Hotel Europejski - Krakow

Źle kojarzą mi się hotele w okolicy dworców kolejowych - a tutaj spotkała mnie miła niespodzianka. Czysto, miło do tego z "duchem" Przestronny, czynny pokój, działający internet i dobra jajecznica na śniadanie.

Very Helpful and Friendly staff, large comfortable double bedroom on suiteroom.excellent breakfast selection.The hotel is only 500 m from the old town centre.10 minutes by tram to Otto Schindlers factory.

We were completely satisfied with this hotel and very happy we found it. Arriving in Krakow by train, the location was perfect. It's just across the street from the station. You can walk it in 3 minutes. The wifi was free and fast and easily accessed. The breakfast was really good, in a nice dining room. The staff was very gracious, helpful, and accomodating. […] They all spoke English well. The bathroom was spacious and modern, the water pressure was excellent. The beds were terrific. We stayed for 5 nights first week in march 2012 and absolutely loved it . Food was great staff friendly and helpfull the hotel its self was spotless beautifull decor very comfortable We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return for 6 days in june . Can,t praise it enough and a big thanks to all the staff

An excellent and unique hotel accomodation in the beautifull and magical city of Krakow,you can sense the royal exsistence from the past on every corner of the city...5 star city on must visit list for every taste you have got.

Grand old fashioned hotel only 5 minute walk to main square. Furnishings dated but romantic and quaint. Too many chairs in our room!! Shower amazing. Very clean, quiet and warm( minus 20 out!) What a great experince.. A beautiful old world hotel that blends in well with a beautiful city.Hotel is everything I expected .It is charming and very conveniently situated.Only drawback is staff in breakfast area- the staff need more training as this area is the only area that needs attention .Congratulations to Management

brilliant location..we arrived late night train in freezing cold and the hotel was literally at the railway station exit..its a 2 min walk to the central bus station from where where you get the buses to auschwitz..less than 5 mins walk to the main square and the tourist info offices hotel has a really old world charm to it with a really victorian […] decor..nice breakfast spread with lots of cheese our room was facing the railway station and it did get noisy at times, with the entire bed vibrating..but i only noticed it when i was awake..so clearly it wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep prompt service and was helped with local krakow tours as well..would recommend definitely recommend, esp. for the location Przeczytaj więcej

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Europejski. The location was great, so close to the town square, railway station and galleria. The breakfast was amazing, served in such a beautiful restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Krakow.

Directly opposite railway station and only an easy 1/2 mile from old town square. Location takes some beating. Old traditional hotel with plenty of character.

Fulfilled all expectations - clean, had character, all the facilities we needed, good breakfast, comfortable bed, very close to the centre and almost beside the train station. One small downside was some party in the same or adjoining building which made some noise one night. But overall highly recommended.

This hotel is very convenient to those who need to be near the central train station - it's a 3 minute walk away! It's on the outskirts of the Old Town, about a 10 to 12 minute walk from the Main square. It has Old World charm so if you're looking for a modern hotel, probably not the place for you. This is a quality, well furnished hotel, albeit in a more traditional sumptious style, unlikely to suit modern streamlined tastes. Unfortunately there is no elevator nor air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which if available could in my opinion elevate this establishment into the four star class category. This hotel was very close to the train & bus stations and also the old town. It was very old world style but with modern comfort. No elevator and no air con, however, there was a fan in the room. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The bar was nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here in the future.

Very convenient to the train station and short walk to Market Square. Room was available for an early 10am check in. Older hotel and older furnishings. No AC but it wasn't necessary.

I would definitely recommend the hotel - great location, the rooms are really nice (if you like sort of vintage look), the breakfest was good, but I would probably think about a different form of it.

This is a charming, renovated old railway hotel, just steps from both the train station and the old town. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. My husband left his wedding ring in the bathroom the day that we checked out. The chamber maid found it, the check out desk remembered that we had said that we were taking the train to Warsaw and the […] hotel sent a staff member to the train station to look for us and return the ring - truly over and above the call of duty. The breakfast buffet, which includes eggs made to order, was excellent. On the negative side, the hotel has no elevator and no air conditioning (windows open and a fan is provided). The hotel is across from a square where events are held. This could be noisy with open windows. Front desk reception was excellent and very helpful. Beautiful garden to set in. Very convenient to train station. Packaged a nice breakfast to take on our journey.

Very convenient for those arriving by train or bus. Coming out of the station the hotel is clearly visible on your left. Train is the quickest way to the city centre from the airport. Warm greeting from helpful staff on arrival with a quick registration. Only complaint was that there is no lift. Can be a struggle upstairs for older folks with heavy […] luggage. Breakfast is a buffet. Staff not always attentive as they have to be approached if you require cooked breakfast. They do not approach you. All staff are at ease with English language. Rooms overlooking street can be noisy with trams frequently passing. If you are a light sleeper ask for room at the back overlooking the garden. Hotel very convenient to main square and tourist areas in city. Would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. Krakow is an interesting city and I would recommend at least a five day break to do justice to the tourist sites. Auschwitz-Birkenau; Salt Mine and Schindler's Enamel Factory are not to be missed. Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay, location was very good - opposite to shopping centre / railway station - cost only 20zt to airport. Plus 7 minutes walk to old market square to all great bars, shops and restaurants. The hotel is great value and would definatley stay again.

