Definitely a bargain, close to everything, clean and confortable rooms. Nice pools. Had a lot of fun with the little miniature golf and basketball court

This hotel was pretty nice: clean, comfortable, and very convenient (esp. to Disney theme parks). Did not feel like a bargain-priced hotel. Only downside was the "resort fee" which covered bus transportation to theme parks, mini golf, etc. Not a huge fee, but I had to pay it even though I didn't have use for any of the services (even shuttle bus, because […] only left once in morning and returned once at night). Yeah they charge a "resort fee" in addition to your cost of stay. Clean but solid 2.5 star. Rooms are roomy with lots of space, fridge. Bathroom is small. Overall it was a 2 star that has been painted etc... to bring it to a 2.5 star. Decent place to stay on the cheap at Disney. Look for MLR in balls on sign near the Walgreens as you head away from […] Kissimee to find this hotel. it was my first stay at this hotel and i found it to be very enjoyable and the locations was ideal to all the parks and shopping and dinning places. The hotel was quite clean and the service was top of the line. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has a low price and is clean but needs to be renovated. New linens are needed desperately. The linens and carpets made the place seem dirty even though they were clean. Bathrooms were clean.

This hotel was a great place for the price we paid. It was just a few miles from Disney, and we were basically in the hotel just to sleep. When I first read the reviews about the towels, I was confused, but after being there I understood. The towels would be taken out of the room, but no clean ones were returned. The check in staff sent us to the wrong building. The toilet in the room was not clean and once pointed out still was not cleaned on the outside for our entire stay. The soap I was allergic to was not replaced even though the housekeeper said she would change it. We asked for extra towels and got them for only one day of our stay. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights( 4/1-4/8/12). At first night, we found a left-over/unfinished burger in the refrigerator and a lot of ants on the floor, also there's no inter net cable and no hot water either!! Of course...they moved us to another room! But when you walked out the door, you will smell something "fishy" and no way to tell where […] it came from!! Then at the 4th night, no housekeeper coming in to clean our room...." what a "great" service! By the way, I tried to purchase a sea world ticket at front counter. Believe it or not, they offered me $87 dollars plus tax for a adult ticket!! ( the front gate price at sea world is $81) and they're still trying to sell me the time share at same time!!...They might think tourist don't care about the price anyway!! When I check out, there's "resort service charge" of $7.00 for each night......ya, they dare to name them self "resort"....but no kitchen, no clean rooms, no service and only trying to fool and rip off everybody!! Would stay again!

The hallways of the hotel were really dirty and looked old and in bad shape, the room wasn't really clean, and they did not change my towels even though I left them on the floor.

This hotel was in a good location, but the quality of service was poor and the condition of the room was quite unclean. This facility needs to update/ renovate its rooms, to ensure the guest have a more pleasant stay. Next time I visist Orlando I plan to stay at another hotel.

I got what I paid for. I was trying to save $ by staying here but in the end was very dissatisfied with the value I got for my money. The room was not clean, it had plaster from the ceiling on the bedspreads. It had a funny smell and the A/C unit was extremely noisy. I will say that I am used to staying in 3 or 4 star hotels but this was a HUGE step […] down and I wouldn't recommend it even to thrifty individuals. The location to Disney is great. While we were there we found 2 bugs in our room, the pillows were so small and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pool is nice but the restaurant is over priced for what you get. Also we found out after we got there that they added another "service fee". Shuttle service from and to Disney World was very inconsistent. We had to wait over an hour to get back to our hotel.

Bath tub would not drain. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay when visiting Disney.

This hotel has two pools plus childrens pools, playgrounds, on-site mini golf, pizza, snack bar, pub, disney ticket outlet, breakfast buffet, two storey buildings, etc etc. It is in the middle of most of the restaurants that you could want to go to for all different tastes and all within walking distances. This hotel was really nice..teh pools are nice..the breakfast buffet although not free has more than enough. Only 5 minutes from Disney Parks..surrounding area is full of stores and restaurants. Will stay here again and again..very satisfied.

