"Hampton in New Albany hard to get to"
We were coming to the hotel from Kentucky Expo and had a very difficult time getting there due to bridge construction. Once we arrived, we were given what was supposed to be a non-smoking room - the room ended up being a non-smoking room that someone had been smoking in. I called to notify the staff and they told me it shouldn't be a smoking room as […] it was on the non-smoking floor. Also, I was told that it might just be the smell from the heater. Eventually I was given a different room on the same floor and everything turned out fine. "Nice room"
Everytime I travel I try to stay at a Hampton, this one was just as expected comfortable, clean and good service.
"Worst Hampton Ever!"
Room service made the beds and picked up the dirty towels but did not leave clean ones. They didn't clean the coffee pot or leave more coffee. When we discovered there were no towels in the room we asked for them at the desk. They were out and said they would bring them to the room. At 11:30 pm I gave up on my shower and went to bed. "king room"
Asked for a king room away from the highway and they said they had none available. Counted 27 cars in lot overnight. Three floors 30 rooms each, you do the math.

If youae looking for something a step above the 2 star hotels this would be the place to stay. The Staff were friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was better than I expected.

"Not what we had hoped for"
We specifically chose the Hampton over another hotel in the same area, but significantly less, because we felt we'd get better service and value. I was mistaken. As noted earlier, there was no effort to try to accommodate our needs for a place to change clothes. When we finally got to the room, late at night, I was shocked to find two double beds instead […] of the King I had requested. We were too tired to try dealing with it at that time. "Everything you would expect........"
This hotel is everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. It was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
