everything was very comfortable and i would go and stay there again

We had a great room but $44 to park your car for 2 nights is outragous. We paid a good price for the room but parking was way out of control. Our american dollar doesn't go very far in Canada. It will be awhile before we go again.

We love to stay in Sheraton hotels because we are usually very pleased. This time as well. Service was great and reps are pleasent. Unfortunately we could not have a bath because of the dried soap left in the soap holder and some pieces stuck to the tub. :( but a side from that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Conveniently located near the Falls. Loved the connection pass between Sheraton and the other hotel. Great room that had view of the falls and openable door/balcony - great for pictures and fresh air Walkable distance to other restaurants other than the ones in the hotel.

My family visited the falls after Christmas. Staying at the Sheraton was great. It was a perfect location with a great view of both the American and Horseshoe Falls. Everything was in walking distance, even in the cold with young children. A big perk was access to the water park without having to go outside. The room was spacious and clean, with a great artificial fireplace that blew out warm air, which was very helpful in drying wet gloves, hats, etc. A great place to go for a family vacation any time of the year. Our room was amazing as usual. The best hotel view in the city and we have stayed at them all.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful room - we went in winter and still really enjoyed it. Only thing is maybe we'd have felt safer if lifts had limited access to hotel customers only (so via room key). Other than that, it's the Sheraton people, nothing to complain about it

My boyfriend and I checked-in at the hotel at 5:30pm (check-in 4pm). We had to wait a half hour for them to find a room for us. The receptionist was understanding it credited us for breakfast. When 7:30am came along the next day, we were woken up by drilling and hammering right above our heads. I called the reception who told me that they were doing […] emergency repairs and could not tell me when it would stop. This is not the case because we spoke to another client who was told that they were expecting these renovations to take place. Very disappointing when you go there to have a nice relaxing vacation, the hotel should at least mention these repairs on their website! We weren't even given the option to change rooms. I would recommend this hotel. Very clean, great staff and pleasant. rooms are immaculate and the surronding area is amazing. Beautiful view from the room of the Falls. Would definitely stay there again.

I'd have to say out of all the hotels i've checked into there was no other more memorable than the Sheraton at the falls. I've been to other Sheraton's as well and they never fail to impress me with their top notch customer service. All hotel staff were polite and welcoming. The view from our room was amazing. This is the first hotel I cannot find a safe inside the room! Overall it is very good.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms are super clean, a nice size and with a fireplace. The bed were the most comfortable I have slept in. Will definitly return and reccomend to friends and family.

Overall I have no complaints about my experience and would reccomend the Shearton On the Falls. We had a King Fallsview room and the view was excellent. There are small balconies on the rooms which I found great. my wife and i have been going to the falls for years but never stayed at the sheraton, the view from the 22nd floor was amazing. the room was spotless, as well as the bathroom we had a great stay and we will be staying there again for sure

We had a great time in Sheraton hotel. The location is exceed our expectations. We were on 22nd floor and the American fall is right there in front of the window. The view is gorgeous. The Sheraton On The Falls in Canada was extremely convenient for getting to many attractions in walking distance which kept parking expense to a minimum. The hotel was very clean and not beat up. my only two surprises were charges for calling front desk and for wifi. I guess i'm used to the states. The neighbors were noisy. The room was not too private. You could hear the neighbor getting in and out of the room and kids in the hallway playing.

Hotel is in a great location. Service was fantastic - all the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a fallsview room on the top floor and it was great - clean, big enough, great view. The lower floors seemed like they were probably older - worth it to get a more expensive room. We also got a couples massage at the spa which was very relaxing […] - would recommend it. Two negatives: one was the Fallsview Restaurant in the hotel. Eating there for breakfast one morning was a big mistake. Service was terrible - they ran out of food at the buffet! And it was very expensive. Eat at Perkins or one of the many other restaurants instead. Biggest negative was the elevators. Only half of them service the higher floors, and all of the elevators were always very slow to come and were packed when they did. I was very happy with the hotel but unhappy with the reservation. I contacted Hotels.com directly in order to secure a smoking room for my dad and the agent who booked the reservation identified this hotel as one of the few available. Had a great veiw of the Falls from the room. Buffet Dinner was a little expensive but was outweighted by the view of the falls from the dining area. Friendly staff throughout the hotel to include the parking attendants, front desk, and dining room area. Tickets to the shared in door water park was great for my son. Great time.