After reading all the negative reviews my boyfriend and I were very hesitant about this hotel and even tried to change our reservations to another hotel, but the surrounding area was COMPLETELY booked! So we had to suck it up. We prepacked our blankets, towlels, wash clothes, soap, and pillows to be on the safe side. Upon arriving into the hotel the […] reception area was very nice and clean. The receptionist were helpful and made our check in as well as our check out very easy. When we arrived in our rooms we didn't even attempt to inspect our beds, we were afraid, we just slept ontop of all of the sheets and under our home comforters. The bathroom was not as up to date as it should, but it did the job as far as getting us clean. The only downfall was the television. When we turned it on it did not work at all, but my boyfriend fixed it for us to enjoy the few channels that it had. The location of the hotel was VERY close to all of the Disney parks and close to dinners and restaurants. There is even a winn-dixie across the street if you want to grab some fruit and other refreshments. Overrall the stay was not bad for the price and if you're going to be at parks through out the day this hotel does the job of getting some sleep and getting yourself cleaned up. Read the reviews they are not exaggerated. I read thru quite a few rvws before booking. My husband, myself and our 12 yr old stayed here. The resort fee shld be eliminated at this "Days Inn" type hotel. The staff isn't friendly, they are direct and always seem in a hurry. THIS MOTEL IS PERFECTLY LOCATED!! DINING, SHOPPING, DRUG STORES ETC ARE ALL CLOSE BY. The 3.7 rating is high, should like a 2.0 BUT b/c of the location it is rated high. It served its purpose, we had somewhere to sleep and shower majority of the day we were at the parks! If you are looking for relaxation and comfort this isn't the place. Decent room, crappy front desk. People were quick to be rude at the front desk. For example, not hearing my out all the way when checking in. I was immediately cut off mid sentence about checking in late. Horrible internet. Even for hotel internet, it was bad.

After reading reviews and lots of hotel being sold out for Spring break. I decided to stay here with my family. When arriving the lobby looked pretty decent so I said okay this is not bad. Checking in wasn't bad just a 5 min line. Got our room number and key. When walking up the stairs that's when I noticed that it wasn't great hallways had trash (pizza […] boxes empty cans ect. Open our room and it STUCK like OLD room. Carpet,walls and ceiling had stains. The bathroom had not been cleaned it had hair and SCUM yes SCUM. Went to the Walgreens next door and bought my own cleaning supplies and clean it up. The only GOOD was the location and that the Hotel offered a decent breakfast which you had to PAY. The Hotel itself wasn't bad. It was the gentleman at check in. He was very rude and every time during the week that we needed a question answered or something else, he was in a horrible mood. Would not stay at this place again.

Hotel was good, bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Found water temp for bath too cold. My kids had a nice time while we were there.

Good price and location of the hotel but the service was not that good has to repeatedly ask for towels all three nights

ONE FACECLOTH [2 PEOPLE] BED POORLY MADE PAPER PRODUCTS NEARLY USELESS!!!!

My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon. The trip overall was awesome and amazing. however the hotel as beautiful as it was, the service was horrible and the staff was rude except for the very polite bar tender. If you read the other reviews there is a common theme, towels are very hard to get, the service is so slow that they might as well not even […] have staff working there, it would almost be the same result. We accidently locked our keys in our room one day and it was amazing how rude they were to us about it. I would not stay here again. overall it was ok. it did its job. we slept and showered, which was all that we wanted since we were going to Disney.

This Hotel is close to good restaurants, shops and the parks.

Terrific value for the price. The location was great and our room was very nice and very clean. Comfortable king size bed. The pools were nice althought we didn't have time to use them. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We were visiting friends and not going to Disney. the bathroom was tiny and there was only 1 washcloth for the bathroom. i was a little confused as to why i had to pay an additional 7,50 for a "hotel fee" when i checked in. but for a stay over night it was a good place. Check out was noon, but at 9am housekeeper was already knocking on my door trying to get into the door wanting to clean it asking […] if we were ready to check out. i know they want to get in and clean the room for the next avaialble renters, but that was uncalled for. I reserved one room for my family and a second one for my parents. The first problem was when we were checking in. The check in time was 3:00, and we showed up around 4:30, and they seemed surprised that we were there. The rooms were not ready, and the reservations we had made were not matched. We'd reserved two lake view king rooms, and they said they […] didn't have any available, but we could wait or take double rooms. We agreed to wait, and ended up with king pool views. Not a huge deal, especially since the "lake" was a retention pond. The good news was that the rooms were spacious and appeared clean, and I was initially impressed. We spent the afternoon and evening at Disney and it was an easy drive over to the park. When we arrived back to our rooms, my parents' room was flooded with water in the bathroom and sink area from a vent. It was already after midnight, and they called the office. They were told the maintenance person would be right there. After a half an hour, they called again, and also asked for more towels. The maintenance person eventually showed up, and asked why they'd used all their towels up! He said to fix the vent would require an engineer and his solution to the problem was to bring in some sheets and blankets to put on the floor. He said he could see if there were any other rooms available, but he didn't think there were. It turns out that on a Friday night, he was the only one on duty! There was no one else around. This one guy was running the housekeeping, luggage, and everything else. This was not a small hotel, and to have just one person running around doing everything is crazy. The sheets on the king beds did not fit, and the bottom sheets were not fitted, so they came off of the bed every time we rolled over. The next morning, when we were checking out, we complained about the water still coming from the vent, and the girl at the counter responded without any affect or apology, "I'll deduct the $7.50 resort fee." Not bad....close to highway to reach parks in a short amount of time...near a lot of restaurants and pharmacy store was right next door...I say it was good for the money we paid
