I thought that the hotel was pretty great for the price...room, bathroom were clean...it was a convenient location to most of the Montreal attraction spots. I will def. book this hotel again next time I am in Montreal.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were maintained. There are not too many amenities and the restaurant was lacking options and the décor was dated. The bed was very hard and I left, after 3 nights, with back pain. The good part was the staff! They were always willing to help with detailed info, map/Metro locations and even printed out copies of maps […] to reach a museum after our departure. They gave advice as to where to eat, which place to visit first, etc. The hotel is walking distance for several Metro stations as well as anything and everything you may wish to see, go to or visit. It is worth the $ I paid and was far enough for my daughter to sleep at night without having to hear the clubs, but close enough for us to walk to old Montreal, site see, eat and get on the Metro to go any further. The lobby was great but not representative of the actual rooms. The rooms are out dated with green style carpet and 80's linens. The best part of the stay was the free WiFi as the nicer hotels charged a premium. Literally 6 blocks or less from downtown. For $87 a night I would stay here again. I didn't try the food here.

if you are in the condo section worst wifi ever couldn't even watch a family guy episode always at 1-2 bars and the front desk told me that was the only network they had .

Overall the hotel was great. We stayed in the condo rooms which may not be as nice as the main hotel rooms.

Good location,near all transporation. Noise barrier is not so Good, was disturbed by the neighbours in the mid of night. Lobby is big and nice. We have been upgraded to the huge room, but the lighting is not enough.

TERRIBLE - No air conditioning - unit was broken and they did not fix it after I made them aware of it three times. The maid service was not good. Overall I would not recommend it or stay there again!!

I was going on a trip to Montreal for my birthday, and booked 2 rooms at a decent price, pre-paid on hotels.com, for myself and friends. Once I got to the hotel, however, they charged me an extra $100 fee at check-in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Worst shower I've ever had in a hotel, very low water pressure with an inconsistent temperature. […] The TV remote didn't work. And, there were no heavy drapes in my room. The front desk clerk was cheerful and nice. Check in was easy. The elevators are fast enough and the parking garage had ample room for large vehicles. We went to a hockey game and the Bell Centre was about 2 blocks away. St. Catherine St was also 2 blocks away - several restaurants within the same distance - we ate at the Bar-B-Barn on Guy St, 1 block […] away and that was great. Hotel is always friendly and reliable. Spacious rooms. Very close to Concordia University so the neighborhood and nearby restuarants are not the finest, but a good variety and affordable. I thought when I got to my room that being opposite the elevator would be a noise issue; it was not. Perhaps the hotel was not full on those 2 nights? If your room is over-looking Rene-Levesque st, It is noisy. Traffic throughout the night. the Ice machine is in the basement.

The hotel is convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars. In a street facing room, the street noise could be loud in the night with sirens, car horns etc. There were some areas of the hotel that could use some upgrade but our room on the 8th floor was very comfortable. This was our first trip to Montreal and I selected this hotel based on good reviews from Expedia and the options for VIP upgrade. It turned out to be the worst decision I have ever made. Since we wanted 2 queen room, they had no other room types for upgrade, so offered us complimentary water bottle (but only for the first night!) and late check-out […] which we did not actually need. The room wasn't very clean, the linens and pillows were old and awful, the white towels were grey with stains... The TV was old and its remote was not working well... I went to Montreal for a Canadiens game and this hotel is within walking distance of the Bell Centre. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, pointing out great eateries tourist attractions.

The garage is small and tight parking spots. The hotel needs an uplift as it is dated, from the decor in the restaurant/bar to the hotel room. The price is quite nice, the location is good. But the heater in the room was noisy. Though the bed was comfort but I do not like the duvet. If I wasn't told once but 10 times remember no smoking in your room...The lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant when we checked in...also was there no mention that we would have to pay for our parking in addition to our night stay!

For the price I paid and the location I was in the hotel was good. It is not fancy but the heat was on at all times and everything worked. No complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!!
