Overall the hotel is very nice--comfortable bed and love the toiletries--Crabtree & Evelyn! However, the carpets needed a better cleaning and the bedskirt was dirty. I only know this because I have to do back exercises, so was down on the floor! Staff could be more pleasant. The cookies are nice, but that doesn't make up for unpleasant people.

We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and had 24 hour free shuttle service to the airport. We were very pleased with the room, the service and the comfortable bed. It was comparable to a hotel near the strip that cost $100 more per night!

Great hotel. Very close to airpport. Highly recommended for short or long stays.

Away from the hubbub of The Strip but convenient to everything, the Doubletree was a fine experience for us. Their frequent shuttles to The Strip, the airport, and the rental car return location make the hotel's location perfect if you aren't longing to step outside into Las Vegas action. As a base for the airport and The Strip, it's perfect.

Liked the hotel, but the carpets in the room and public areas need cleaning. I intend to stay here again. It's off the Strip and that is a big plus for me.

lost my necklace clasp came loose and didn't notice til at airport..called housekeeping.. they found nothing it was a sentimental item BUT hotel air conditioning was loud and couldn't control the temperature

stff here was very friendly and helpful. we had some issues with loud music in one room, called the front desk and was taken care of immediately. Room was clean fresh flavored water for you when come into lobby. would choose this hotel again

Good location, close to but not ON the strip. Pleasant staff, very helpful.

If you want a quite location butclose to the strip this is it. I saw better deals, but this location for a family or business is great. The service was superb and the accomodations were nice.

Good, clean property at a good price. No smells or noise. The hallway carpets were a bit stained. Overall a good experience.

I have stayed here several times. This time I experiences a sinjk that would not drain, a tub that dripped so much when the housekeeping left the drain closed it was half full whn i came back. Then every morning I would work out in the fitness room & every morning the maintenance man would use the rest room located in there & leave the toilet seat up […] & the last day when he urinated in it he never flushed. I vacation in Vegas quite often and I hate being in the "Strip" the DoubleTree was 5 minutes from the airport 10 minutes from the mall and 15 minutes from the strip. Absolutely perfect for me. I will be staying here ever single time I come back to Vegas.

Shuttle service was excellent, Check in was painless, room was very clean, Kevin the front desk clerk was extremely helpful. Enjoyed my stay would definetely book again

Dirty hallway carpets, air conditioner that didn't work, constantly dripping bathtub faucet, and generally an aging hotel. Food service had very few choices and the bar and restaurant remained empty all four days. Pool is teeny tiny. Bed was comfortable. Maids two days in a row stuck a "sorry, we won't clean your room today" card under the door at 9:30 […] a.m., as I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. We picked this hotel because all the hotels on the strip were too expensive. This hotel was a great value, close to the strip without all the loud partying. Service staff was helpful and the free shuttle to and from the airport was great.

If you need to visit Vegas on business and want a centrally located hotel without the ubiquitous slot machinesand the morons that use them, then I would recommend the Doubletree Club.

I travel lot and love this place it is like a second home and service can not be beat. They have the best shuttle service possible with a smile.

hotel price is ok on friday. overall is fine

This hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It's so nice to relax even though you're in Vegas. Free WiFi and very reasonable price. I love the gym as well. Surely, I recommend this hotel and give a thumb's up rating.

We stayed here on a road trip from Denver to Los Angeles with 2 small kids. The room was clean, nice looking and comfortable. Great location off the strip for clean, smokefree, family environment. Yet a short 10 minute drive to all action on the strip, after the kids were tucked in. Helpful and friendly staff add additional value.

I can't think of anything bad to say about our stay at the Las Vegas Double Tree. We actually stayed at three different hotels on our stay in Vegas, two on the strip and the Double Tree south of the airport. We actually wished we had spent all of our time at the Double Tree. Would recommend it IF the airconditioning worked. It did not work in my room.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to California. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly. They told us about a great restaurant and gave us a $15 complementary gift certificate to it. We tried the restaurant Table 34 they suggested and really enjoyed the food. I was required to charge $50.00 credit card hold for my stay and plus charged an additional fee $15.00 each nite for the use of a refrigerater so I can keep my medication in. I have never stayed at a hotel with these charge requirements and I was not told this at the time of my reservation. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Car is easy to access. Shuttle bus from the center of city is not so often.

This hotel was just what we needed for arriving on a late flight and near the airport/rental car facility. Took us two minutes to get there from the airport and the hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. Pool was closing when we arrived so couldn't swim but it looked fabulous and very inviting. Nice hotel, nice staff...Little out off the beaten path. Wonder if i could have found something comparable on the strip. Hotel itself is great, as far as amenities and cleanliness. Only thing that was kind of weird is that we got two different rooms and one room had a small fridge, and the other had a air cleaner but no fridge. Nice hotel, conveneint shuttle for both the airport and to the strip (MGM Grand), friendly staff, and as always, love the cookies!

A/C broken, phone didn't work, had to eventually change rooms at 11PM, which was a major inconvienence! There is nothing to do at this hotel. A shuttle is required to travel to any form of entertainment which leaves every hour from the hotel. The chocolate chip cookie at check-in and proximity to the airport are the advantages to this hotel.

I was very impressed at how clean my room was. It smelled good when I walked in, not musty like some places. We were given a hot chocolate chip cookie a check-in and were given information on bus shuttle to the airport as a complimentary service. I was very pleased! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have honestly never had any problems with a Hilton brand hotel before and I have stayed in a lot of them all over the country and in Europe. This was the first one that was completely less then helpful and honestly just didn't care about us as customers at all. First they messed up our reservation that we had made just under a month and a half before […] the stay. Then when they finally worked that out they booked us under the wrong name. Once we figured that out and had to get that fixed to get the internet to work we thought ok now we will be ok. NO, this is when the we started to realized the AC wasn't cooling the room down at all, but it was 3am at this point and we had been in the road for 8 hours so we all just went to bed. By 7am and 90 degrees in our room, it is Las Vegas after all, we went down to the desk to ask to switch rooms. They didn't apologize or anything just asked me has anyone looked at your AC. Which they hadn't, so I said sure have them come and look at it. They said he would be there in about 10 to 15 minutes. 45 minutes later and a phone call they finally came and replaced the AC. For the first 20 minutes it started to cool the room down and then it started to blow just warm air again. I called down to the desk again and asked, again to switch rooms, and again no apology or anything and were borderline rude when I asked telling them what was going on. They told me they didn't have any clean rooms for me to change into then. I told them that was fine, that we were heading out for the afternoon before coming back to get ready for the evening. And we could change rooms then and I was sure a clean room would be available then. They said there would be and to stop by the front desk and it would all be taken care of. When I got back and went to the front desk they had no idea what I was talking about at all and had to go over it all over again, but these employees were much more helpful and nice! and got the job done and the room we were moved into, Przeczytaj więcej

This hotel met my expectations and even surpassed them. I was given a wonderful price on Hotels.com and felt I received more than I paid for. The hotel is well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

My wife and I have stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions and never tire of it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. A nice getaway from the crowd but not too far from the strip.
