County Inn is close to 101 freeway, but if you don't have car, the closest bus stop is 0.5 mile away. My room was spacious and comfy, had all the necessary equipment and parking space right behind the door. Since it's close to the freeway you can actually hear traffic while you're inside but it's not like if you're on airport runway ;-) Between Inn buildings there's a swimming pool and garden with blooming trees, so window view is rather pleasant. If I'm in Mountain View again it's likely that I'll choose County Inn again.

Miły motel - wszystkie pokoje mają wejście od zewnątrz, piętrowy, trzeba bagaże dźwigać po schodach. Pokoje duże, czyste, klimatyzacja i możliwość otwarcia okna. Jedyny hotel w którym prysznic nie był przytwierdzony do ściany. Spokojna okolica, hotel bezpośrednio przy ulicy,ale cichy. OK na jedną dwie noce.

Online the hotel states it has courtesy shuttle to San Jose Airport. There was no shuttle to the hotel or back on Sunday when we had to catch our flight. The hotel needs to put the hours of shuttle. The Larkspur Landing Milpitas does offer complimentary local shuttle within 5 mile radius as well as shuttle service to and from San Jose International Airport. As it is listed on our website, reservations are required and the shuttle service is based on availability. We do have a schedule for our hotel shuttle and take reservations for this service. Pickups from San Jose International Airport can be made with the hotel in advance of your arrival to San Jose. If reservations are not made in advance, we would be happy to assist any guest with their shuttle needs as soon as our shuttle service is available.

"Good staff"
Maintenance is appropriate. The breakfast is fresh. I checked out early at 4:00 AM on the last day. Everything is efficient without any problem.

they did not clean our room the first day housekeeping leaves at 4:30pm, we had to ask for towels three times then I had to walk to the front desk and demand towels. went to get ice and there was a refrigerator in laundry room I opened it and housekeeping came running in immediately to lock the refrigerator with a lock as if I were a thief.
I am very sorry for the challenges that are faced by requesting Housekeeping after our normal hours of operation. We have based our Housekeeping hours on the needs of the majority of our guests. We are always willing to provide Housekeeping service at times that are best suited for a guests' individual needs. I have also spoken with all members of our staff in order to ensure that all guests are spoken to in a respectful manner. I can assure you that the incidents mentioned are not typical of our normal level of service. Thank you for bringing these matters to my attention so that they can be addressed.

The hotel is as the review. It's a very typical hotel. The picture looks better than the actual setting. I like the fact that it provides complimentary Internet connection, like many other hotels.

We picked this hotel because of the good review on this site and its competitive pricing. Our overall experience did not disappoint except for one factor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The internet speed and well-stocked business center were excellent amenities. Tea/coffee were available in the lobby throughout the day, and the complimentary breakfast […] offered a good mix of hot and cold foods. There was only one problem, but it was a major one for us. There was a strong air freshener fragrance throughout the hotel -- with allergies in our family, it made us cringe to walk through the hotel. Thankfully this did not affect the individual hotel room, but it is enough of an issue that we might opt to choose another hotel next time we are in the area. Also, there was no maintenance personnel available when we run across a problem in our bathroom. We were also not able to reach anyone in housekeeping. This could be due to the fact that we stayed there during the week of Christmas so perhaps the hotel was short-staffed. We were able to resolve our problem on our own, but it would have been nice to know that there was available backup. All in all, excellent amenities at the price offered on this hotel.com site. Overall the hotel is very nice. The bedroom was kind of a weird setup as the bathroom door was right near the bed. The bathroom counter floorboard was rotted out. It appears that the bathroom flooded and they didn't fix the counter floorboard. Nice breakfast.

Love this hotel. We had a very comfortable two day stay. The only complaint I have was the breakfast lady. She was not very accommodating. I was asking her for a cold orange juice from the fridge, and she said, "the fridge is locked! you can only get those on the table." The ones on the table were not even cold! "Good hotel"
It's a good hotel. Based on Silicon Valley hotel prices, it's relatively affordable and is quite comfortable and nice. I was impressed. Only issue was the wifi was super slow... but they told me they had been having issues, so hopefully that was a temporary problem.

Really cheap hotel. We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite. Room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Only thing i did not like was, we asked for a crib ahead of time and they said they have to call maintenance to assemble it. And at that time of our check in he was already gone for the day. Larkspur is top quailty. I can't believe all that you get. I enjoy the mini kitchen with all the amenities of home like flat screen TVs and free Internet. I will always stay at Larkspur when possible. I don't think others can match what Larspur hotels offer.