Brilliant location, opposite the train station and a large shopping centre and only a 5-10min stroll to the main market square. Beakfast was included, self service continental breakfast with the option of ordering eggs whichever way you like them.

The hotel is just across the road from the main railway station, and 10 minutes walk from the main square. Secure parking is available behind the hotel. Breakfast is excellent - including bacon and eggs if required. The restaurant offers a good choice of meals at reasonable prices and restaurant staff are helpful and friendly.

Located very near the main train station but the map provided with my voucher was totally wrong and it took us a long time to find the hotel. The room was very nice but the beds were small and that made sleeping difficult. Our room overlooked the road and there was a lot of noise from trams and cars until about midnight.

Wonderful place! The hotel was old and quaint, but very clean and the staff was very polite, helpful, and spoke english. The breakfast was outstanding; food was laid out nice and very good. Also, very close to the train station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Europejski is really convenient to the train station, which was my primary reason for choosing it. The old town is only a short stroll away too - a nice plus. The hotel does face a busy street, but the noise was minimal and did not keep us awake. The hotel is not air-conditioned, but a small fan was available, and the windows can be opened. Each […] window section has a nice individual shade such that the window can be opened quite wide to let in cool air but still maintain privacy. The room decor was a funky/cool mixture of old style and new style. The room was quite large, especially by European standards. The bathroom also was roomy and appeared to have been fairly recently updated. Overall, the room was neat, tidy, clean, and comfortable. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Each time I was at the desk, at least one person spoke English -- which was helpful, since I don't speak Polish. The complimentary breakfast buffet included a wide variety of items, from usual American breakfast fare (cereals, yogurts) to traditional Polish breakfast items (cold meats, cheeses). We found the Euroejski Hotel to be a very nice, clean, and well-located hotel for the money. Although the furnishings are dated, everything is kept very clean, and the bathrooms are nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I actually dropped an earring in the room and couldn't find it. I asked the front desk to ask the maid to look for it […] when she cleaned, and she found it! The included breakfast was quite good with a large choice of items and good coffee. We would DEFINITELY stay there again, if we go back to Krakow, and we would recommend it to others. We happened to be in Krakow during the hottest summer in Poland, and although there was no air conditioning, a fan next to the bed was adequate and we were able to open the windows.It is a bit noisy on the street side of the hotel where our room was located, but that is to be expected in a large city. We were still able to sleep well in the comfortable bed. We noticed people cleaning and pruning the garden behind the hotel every day, and we were able to park safely behind the hotel in a secure area for a reasonable fee. Not only is the hotel located in Old Town, but there is a huge galleria right next door, too. So if you need anything, you have access to a large, modern galleria. Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel my wife and I have stayed at lots of diferent hotels but this one is top of our list,never been in such a clean room you could have eaten off the floor,also ideal for trains,trams etc.The staff were wonderful very helpful and exceptionally warm and and friendly .

Perfect location...2 minute walk to the Old Town and train station. Great (included) breakfast. Beautiful garden for dining or just relaxing. Staff is courteous, very accommodating and helpful. Traditional European ambiance and very clean.

This hotel was in a great location - near enough to the hustle and bustle of the Old Town as well as situated close to transport for organized tours as well as independent travel via rail. Generous and delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

We visited 3 large cities in Europe and I would say Krakow was my favorite. Hotel Europejski has a convenient location. 駅の近くの３つ★ホテルでお安いので期待しないで行ったら、これがビックリお部屋もとてもキレイでホテルの人は皆親切。そして朝食もおいしかったので言う事無しでした。ただ３つ★なのでバスタブはなくシャワーしかないし、エレベーターが無いのでお年寄りは大変かも？あと駅近なので電車の音が気になる人もいると思います。私たちは大変満足でした。

駅を出るとホテルが見えます。事前にメールのやり取りをして部屋についての希望や到着時間を伝えていたので、着くなりフロントの女性から名前を呼ばれました。希望通りの部屋を用意していただきとても満足しています。古さはありますが、内装が素敵できれいに掃除してありました。市内観光やアウシュビッツへ行くのにも大変便利でした。

Et meget bra hotell som ligger sentralt til i sentrum av Krakow. Ca 10 min gange til markedsplassen og gammelbyen i Krakow. Rett utenfor hotellet ligger byens største shoppingsenter - Galleria med over 200 butikker. Hotellet kjører en gammeldags stil på sine hotellrom. Dette gir et inntrykk av at man bor i luksus. Rommene er store og romslige. Badene […] er meget fine. Hvis man skulle trekke fra noe, så er det at det ikke er heis i hotellet. Det betyr en del gåing i trapper. Frokosten som er inkl er ok.
