If You are looking for a cheap hotel for a few nights and You have a car or You like walking long distances, it's pretty good option for You. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean. There is a bus to the downtown so it's not so bad location

The front desk people are not helpfull. Customers stand there all you hear is their personal conversation which I was not interested in. I think the staff need ( make a connection class). Hello can be used to guests. Very bad service.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, very friendly staff. great breakfast staff that sees to all your needs. We stay there all the time and will continue to do so.

"Nice hotel"
Only thing I'd change is the pillows....all firm and not as comfortable as others I have slept on at hotel. Otherwise great.
"Holiday Express near Mayfair"
The hotel is centrally located and near Mayfair Mall so lots to do. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was excellent! The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet.

No complaints, very satisfied with our stay. Had a great breakfast that was free and workers were constantly replenishing it. Would definitly stay here again.
"NON smoking doesn't mean non smoking"
Standard hotel, good breakfast, great location,- only complaint is that the room stunk!- Mentioned the smell to staff and was told that all rooms have been "non smoking "for over a year and that the carpeting, drapes and even air conditioning unit filters had been changed. The hotel was nothing special but was located within 10 minutes from the Casino, downtown and ballpark
"Wrong Rooms"
I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds. I got 1 room with 2 beds and a suite with a pull our couch. Not what I wanted.

The last 2 times that we stayed at this hotel we had personal items stolen from our room during the day when we were out. This time we asked not to have room service into our room at any time. This current visit we were assigned to a smaller room, with smaller bed than we had reserved and the door to the room was diectly accross the hall from the maintenance […] room entrance and the housekeeping room entrance with accompanying noise. "Easy location to attractions"
Hotel was easy on-off highway access. Nice lobby and breakfast. Only thing I did not like was the balcony had cigarette butts and a smoky smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. All other amenities were as stated on website.

"Misleading"
The pictures of the rooms on the Hotels.com website are misleading. The rooms are not new looking and there is no flat screen tv. the bathroom had a weird smell like bleach and musty water. the shower head was not secure. it almost pulled out of the wall. there was hardly enough toilet paper and no spare roll. the kleenex box was almost empty. the balcony […] had trash in it. the hallway leading to the room looked dirty. needed a good vacuuming. the doors to the rooms looked old showing use. "Kids"
There was a hockey tournament in town and the kids were up and down the halls all night and super loud in the lobby in the morning. The front desk lady was on the phone and she couldnt hear the person she was talking to. Nothing was done about the kids
"Holiday Inn could use a little TLC"
The hotel room itself was in a good location and the room was clean, but the hallways were in need of a good vacuuming. The breakfast was also very good, but they were out of oatmeal right away which was a little disappointing.

"Holiday Inn- Milwaukee-Great stay for Brewer Game"
Our friends asked us to find a hotel for a Brewer Game. It was a great location, within minutes of the stadium. Our friends were very pleased. We will stay again for another game. Thank you.

I think the thing we liked best was the breakfast bar - it was so helpful to get the day going without having to make another stop somewhere for breakfast. Being located right next to the Denny's was convenient for dinner. Wish we could have had a refrigerator in the room, but all else was very comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Overall, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom is on the small side, however, clean. I look forward to staying at holiday inn express in the future.

"Great room at a very good price through Hotels.com"
The hotel, room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just a little NW of Milwaukee, but only 15 minutes from the lakefront. At this price; this hotel will be my new stop location when I do business or just for leisure, when I am in Milwaukee.
