotel itself was run down and the hallways had a peculiar odour. All in all, its not worth what I paid. Go someplace else. I arrived more than 4 hours prior to checkin, and one of the most courteous, friendliest desk clerks I've ever seen got me right into a clean, comfortable room. A short walk to the Market and the Showbox, a great nights sleep, and then a prompt, good breakfast completed my stay.

It was clear the hotel had recently been refurbished, so the rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt like we got more than we paid for.

I had a conference at the Sheraton and Conference Center, but the conference hotel was way too expensive. The Sixth Ave. Inn was VERY well located and half the price of the conference lodging. Only about 4-5 blocks from the Conference Center, this hotel is also pretty near to the Space Needle.

This hotel is not worth what I paid for it. It is nothing fancy, and actually had a few things wrong with it. The sick was wobbley, the room was small, and the elevators stopped working in the middle of the night.

Overall this hotel met all my expectations, the staff was extremely knowledgable and very friendly, and the location was right downtown in the centre of every thing. I'll be a repeat customer.

Good location, friendly staff, price was right, generally quite clean. The bathroom could use a little TLC.

This is a nice clean hotel with very friendly service in both the hotel and the restaurant (which features a great breakfast!). The location is ideal if you want to be in downtown Seattle. It's a bargain!

The price is reasonable given the good location close to town, but otherwise I was disappointed. Pros: Clean and well maintained. Nice large safe fit a 15" laptop, which I wasn't using during the day. Great wi-fi, much better than free wi-fi often is. Cons: Thin walls and gaps round the door meant I could overhear quiet phone conversations in the […] next room and the corridor. Single glazing let through street noise. I hardly slept the first night there and I'm normally a very sound sleeper. Heater was by the window and just blew air up behind the curtain, and I think the heat disappeared straight through the single glazing. I had to leave the heater on all night, which is of course noisy and not eco-friendly. The TV picture was so wobbly and fuzzy it made me feel ill to watch it. The shower was pathetic, with a feeble stream of water and very variable temperature. The shower curtain was also hung too close in to the wall, so it was trying to cling to me the whole time I was showering. Przeczytaj więcej
