While we were very pleased with the hotel employees and could not have ask them to be better, our room had a stunning view of a refinery which depending on the exact direction of the wind at times made it impossible to sit out on the balconey. The bathroom sink had a hole in it around the drain and I marvelled that that big of a hole didn't even drip […] onto the floor. For the size of the room, which we were happy with we felt the jacuzzi was too small. "Pleasantly surprised"
Great location. Nice and clean. Helpful staff. Other than the fact that we asked for adjoining rooms months in advance and when we arrived and were told they didn't have them only to find out that one of our rooms was in fact joined to a room, it was a decent hotel. Breakfast was iffy. No fresh fruit. All processed foods that were ok.

"SATISFIED"
This was a very nice hotel off the freeway and close to downtown. The room rates were excellent the room was cozy and the staff was attentive and informative ! The only drawbacks were that the pool was not available for use and 2 out of the 3 nites upon heading out for the evening there were no less than 3 police cars parked in front. "Tulsa, OK"
Had nice staff and the rooms were clean and comfy, and overall quiet except for the air unit (unless you like white noise). Hot showers, good breakfast, coffeemaker in the room, and about 3 mins from downtown. Everything you need!

We arrived at 4 in the afternoon and our room had not been made up. After supper we returned to find the room done but no coffee for the machine and no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we asked for no maid service our 2nd day we got maid service. Overall a very average stay. The front desk people were pleasant and did help when when requested.

"Nice comfortable stay"
Nice hotel, good location...would have liked the hottub to be operational since that was my specific search criteria in this stay.

Overall the hotel was nice. The air conditioning was pretty noisy. We like staying where they have free breakfast. This hotel offers free breakfast, but it is very limited in variety.
"Great Stay"
This hotel even covers my biggest requirement. An exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most hotels do not have an exhaust fan in the room, bathroom or even a window that you can open. Was very clean, comfortable & I would stay here again.
Location was very convenient to downtown. Hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
"Not what I expected"
I did not have shampoo, soap, or any other items in my room when i checked in. Additionally the Air conditioner was very loud and would make odd noises. It often woke me up. My final complaint is that there were several large beetles in my room at various times. The location was great for my research at the Gilcrease Museum and for food as there is […] a Braums across the street and a strip mall not far away. The breakfast was very nice. "Clean towels" were not clean. Very noisy AC system. Very average other than that.

Good price and nice furnishings were over shadowed by cob webs, spiders, rust, dust, and no cold water. I wont be back.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The room was very nice. This was our 2nd stay, and we enjoyed i both times. Will look for it again.
Very hard to find motel with all the road construction in downtown Tulsa.

My wife and I went to a concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa. The hotel location was perfect, 5 minutes from the BOK Center. Then staff was very nice, room clean and breakafast was very nice. We will stay there again the next time we visit Tulsa.
the entire four days the spa did not work, the bottom of the pool was dirty, the outlet my the microwave did not work so I had to move the coffee pot to use it and could not use the microwave at all. The room and bathroom was clean. the hotel was located in a great place to go around all the road construction.
Nice, clean room with easy proximity to downtown without the cost or hassle. The complimentary breakfast had several great choices, and the staff was both friendly and helpful.

There was a minor problem with my room when I got in it and the staff had me moved into an upgraded room within 10 minutes! Excellent service.
