Hotel w bardzo dogodniej lokalizacji, blisko Union Square, łatwy dostęp metrem do całego Manhatanu. Sam pokój bardzo malutki, ale wystarczający na krótki pobyt, łóżko trochę skrzypiące. Spory hałas od ulicy spowodowany wbudowanym klimatyzatorem w okno.

Niezbyt duży hotel, bardzo blisko linii metra, stacji kolejowej Jamaika, lotniska JFK. Dzięki temu wygodny punkt do zwiedzania miasta. Dobre połączenie metrem ze wszystkimi dzielnicami i miejscami do zwiedzania. Trochę głośno , bo przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, Śniadania kontynetalne (tosty, gofry, dżem, płatki) w nieco za ciasnym pomieszczeniu.

Bardzo dobry hotel, tuż po remoncie, dysponuje także pokojami dla palących na 15 piętrze. Jedyny minus brak ekspresu do kawy w pokoju ( na dole sklep z kawa) i brak szwedzkiegk stołu na śniadanie , tylko wybór z menu.

This hotel was OK. The room was teeny tiny, knocked your elbows on the walls tiny. Sheets were mildly stained, not gross yucky stains, but old pen marks and the like - you didn't really want to crawl between them. The room was barely large enough for the bed, with no clothes dresser, no desk, not even a chair, and no place to open a single suitcase other than on top of the bed. "smallest room ever"
We have slept at this Hotel twice because we did not know that the room are the smallest I have ever seen anywhere. We taught we had seen small rooms elsewhere in the world but this Hotel wins the CAKE. We were in NYC to take a boat for a cruise so the night before our cruise the room ventilation was very noisy and it took us a while to understand that […] it was not a parked truck outside that had it's motor running but that it was the floor bellow us ventilation system that was making that noise. The bed was not very comfortable. The second room after the cruise was a bit bigger but not enough since we had to put our luggage in the bathtub to make sure we would have room to move in the room. The washroom was almost half the size of the room and our cabin during the cruise was way bigger. The price was fair but I did not like the service. "Very clean but small"
I stay at the Belnord often when I am in NYC. It is very convenient for my business when I am in town, and it is also very clean and well maintained. I believe that the rooms have been recently renovated. The only challenge is that the rooms are very small. "Hotel Belnord: Good Price, Good Room,Good Area"
This was a very nice, small,clean,quiet hotel in a great neighbourhood with good shopping and close access to the park and museums. Perfect if you want a taste of the life New York residents live, Very convenient if you want to get downtown as it is one block to the subway and about 10 minutes to Times Square.

we got the same room. this time a little less painful but still need time to ask for code to get to internet. people could be nicer working behind the desk. toilet got a little dirtier than last time tho.

Hi All, Just stayed at the Belnord--was excited to stay--the location is great. I stayed in a single room--the room was clean, but wow was it spartan and absolutely tiny! Definitely the smallest hotel I have ever stayed in--including my national and international travels. It was pleasant enough, but for me, it was difficult to get over how tiny the […] room was. On the plus side, the location is great if you want to be on the upper west, and right next to 1 train, one block away on 86th st. Yes, the rooms in this hotel are very, very small - in fact it is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Even with the smallness of the room and space in general, it was a great place to stay. "December stay at the Belnord"
There are only two areas I would recommend for improvement one is telephone service. Since I visit my son it's important for to be able to call him with no charge, he lives only two blocks from your hotel. The next recommendation I would made is to have sports on the TV channel on Saturday and Sunday.

this room size was the worst ive ever been subjected too. its clean and well placed but so small that it will grind on you...we left the next day to another hotel...it was not as clean but you could strech your legs.\ im sure if you read on you will see the same complaint.

Reminds me of a Paddington Station B and B. Very compact rooms. Not even room for one chair, just a bed. Two people have to watch their elbows. But inexpensive, good neighborhood, and clean. If you just want a place to sleep, a good choice.
The room was tiny but OK for our one night stay. Near to subway station. If staying in NYC for more one or two nights I'd look for something bigger and closer to midtown.

when we checked in, the clerks atitute was not friendly, we thought that they could not smile at all. and we lost our food(cooked meat, fish and beans) in hotel's refrigerator in the day before check-out, make us very unpleasent.
