The room itself was clean enough but the hallways, lobby and stairs were in need of a vacuum-job that they didn't see in the four nights that we were there. "Off the beaten track"
Had a great stay in Portland. If you stay here, you'll need a car or taxi. It's not near the max rail system. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Breakfast consisted of the standard Comfort Suites items, waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels/toast, etc. and breakfast ran until 10! Upon arrival, we were asked which floor we wished […] to stay on and if we wanted to be close or away from the pool! I thought this was great as we had a lot of luggage this trip-not to mention we are never asked WHERE we'd like to room! :) I would stay here again, the rooms were comfortable, the beds were soft, however it was off the beaten track. Arrived at 10pm in the evening and left at 10am in the morning. Easy parking, easy check in, good clean and well laid-out room, good bed, good sleep, good breakfast and then on my way. It's a little north of where I expected Tigard to be, but it worked. The hotel was clean, decent and quite. The breakfast was in good variety. I am overall pleased with my choice. The bed sheets needs to be better quality, they were very thin and did feel like been used many years. They were clean but heavily used.
