Jak na Miami, przystępna cena. Wszędzie oprócz lotniska daleko. Pani w recepcji przez 10 minut nie mogła odnaleźć naszej opłaconej rezerwacji. Prysznic działał na 50% a klima była głośna. Nieduży pokój. Śniadanie ok, dobry internet, miłe że non stop była dostępna kawa i herbata.

Hotel was excellent, check in staff very good and I was only in reception a couple of minutes, I was offered a choice of floors, then up to my room, which was clean and very good. Plenty of very local shops and fast food if required, my fourth stay and happy to stay again.

excellent service from front office staff; very comfortable bed; good breakfast selection. Did notice a lot of door slams from other guests, and apparently the couple next to our room had a love making session, but was very shortlived, so not to much of a bother. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Good Neighborhood. CVS and Walgreens across the street. Little shopping center on the other side. Minor construction..upgrades. great free breakfast. Free airport shuttle. $10 shuttle to cruise port. Good stay!

it is a disapointment for what people rate 5* of this hotel especially the breakfast, it is just a normal "inn continental breakfast" with paper dishes

We stayed here the night after a cruise. There are supermarkets, fast food and a pretty good Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel (crossing pretty busy streets). And the man operating the shuttle to the airport in the am was great. The pool is just big enough to amuse the kids.

The front desk staff were awesome- we had just arrived, and were early for check in but were able to accommodate us early- so was nice to get settled in. The safe in the room was not operational (we were offered the option of storing valuables at the front desk safe) and the air conditioning was a little difficult to control. Directly across the street is a CVS Pharmacy, a Burger King, a nicer Italian restaurant and a Burlington Coat Factory store. There isn't much else within walking distance. This is a great hotel if you want to stay near the airport. It has everything you want around. It is a very nice and clean hotel. They offer free airport shuttle to and from the airport and a cruise shuttle for $10 a person. We were not disappointed with our stay. Will stay there again!!!

We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the airport and because the Miami Airport hotel was ghastly. The reception was warm and welcoming, very helpful with several local restaurants, offered a managers welcome with free appetizers and wine. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful since this was our first stay in a Miami Hotel. They also helped us with information on taking a bus tour and answered all our questions. Nice breakfast was provided and we also used the business center. Very pleased with our experience.

Room was nice, breakfast was great for a complementary one. The only negative is the lack of a shuttle to the airport and the shuttle to the cruise line dock, only went to the dock. Needed a taxi back to the hotel to pick up my vehicle.

Good enough. The staff was very nice/helpful and the room has a decent size with decent cable TV in comparison to other hotels. Location is also good. However, for $190/night, it wasn't much better than hotels that charge $120/night.

After testing out several hotels in Miami over the last 5 years, I have hit the right one! This is perfect in every way - airport transport, close to good places to eat, spacious rooms, clean and a nice staff. Wonderful!

Very efficient check in. Very well maintained property. My memory is not so great, so I cannot remember the young lady who checked me in, but she remembered my name hours later after checking in multiple people.

Had a wonderful nights stay. Staff were excellent, breakfast was the best we had that was included with our accomodation. Airport shuttle was good, only 10 minutes away. Complimentary coffee in the reception area was great. Would definately stay here again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I arrived late at night and the staff was both friendly and helpful. In the morning the free hot breakfast was great. I also needed help finding where I needed to go that day and the staff was great with providing directions and ideas.

Great place to stay in Miami before going on a cruise. Has a TD Bank across the street, a CVS and Walgreens across from each other on the corner, and a MacDonalds and Burger King. Booked five runs for an overnight stay prior to running the Florida Keys Ragnar. Front desk personnel was exceptional. Rooms were very clean. Can't say anything about breakfast as we left at 4:30AM to start our run to Key West. Will book again next year!

This hotel is convenient to Miami International Airport, but not overly noisy (from planes, etc), close to the freeway. My husband and i stayed here the night before we left for our cruise. We were both very impresed with the service. The hotel picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes of us calling. The driver was excellent. He informed us that the hotel offers a ride to a very nice restuarant name 94th Squadrant. They also set up transportation from the hotel to the port for the next morning and it was only $10 per person. The hotel itself was very clean and in a great location. The staff was so friendly and always smiling. They made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. They were super helpful and I never heard the word "no". It was super clean. Someone was always cleaning something every time I walked through the lobby. We would go back. Down fall - we left at 5:00 am and breakfast was not ready. We were told that breakfast would be left at front counter in a bag to go. We had to spend an additional $30.00 for a breakfast at the airport. Otherwise good clean hotel.

Check-in experience was good. Lady at the front desk was welcoming & helpful. Since our room was available, we did not have to wait till the official check-in time. The room was clean & comfortable. We had a similar experience when we stayed at Hampton Inn in Reno last year. We did not regret choosing Hampton Inn again in Miami.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Suggested affordable family friendly places to eat. Would definately stay here again on our next trip to Miami. The hot buffet breakfast was a wonderful perk especially if ur on a budget.
