"Business meeting"
Our company needed to find a room for a series of presentations and The Crescent Court filled the bill. They were very accomodating and offered empty rooms for us to use as needed. The hotel, rooms, service and restaurants were exemplary.
"Little pricey but worth it"

"Definitely a targeted experience"
I chose this hotel because the reviews in the website were excellent. My expectations were really high and I was hoping for this amazing experience. What I got was a slightly disappointing experience. I felt like the hotel's service was astounding, very thoughtful and very attentive. I really disliked my room, how hot it was (the AC was not working […] well so we had to order a fan). It was a lot of little things that were upsetting, like the cable box was slow, the carpets were dirty, you have to order the ice (35 min wait), the food was really salty and overpriced. The saving grace of this hotel is the spa experience. Incredible service, great facilities, the gym was well kept and the attendees were just A+. The surrounding businesses are posh and if you want a really good sandwich you can walk a few blocks to Pot Belly (delicious). Overall, if you're in your late 20's or early 30's and you want to feel pampered, definitely check this place out. But if you want a more modern experience, I'm sure there's places that are a bit more youthful and less seemingly pretentious. Five star service, 3 star rooms. Przeczytaj więcej
The areas of concern were that you had to order room service/housekeeping for things. If you wanted ice, you had to order it(meaning a tip was involved each time, couldn't get it yourself). If you wanted coffe in your room, no coffee pot. Had to order one, then each day room service didn't leave more coffee, you had to order it, meaning tipping plus […] waiting 10-15 minutes each time to get it. If you self park, and there is no attendent, an automatic $9 charge. If this isn't a problem for you then all is good. Only other wish is that there would be music by the pool. Oh and if you wanted a newspaper, you were charged $1.00 but then later you could find them for free placed in the lobby???? Makes no sense. Also when I checked out they did not give me a copy of my bill, that was strange. Comfort of bed/room and convenience of hotel great though, and if you wanted to go somewhere they had a car available to take you, that was a very nice perk. Przeczytaj więcej
Thank you for your comments. We take any feedback seriously in planning changes to the hotel offering. In fact we are planning to offer music at the pool in the near future. We do offer USA Today free of charge for all guests and then have a selection of papers available for guests in beau's, our lobby bar. We generally offer to email a folio on departure rather than print it as part of our green efforts. If this was not offered I apologise.
Rosewood Crescent Hotel — 1 odpowiedź kierownictwa"Texas Heat - Cool Rooms"
We joined a couple from to attend the SADE concert at AA Center. The hotel's location was excellent and everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance. The hotel staff was great and the lobby bar was open after the concert, far beyond is posted hours. Best of all, the hotel room was cool despite the Texas heat! Super
If you are looking for a refreshing pool at the end of the day. This one is not for you. It is shallow and the heat of the sun heats it to Hot tub temps.
Due to guest feedback like this we have since installed a pool chiller. It has significantly decreased the water temperature during this record breaking hot spell. We hope to welcome you back to check out the pool.
Rosewood Crescent Hotel — 1 odpowiedź kierownictwa"Just don't go to the pool."
We went for July 4th weekend. The plan was to hang out by the pool all day and then go out on the town at night. We got to the pool shortly after checking in at 3 and there were NO pool chairs left. We waited about 30 mins and two opened up--but on opposite sides of the pool. For the size tof the hotel, the pool was incredibly small. More than half […] of the poolside was taken up by employees of the hotels. (If I managed the hotel, I would not allow employees to take over the hotel on a Holidayweekend...but I digress.) The pool was distgustingly hot but since there weren't enough umbrellas for us to get one to cover our lounge chairs, it was better than being out there and cooking under the sun. When we asked for an umbrella, the genetleman who was 'servicing' the pool area and barely spoke english managed to tell us that they are broken. They should have enough umbrellas to cover each chair ot at least 90% of the chairs as opposed to covering only 30% of the chairs. The pool texture is very rough. My friend got a staple or some sort of metal stuck in her foot within 5 minutes of getting in the pool. People were kicking over all sorts of drinks in the pool because there wasn't any hotel staff around to service the pool (to pick up people's drinks when they were done--or clean of the towels after they left). The pool surface was very rough. The pool was the primary reason for us to get a hotel and this one was a HUGE diappointment. There wasn't anyone around to get our drink orders, the bar at the pool area was dismal and you had to keep going to the bar to order. The upside? We had drinks and some apps at the hotel bar and they were pretty good. The food by the pool was amazing as well. I enjoyed the little slippers back in my room as they were a nice reprieve from the pool surface! Overall--there are MUCH nicer places to stay in D-town for the price. The Joule and the Ritz have much better service and the comforts are about the same. Przeczytaj więcej
"Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas, TX"
AWWWWFUL.... We actually drove my husband's work truck, and the valet ignored us, until we were completely unloaded... The room condition was fine, but the noise was ridiculous! Unfortunately, we stayed during a local "prom" night, and the four rooms surrounding us were high-school kids roaming room-to-room unitl about 4:00 am. Took two calls to security […] to address... We've stayed at the Mansion (another Rosewood property) and would stay there again, but never the Crescent. Wasted $'s... Przeczytaj więcej
"Birthday"
I had a great stay there and just wish I could have enjoyed it more. The spa was great, but I wish I would have been able to hang out more with my girlfriends. Our hostess was great when we were running late.. Great!

"60th Birthday/Rest and Relaxation"
As an added bonus to an already wonderful birthday, I decided to check into the Rosewood Crescent Hotel. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. The hotel and spa facilities were first-rate, and the staff was courteous and attentive to my every need. I treated myself to a relaxing massage and a sensational meal delivered in grand style to my room. It's […] not something I could afford to do every day, but I guess you could say it was the "icing on the cake" to top off a wonderful week of celebrations. I would highly recommend this hotel for special occasions, or just for some much needed rest and relaxation! Przeczytaj więcej

"ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND"
GREAT WEEKEND AT THE CRESCENT, THE SPA AND MASSAGE WAS GREAT, NOBU WAS GREAT. THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE BETTER ACCESS TO THE AA CENTER AND BACK, BUT NO COMPLAINTS. WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

"Spectacular!"
If I had to pick a place in the Dallas area for a "Groundhog Day" that I could relive, the Rosewood Crescent would be it. The staff are all wonderful, the food excellent, the location is within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. I give it an unqualified "10."

"A Classic"
Great hotel with great service. Perfect location for food, shopping, entertainment and business.
"Trolley Accessible"
Yes, we actually felt as though we were somewhere, as opposed to nowhere, which is the norm for Dallas hotels. Our kids loved riding the free McKinney Avenue trolley to the Dallas Museum of Art. The pool was a little too deep for our two, 4.5 feet, but it looked like a great place to hang out. Beds were comfy, everything worked. Staff was super-friendly. […] Made me forget what a bargain I had found... Przeczytaj więcej
