z pobytu w hotelu jestem bardzo zadowolona wyzyywienie w restauracji hotelowej bylo smaczne oraz duzy wybor dan korzystalam z trzech posilkow jedynym mankamentem tego hotelu byly lezaki na basenie hotelowym w mojej opinii brudne oraz blokady pozycji byly juz wyrobione i ciezko bylo sie na nich polozyc wedlug mnie jesli w sezonie jest taka sama ilosc parasoli to chyba za malo

Stayed here with my husband, mum and friend for New Year, and all because my husband loves the programme, as its not the usual type of place we would stay, We were presently suprised by the hotel and the surrounding area. The hotel is large and clean, rooms are a good size as long as you have a twin room and don't request a double. We did this, and […] were given one of the 2 smallest rooms on the 3rd floor. My mum and her friend had a twin and their room was double the size. We went back to reception and it was no problem at all to change rooms, we ended up with room 307, which overlooks the pool area. 315 was the original room, which was over the bin and kitchen area. Not very nice. Otherwise everything else was great, from the service, to the New Years eve party. Talking about that, they wanted 161 euros for the New Year Gala night, but if you booked the meal and New year celebrations seperately it was half the price. The celebrations (without meal) which included 6 hour all inclusive drinks package, party pack, champagne, and 'lucky grapes' was 25 euros. A bargain and a great night with the entertainment provided being fun. There are 3 pools and jacuzzi's in the hotel, however these are shared with the sister hotel next door. (Which is currently shut) There is a flintsone kids club, which was still opertaing over New year. |Evening entertainment in the hotel is generally OK, but there is plenty going on in the surround area. If your going to Sol Pelicanos because of the problem, just to say that Neptunes Bar, is not in the hotel as your led to believe (we knew this before we went) but its 3 minute walk away and called Morgans. Lovely hotel good food rooms could do with updating large comfy beds need extra pillows but if you ask at reception they are only too happy to oblige staff very freindly and helpful.

first things first, hotel was as advertised 3* .cean and helpfull ,not bad location.BUT THE SMELL THAT MEETS YOU AS SOON AS YOU COME THROUGH THE FRONT DOORS IS OF STRONG SEWAGE. IT IS ALL THROUGH THE HOTEL ON LOWER FLOOR for this reason i would not go back.(SORRY). DUMFRIES>

Had a great stay at this hotel, location great, 5 min walk to main nightlife. We stayed B&B, food excellent, plenty to choose from. Would defo stay again.

Stayed here before - room not as clean as it should be (still hair on the bathroom floor from previous occupants). Building work on neighboring hotel so very noisy all day. Pool area lovely but very very busy. Had a to get a sunbed before 9am. Some people getting sunbeds then going off for the day. Good job it is a vast pool area! I booked this hotel as my boyfriend and I are great fans of the tv show "benidorm" and really wanted to see where the show was filmed. Best point of the hotel was the pool....it was massive, very clean and absolutely fantastic!! Definately got to be the best pool in benidorm. It also wasnt too busy during the day so you could always get a lounger at […] the poolside. One point though, the pool side bar is only open may - sept so we missed out on this novelty!! The food was fairly basic, but there was a very good selection for breakfast and we didnt struggle with finding anything to eat. We went late for breakfast both mornings and there still was everything on the menu. The buffett hall was large though and catered for about 300 people at once so it did seem like a canteen however, the cleaning staff ensured that the tables were cleared and reset immedately. Generally there were no complaints with the room and the cleanliness. We were asked on arrival wether we wanted a top floor room or a lower floor - we were on the 6th floor....it was very high and there are 14 floors!!! We had an issue on the first night with our neighbours being very very loud after midnight. We called reception who sent security...unfortunately we had to do this tywice before they listened, but reception and security were excellent. The staff were very helpfull. The room was very clean, easy to get to but there was no tea and coffee making facalities in the room, another wise the hotel was very nice.

Please note there are two hotels together the Sol Pelicanos and the Sol Pelicanos Ocas, we were in Sol Pelicanos Ocas the slighly smaller hotel to the left of the other hotel. However, both hotels share the same facilities - smaller swimming pool for the Ocas and the larger complex for the Pelicanos which was lovely, however, the weather let us down. […] Generally, nice clean hotel, bar staff were friendly and there was plenty of room to sit, again you could use either bar in each hotel plus entertainment was provided. Happy Hour 5- 6 everyday! Das Hotel selbst kann ich weiterempfehlen, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Essen war gut, Die Auswahl könnte noch etwas größer sein. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Servicepersonal freundlich, wunderschöner sauberer Pool, Animation grausam und der Ort selbst wird durch die viel zu vielen Hochhäuser verunstaltet. Leider spricht das Personal kein […] bischen deutsch und es sind auch fast nur Engländer dort anzutreffen. Der Ortskern ist ca. 3km, die sich aber lohnen. Hotellet var bättre än förväntat till det priset. Frukosten var kanon! Poolområdet likaså. Underhållning vid poolside på kvällarna och dans. Vi var jättenöjda! Rummen var dock väldigt lyhörda.