The hotel was located close to the falls and to shopping. I had a issue with the people in the next room; they were loud an banging on the wall. Hotel security did take care of this issue when ER contacted the front desk. The other issue was 2 of our 3 towels had brown stains, they were just nasty.

Great hotel, great room, great service not enough elevators waited way to long every time we used them.

Wonderful location right by the Falls. My room had an excellent view of the Falls. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The staff were all very nice. But the details were not there. The parking is inconvenient and pricy. (They didn't mention that there are lots nearby for 1/3 the price and I probably should have asked, but I didn't.) There was hair in the bathtub. The coffeemaker did not work after the first day. The toilet […] ran after it was flushed. The internet was not included and was not cheap. The indoor pool was closed without any mention on the website. The spa had been moved to a series of hotel rooms on one of the floors. It was just kind of a mess. For less than half the price, I could have stayed at the Travelodge about a block away, parked right outside my room, and had breakfast and internet included. Now, the room would not have been quite as nice but some basic amenities were missing at the Sheraton, anyway, such as a fridge or a microwave or safe. I will stay somewhere else next time. I have been traveling to Buffalo for business and I has never seen Niagara Falls so I stayed an extra night and went to Canada. I booked a room at the Sheraton on the Falls. I was by myself so I didn't care much about romantic. However, I had a very nice room on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the falls. I did not use the casino or the restaurant […] so I can't say anything about them. I went walking around and had dinner and went to one of the bars in the middle of all the tourist stuff. I had a good time. The next morning I had a great view of the falls and it was starting to snow. It was very nice. The automatic fireplace in the room was a nice touch. Stayed on the 21st floor and overlooked the falls, the parkway, Cliffton Hill. Beautiful view and amazing room with fireplace, spacious floor space, King bed with lovely linens. This hotel is the orginal downtown NF which has been renovated tastefully to include windows that open to let in the roar of the falls but when closed give you the utmost quiet. […] I was pleasantly surprised! I stayed here last weekend of Nov 2011. I like the location and the amazing view. But for the price the hotel was too crowed, cheap looking, low quality service. If I paid less I would be happier. the hotel staff need to inform their guests that parking is free, if they have a casino card. we do not gamble very much,however as the parking is really casino parking, t would be nice to know. we ate most of our meal at the casino. the staff there mentioned the card. otherwise everything was pretty good, room was very hot, even with the thermostate […] turned down. the only problem i had was the bed was too soft for my liking. i prefer a much firmer matress than we had and found it did affect my sleep. everything else about the hotel was great. would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service especially from Jack at the front who was exceptionally helpful, polite and always friendly. Nice hotel, great location with everything nearby. Only negative was there was no laundry to do washing in hotel especially when you have kids this can be inconvenient, but all in all would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had two rooms (fallsview). They were very nice. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. What a great location. You can valet park your car and walk to all of the great attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody!

Good Location, decent place to stay !

for starters ive never written a review, secondly i have been in hundreds of hotels from low class to high... our window faced a hallway... creepy... it was so hot and dry in the room and zero circulation all which made my sleep miserable. AND not just the sleep was miserable and unbearable stepping out of the shower, stepping into the room, bending […] over to put my shoes on were all horrible... i am no princess, but i could get a 2.5 star hotel in cuba with better air ventilation/circulation... managements response "hahaha" then nothing then a fan was placed in our room.... needless to say they dis not care, but just wanted there $.... and the parking was completely confusing and no one cared to explain it... i can go on and on but i already wastef 2 days of my life at this hotel! The staff was friendly and efficient. Even though this is a large hotel, the right hand always seemed to know what the left hand was doing when changes needed to be made. The food is also superb.

This was our second stay at the Sheraton on the Falls. There was a slight problem when we first checked in, but the staff was very accomodating and quickly found a solution to the problem.
