Pools on the small size but never too busy and well kept. Excelent value for money. If you wish to use their shuttle to Disney (saves $14 parking fee) be aware you need to sign in a day before for a specified time. Ask for an apartment facing the water, floors 3rd and up.

Dobra lokalizacja jesli chodzi o dostępność do parków rozrywki, wpoblizu tez dwa fajne outlety. Jedyną bardzo słabą strona hotelu są śniadania, typowo amerykańskie, tylko mufiny, tosty dżem, płatki z mlekiem po 6 dniach miałam naprawdę dość. Mimo wszystko chętnie tam wrócę.

I thought it was great. Spacious king room, with a fridge, very clean, and a very helpful staff. Rick, from the front desk greeted us, answered all our questions, he was great! "Very convenient to Orlando airport, but the smell."
Very conflicted review here....Location and hotel staff were perfect. The whole hotel smells musty with a strong de-odorizer smell that try's to cover it. The room was the worst. "Very good hotel close to airport"
Have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Friendly airport shuttle driver. I arrived well before check in time and front desk made me quite comfortable in the lobby while the worked on getting a room. Plus I requested a quieter room, being Orlando and not traveling with children we were concerned about […] the noise factor. We were placed on a higher floor and except for the lobby we did not hear a peep. The one suggestion I would offer is to make it a bit easier for those who wish to take breakfast back to their rooms. I appreciate the lovely set up with real dishes etc but we prefer to avoid crowds in the morning. Granted I did not ask if this was a possibility. "Wonderful & exceeded our expectations"
We only stayed for one day/night & were very impressed with this hotel! We used the shuttle 3 different times: 1. to be picked up from airport, 2. to go out for dinner & 3. to get rental car. We were suprised at how big our room was with the pull out l-shaped sofa! The food was outstanding & many options for breakfast. I really had high hopes for this hotel. Normally the Hyatt is a great place to stay. They didn't clean our rooms very good at all. The bathroom tub was nasty, rusted and old. The hallways smelled like smoke (we had a non smoking room/floor) and the cleaning staff just seemed as if they didn't care. i just feel like the hotel needs a rennovation! "I would definately stay here again!"
This was a pleasant surprise, having never stayed at a Hyatt Place before. Spacious and comfortable, with a great wait staff! The breakfast was well proportioned and plenitful, as well as being open later than most. "Our first USA Holiday"
Only one night. Staff were perfect as was the hotel. Would definitely stay again.The hotel and staterooms were clean and welcoming. Location near the airport, excellent for one night. "Nice Hotel"
I've travelled with my family (wife and two kids). The staff are very kindness. Check-in very quickly and efficient. The room are nice and roomy. Continental breakfast is nice too. Only complain is about shuttle between airport and hotel. We've wait a long time....Prawdziwa opinia gościa Expedia

"Decent airport hotel"
It was a good airport hotel. The room was clean, although it felt a bit in need of a complete refurbishment. Nothing was very worn, but everything felt kind of stuffy. There was a horrible burnt smell in the hallway of the floor we were on, but the room and lobby were fine in that regard. It was very convenient having food available in the lobby. "Convenient airport location"

"Convenient to Orlando Airport"
The Hyatt was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. My only "complaint" was that they did not have laundry facilities on site. Having just come back from a cruise, I allocated that day to clean my clothes before getting on a plane home the next day.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Hotels.com
