The maid staff was awful, I had to ask repeatedly to clean my room and by time they were ready for it, it was almost 3pm. I needed to come back to my room to shower and get ready for the night. So for 2 straight days they didn't clean my room. In fact in 5 days my room only got cleaned once with one day I gt them to change the sheets, unacceptable. My […] shower didn't have a curtain so there was water everywhere when I showered. Room was very loud being next to the elevator and i couldn't sleep much. Staff wasn't very helpful either.
