Comfort Inn and Suites - Great Falls

The main thing I would complain about was the breakfast hours - which are from 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM - I think it should run longer (11:00) since many people (like us) use the hotel for a getaway and hate having to get up early to go and eat before they shut it down. The room was a little tight - with the desk being RIGHT at the foot of the bed - making it hard to walk by it or sit in the chair without banging into the bed. Poor setup in my opinion. Hotel staff was very pleasant - I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one at the front desk and let us put our freezer packs in their freezer (as there was no freezer section in our tiny little fridge in the room) - so that was awfully nice of them. Really everything you'd expect in a mid-price hotel and not much you wouldn't. My only real complaint was that it was really difficult to get the tv to function properly, and I'm not an old or noticeably tech-challenged person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the shuttle driver. We stayed a night before heading to Vegas. I would only recommend that you bring your own pillow, they have the cheap broken up sponge pillows that made it challenging to get a good sleep. The staff was very helpful, for example in telling us about nearby restaurants, and how to get to them. I enjoyed the fresh coffee available in the lobby at all times, and the breakfast was great. Hotel was very clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave available in the rooms. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

It was a little cramped for space in our room but thank goodness it was clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and how comfortable it was. Our fridge had a smell but as long as u opened it fast u were fine. Clean is an understatement . I'd stay again no problem.

Enjoyed the stay - due to number of teenagers staying, I assumed I would be awake all night with noise -- not so, very quiet and the breakfast was the best I have had while on the road. Would stay again.

Our stay was uneventful but pleasant. It would have been nice to have some sort of entertainment in a lounge in the evening, but perhaps that will happen in the future. The price was a little high for us as we are seniors on a fixed income but all in all, we would stay there again.

I spend about 24 nights in hotels per year. This was a top 10%. Pleasant staff, above-average hot breakfast, comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV, good shower, and an easy location made this a pleasant experience. I would easily stay again and recommend to friends.

This hotel was convenient to shopping. The beds were quite comfy, but the room was definitely not as clean as we would have liked. The hotel looks nice from outside. Golden Corral is 50 feet away. Convenient for dinning and shopping. Fitness room is tiny. Game room has two coin-controlled gaming consoles, a table tennis, and small gaming stuff for kids with pasts missing. You have to ask the front desk for paddles and balls. We were greeted warmly by Randy at the front desk upon arrival. The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. The room was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great with restaurants, shopping and a grocery store in walking distance. We were able to park our car at the hotel for five dollars while we travelled to Phoenix for 5 days.The […] hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport! The breakfast was great with cold and hot items available. We stayed at another hotel on our return and really wished we had chosen this location instead. This will be the only place we stay in Great Falls from now on. upon leaving the motel in th AM we discovered we had a flat tire .we were short some items in our tool kit and altho the manager was a little help he could of been a LOT more careing and give us as fas AS WE WERE conserned a lot more assistance to help get the problem we were having over with .

Hotel was great in a great location for travelers coming in from the south! Rooms were very clean and modern but small, we were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal but I'd be a little wary if you were staying more than one night! One complaint, hotel advertised complimentary shuttle service to the airport. My flight was scheduled at 6am. Shuttle driver did not start until 5:30am. I had to pay for a cab.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, shopping restaurants and large movie theater all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was better then most we have experienced. All in all a very good hotel that we would definately go back to.

I have no complaints. They have an alright fitness room, full breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Its not near the center of town but there are a few places to shop and a variety of places to eat. I would stay here again.
