First room given was dirty with no sheets on the bed. Second room was fairly clean but sheets and bedspread had old stains. Bathroo counter and sink had stains and worn marks. Overall room smelled old and moldy.

all hotels should have an ice machine. if you have a kitchen in your room it should be supplied with the proper amount of dishes, pots, glasses etc

I've stayed several times recently for business. The rooms are very basic, but quiet and (for the most part) quiet. All of the staff and been very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was in the area for business. The hotel was affordable and had all the amenities I needed in the room. Having a full fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishes makes it much easier to get work done in the room without having to eat out for every meal. The room was has the very bare minimum. It was old and I was too afraid to use the shower because of how it looked. There were no plastic cups to get water with or ice buckets.

this is a nice place, but the househeeping staff need training. around the tub was very dirty, carpet dirty...room was damp with a funny ammonia smell .....towles old and thin....

Will NEVER stay at this location again. Rooms filthy. Beds didn't look like they had been made just the spread pulled up on it. Tub needs to be replaced. Just horrible!!!!!

Hotel is good but they will tell you that your romm won´t be cleaning if you stay for less than 7 days.

From the outside the hotel looked nice. I'm not used to a hotel being locked especially when it comes to checking in or checking out. There's no room service because no one would deliver to us. The neighborhood is full of check cashing place and pawn shop. The staff I would say is very nice. As far as when I got into the hotel room the room smelled […] like smoke but I was in the smoking section so I dealt with that but the room can use some remodeling. There was chipping all over the place. I was so hesitant on being barefoot because I felt I may catch something. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed spread was very thin and it looked worn out. you have to be sure to get a nonsmoker room - the smoker rooms really stink a lot. also check out the wifi - it wont work very well in some rooms

Check was easy. We had to wait a little due to a short line. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was ok, clean, but the kitchenette cupboards were kinda of worn. There was an old bath luffa hanging in our shower from the shower curtain... We had to go get our own extra towels and take them the old ones to get fresh ones. They brought us the […] extra pillows but they didn't have pillow cases on them... My biggest problem was the location... One building down from a busy intersection. It's on the busy main road and you have to do a u turn to go east. If the traffic is bad you might have turn right and do a u turn then go east. Overall would stay again. I enjoyed the stay, the staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue was I had a no smoking room and it was clear the previous resident was smoking in the room,other than that the stay was good.

I had to call the Manager because I arrived after their duty hours. He was very nice and quick in responding. This is a bare bones lodging. No toiletries in the bathroom and the quality of the towels was very disappointing. This is not a hotel but an extended stay lodging for people who will bring their own stuff. The hotel was VERY nice and clean -- The kitchenette was one of the best that I have seen and one of the cleanest- This hotel is more geared for longer stays not 1-2 nighters ... Housekeeping is scheduled once a week, which is fine. However, it should not be on the day that you are leaving, it makes no sense. It would be better appreciated if housekeeping was during your stay and not on the day of departure.

If you plan to stay one or two nights or just a descent place to pass the night, this is the hotel for you. If you look for luxury go Hilton, Sheraton or somewhere else. Booked a non-smoking room, was put in a smoking room. When I asked to be moved, I was told the hotel was booked, but that I could spray air freshener in my room if I would like. I needed an inexpensive room for the night and that is exactly what I received. I am not one to think that I can pay a very low price and expect 4 start quality. Upon arrival (@ 630pm in the evening) my room was not ready and I had to wait? That was an aggravation, yet other than that the room was what I had expected, not glamorous but acceptable.
