Great breakfast, great price, great location, overall made my trip a lot of fun!

This is an older hotel but in good condition, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. I have stayed here a few times while taking my son to and from University at Buffalo. Continental breakfast has everything I wanted-coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, pastries. Service has always been great. This is a great value for a motor hotel.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Stores are nearby and right next door is a restaurant. The room smelled a little musty.

I am not a hard person to please nor am I one of those people who complain about little things. This experience whats horrible. The check in clerck was rude and then they only have one person on at night so he couldn't come up to the room to confirm the bed bugs. We found bugs in our room during our first night there and couldnt sleep. The bugs were […] not confirmed as bed bugs but the clerck confirmed a bed bug infestation 3 weeks prior to our stay 2 doors down!!!!! We put everything in plastic bags and washed it asap. The clerk refused to come upstairs to check our room because he couldn't leave the front desk!! Our room floor had dog hair everywhere and the tub had hairs and the shower head was broke. This room was discusting and dirty. The building is too old and smells of smoke. We left the hotel at 1 in the morning. I am not exaggerating about any of this. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Wasted our money. Room was okay, and heater did not work, so it was a little bit chilly April night if I may say.

Can use a major update. Overall the room was clean but bed was not comfortable and limited furniture. Location was in a good neighbor and near highway.

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location, nice breakfast buffet .. Quiet location.. Nice restaurant attached.

Worth the price. Clean, new carpet, painted. Continental breakfast was very good. Recommend it to others.

close to where we wanted to be,and near to anything we might want to see rates were also reasonable,and i will use this faciliity on my next stay

Really well priced and well kept. Only the location is a negative, which means it's over half an hour away to downtown if you're taking the bus and subway. This is just ok hotel.

needs to be buit again

We showed up late at night, and were told that we would be given two double beds, even though we reserved and paid for a king size bed. I insisted on the room we'd reserved - my 6'3" boyfriend won't fit in a double bed - and finally got what we'd reserved. When we did get to the room it was outdated (circa 1970s) but large and clean.

Hotel is convenient, great location and cost effective. It does have a limited continental breakfast which can get you started. There is no in room wifi, but there is a computer available in the lobby. Would stay here again.

easy to find , clean, if traveling with pets they are welcome too. simple continental breakfast, friendly restaurant and lounge next door.

We are happy where we are. the courtyard. The room is close to my car. Room is clean, breakfast is good. Need more customer service on staff

The location is great - close to shopping malls. The lobby was very nice and welcoming. The breakfasts were included and I was pleasantly surprised with the choices - fruit, muffins, toast/bagels, cereal, coffee/tea and orange juice. But the hotel is old and the carpets smelly. The hotel is old and out dated. Our room was smelling bad. For the money we pay for sure you can get a better one If you don't find anything else than take it.

They stupidly have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking rooms! I hate cigarette smell and it permeates the hallways and into the nonsmoking rooms. Felt like I smoked a few! The bed was extremely uncomfortable,and the heating unit in room was not functioning properly. Never stay here!

The roomiest hotel room I've been into for its class. The common area where breakfast is served displays a big fireplace, was very roomy too and had character for an hotel that's not high class. Very old fashioned decor. Dirty old carpeting and dingy linen...otherwise it was quiet and staff were nice

This hotel is close to the Buffalo Airport, several shopping malls, eateries, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. It's an older hotel but is kept up pretty well. Although it's not a high end hotel I would recommend it to those who are on a budget or don't want to spend outrageous amounts of money on a hotel in the Buffalo area.

We rented two rooms for a place to stay before attending a Buffalo Bills game. Before you read on with this review realize that this is a two star hotel. The Bad: This hotel is old. The bed was a little stiff to my liking. I was in a non-smoking room, but it still smelled a bit smokey. The restaraunt attached is closed on Sunday. The Good: The staff […] were very friendly. It is a short, convenient ride to Ralph Wilson Stadium. The neighborhood felt safe and free of miscreants and transients. The place was clean and the towels were fresh. My wife checked for evidence of bed bugs and found none (bed bugs are a big issue in New York). Overall, I would definitely stay here again in a pinch. The price was right and the location convenient. However, I usually prefer to stay in three star or greater. One final note is that if you book more than one room, make sure the people in the other rooms don't decide to swipe towels. Yes, this is an older hotel. It was built in an era when travel by car was in it's prime. That said, it is kept very clean and is one of the hotels in the area to accept pets. There is no odor from pets or smokers. People working the front desk, as well as people in housekeeping were all very nice. I will stay there again if the need arises.

Room was very out dated. Morning staff at breakfast was very abrupt. We asked for coffee at 10 min to 7am, and the staff was very quick to say we couldn't touch it until 7am, even though it was made. Hotel smelled of cigarette's. Loved the conveince to the highways and surrounding area's.

The room was clean, front desk friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was ok. Two big buts: you use old keys, not cards, so that didnt make me feel so safe. And the building is not the cleanest, polished, or well maintained. No iron or ironing boards in room--had to go to this dingy room in basement. Nice to launder my clothes, but had leaky pipe […] above the ironing board that dripped on my clothing, and the exposed pipes were moldy and mildewy. I don't know if I could recommend. This hotel is old. It gives it a good look on the outside, but in needs an update. The bathrooms look and sound like its the original plumbing.

This hotel appears and smells OLD. desperately needs an update. But it is relitvely clean and conveniently off the highway. If you're just lookin for a one night stay at a relatively cheap place it is tolerable. Bottom line you get what you pay for. The staff were great though !

The hotel is not much to look at but it was comfortable and the breakfast was what I needed. The staff was "old school" friendly. It was interesting to walk around the neighborhood and see the houses etc to the west of the hotel. It was quiet and at the intersection ot 5 and 290.

The welcome was warm and friendly. We needed to sleep after a variety of activities at Niagara Falls and its vicinity. We were quite comfortable. I would suggest that the loose cable at the back of the television be repaired so that guests could enjoy the benefits of the TV.

Found a pair of socks that didn't belong to my family, under the bed after housekeeping cleaned the room. Hotel needs serious updating.
