This hotel was very easy to find, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Saw a concert in Philly but stayed here in King of Prussia. Very easy to get to from turnpike, easy in/out of city. Beautiful hotel, very clean, couldn't believe the room we got for the cost, great spread for breakfast. Highly recommended!

"Hyatt Place in King of Prussia -awesome!"
Hyatt Place at King of Prussia is a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable spacious rooms, reasonable rates, close to the Mall and Valley Forge National Park and now right near the casino. You can't go wrong staying here!

I did have to call the front area about the noise in the next room. The front desk must have called the room, the noise did stop at 2:30 A.M.

The Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel. Everything inside and out appears new. Our room was thoroughly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Very Nice Up to date room few problems"
I am big on reading reviews as it will determine if I will stay at a hotel or not. This room was VERY nice and spacious! If you plan to spend a lot of time in a hotel room this would be a nice place to stay as they have a really nice Flat 46-50 inch flat screen that is set in the center of the room which swivels to the spacious living room side that […] has a fold out bed and on the opposite side it has the Queen size beds or which ever you prefer. Not sure if all comes with pillow top as ours did but was very comfortable! Ok, know that everything that is good there will be things that are not so good. There was a sign stating that the hot tub was not working and from the looks of it it might have not been working for a while. And in our room, the ceiling had a water bulge as if there was a water leak from either the upstairs room or from a pipe? The staff was going to switch out our room which wasn't a problem. "Nice place to stay"
My husband and I were at this hotel for my birthday weekend. We had stayed a the Hyatt hotel in the past in another state, so we knew we were going to have a nice stay. Our room was cozy and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was glad that they had a refrigerator to keep our wine nice a cold because at the other Hyatt we stayed at did […] not have one. "Mostly happy"
When I went to get utensils at the breakfast the containers were mostly empty and the bottoms had debris in them (food particles and dust). It also seemed that we got a handicapped room with a seat in the shower. We did not need the seat and it took up some extra space.

"Hyatt & King of Prussia"
Hotel room was a refreshing change from the norm. The room was both a suite and a bedroom rolled into one, and the shower was awesome! Will definitely be returning on my next stay in KoP.

Room was very nice and very spacious. The room did has a funny odor but we got use to it. The breakfast room was nice but we were wanting more of a hot breakfast. It was nothing special other than cold cereal, breads, fruit, etc.

Chose this hotel based on the location, amenities, and price. The staff is very friendly, the locale feels safe and quiet. It is very close to the King of Prussia mall. The hotel is in great condition, as was the room, which had a very modern but cozy feel. Used the pool, which was clean and in great condition. Breakfast was good too. I took my wife away for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Selected this hotel at the last minute. We had a wonderful time. The hotel met all expectation. The staff members were friendly and kind. Room was beautiful. Most importantly my wife enjoyed herself and when she enjoys herself I enjoy myself.

The room was nice and clean, and a good size. A little on the barren and institutional side, though. There is work to be done in the lobby -- a very uninviting entrance. Get rid of your bagel supplier -- the bagels were terrible at breakfast. Coffee was fine. All in all, though, we enjoyed the stay, and in particular the indoor pool. "I would stay here again."
Very contemporary and comfortable. My only negative is that the breakfast area was not kept clean. Tables were not cleared promptly and were not washed. The rooms were beautifully engineered. Everything was convenient and well appointed.

"Surprised and Pleased"

"New facility, huge rooms, clean"
It's non-smoking but there was definitely a slight odor of cigarette smoke. Rooms are huge - full sofa, large screen TV that swings around to sofa area or bed. Staff very accomodating. "Rough crowd" at the pool area Friday night - was a little awkward but next night - no one. Other than that, saw mostly families and elder guests. It's kind of landlocked […] between the highways, made getting to some areas a little cumbersome (be sure to bring your GPS) but if you are there for KoP shopping - it's ideal location. "Fresh, clean & comfortable"
I was shocked...never expected such a good experience. Lobby, check-in, pool...all good. Room...outstanding. It was huge. Lots of little amenities...ottoman for the couch, good WiFi, comfortable bed, real mugs & glasses. Just a great stay experience...I'll definitely stay there again.

"Close to the biggest mall on the East coast!"
We have stayed at other Hyatt Place hotels in other cities and have been well pleased with them. This was also a very pleasant stay. Adam at the front desk was very helpful with giving us directions to drive into Phili without having to get back on I-76. We were there for a Phili game and the traffic was bad. We spent several hours walking around the […] mall and having dinner at Cheesecake Factory. Yummy! We will definitely look for other Hyatt Place hotels when we travel again. Thank You!! "Great for the money and location"
The hotel was modern and located just outside the King of Prussia mall area. While the service was friendly, the hotel was under staffed. There was constantly a line at the front desk regardless of the time of day. Not sure if it was just a bad weekend for them. Otherwise it was nice. Breakfast was ok, mostly fruit, cereal, and bagels.

overall this is great if u're in town for meeting and like to shop but not a crazy shopaholic like me. it's a mile away from the mall as suppose to others that are right across the st. I really like the little sandwiches and refreshment for sale at the lobby. a lot better than having a soda/snack machine. and it's avail 24. nice to come back late and […] have a warm cinnamon role at 1am in the morning... "Great hotel, great price"
We booked this hotel due to having a wedding in Valley Forge, Pa. My husband was able to check in early just by chance and the room was excellent! Very clean, bathroom and shower were huge and flat screen tv was a definite plus! Would recommend to others.

"AWESOME Hotel"
We stayed here for one night as we wanted to get as close to a vendor show. We were amazed at the price.....and couldn't believe the amenities that we had after we checked in! The staff was acceptiionally pleasant and very helpful with questions. Not only was the room very large and comfortable, but very clean. The 42" TV was a hit with the kids! The […] beds were very comfortable, and the work area was very condusive to business as it has computer table, plenty of desk space, etc. Have to say, and I am a very picky traveler, I was 100% pleased!!
