Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

"LOUD ROOM"
THe room was very loud between the heater system, the water heaters, and the fridge...not very pleasant sleeping with that much noise!

Your hotel was so inviting I would have loved to stay another night. It was warm, cozy, so clean and comfortable. The decor was fabulous and you felt like you were in a 5 star hotel. I love the bed, could someone tell me what type of bed this is, it was great for my back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Convenient and close to airport"
The hotel is a standard airport hotel. It was about 1/2 the price of surrounding hotels when I booked, but was standard business-hotel fair. Free internet was a huge plus. Less than a 5 minute shuttle from airport.

"Great place to stay."
This hotel was great. We rented the suite room, it was roomy and comfortable. The amenities were nice like the pool and the gym. The breakfast at Harry Careys was a nice addition, instead of the typical Continental breakfast. I really liked that there was a shuttle service to the airport. We caught the blue line train into Chicago, and did some city […] tourist stuff, ate dinner and took the train back to the hotel. The next day we parked in the garage and took the shuttle to the airport and had a long weekend in NYC. The cost of parking was only $10 a day, which is unbeatable. When we finally found the hotel, it was wonderful. The only sign we ever saw was very high, and we missed it the first time and got quite lost.

Good airport hotel. Rooms come equipped w/ fridge and coffee maker, but the fridge in my room was busted the night I was there. The Harry Caray restaurant in the lobby is really good and so Chicago!

"really nice overall"
the king size beds are absolutely wonderful! very comfortable. I really love the way they give you 2 soft pillows and two firm pillows to sleep on. Our view was of the landing strip at O'Hare airport, and it was just relaxing to watch at night, and exciting to watch in the morning! only drawback was an infestation of cricket like bugs... we had to get […] rid of more than one..kinda creepy. While only at the hotel for a quick business stay it was the perfect fit for what I needed. Staff were extremely helpful, location from airport was ideal and the free shuttle was great (although it took me a bit to find it as a first time visitor to O'Hare), breakfast was excellent and room was super quiet even though I was right by the elevator. Based on the good reviews here and Tripadvisor I was expecting a good experience, but I got a very good experience. It is still a 3star accomodation but with some aspects as good or better than the 4star accomodation I stayed in downtown. The hotel service exceeds what I have expected. People at the hotel are extremely helpful and services are great. The location is perfect for those who want to go to and come from O'hare airport.

The service altitude of sone of the hotel staff were bad, they did not even border to greet you. Just look at you and ask, 'what's your last name?' Same with the restaurant staff who is not exactly helpful. The room are clean and relatively new if that's the only thing your're looking for.

The hotel was great, and the service was exceptional. I was in Chicago on a business trip, and needed a place close to the airport, comfortable, and a hotel that served breakfast; and this was it. The rooms were very clean, and the front desk was most helpful.

Normally stay at Radisson but this time around decided to stay at Holiday In and Suites O’Hare. I checked in late and found out in the morning that bath tub is clogged. Complained to the front desk as I was leaving in the about the issue and they assured that it will be fixed. Came back late the second night and bath tub is still clogged and it is worse […] than last night. Also there are small flying bugs in the room. The towels are bit rough. Really disappointed with the hotel and service. No time to complain about the issues. Have to get the sleep and leave early in the morning. NOT STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They allowed me a late check-out which was very helpful. The shuttle to and from O'Hare was timely and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free wireless internet connection was also a big plus.
