"a very pleasant hotel stay"
The price was right, tv channel selection terrific, breakfast more than adequate, great location, the staff was very polite and the entire facility was very clean. Will definetly stay there again.

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Grounds were lovely and well kept. Nice pool and basketball court. Good breakfast too! Very nice place to stay!
"Clean and comfortable"
Pleasantly surprised. The room was a one bedroom suite and was comfortable enough for 2 adults a child and 2 infants. We had a small kitchen with a full-sized fridge, microwave, range top and dishwasher. The room was clean and didn't appear old or outdated. "Super nice place"
Nice hotel, staff was great, room was clean and warm. I enjoyed my stay but I have a major problem with the mattress. It was too soft and mushy. If they would replace it this hotel would be perfect. I will return but next time I'd test the mattress before I accept a room.

Complimentary breakfast was great and front desk staff was exceptional. On my last vist I stayed at the Embassy Suites down the road which was pricier. However on my next trip I will difinitely come back here. Great value for the expense.

Location is great. Front desk attendants were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean, but I did find a cigarette butt on the floor by the bed when I came in. The housekeeping was not so great. They knocked on our door, even though I had put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign...on two separate days. When I asked them if they could come back […] and clean the room later, the lady said "No, clean now". On our final day, we had until noon to check out, but housekeeping knocked on the door twice that morning to see if we had left the room yet...and it was before the required check out time. Annoying. "Wow"
Holy Cow! This hotel has a friendly staff, great breakfasts, and an easy access to all points in Atlanta. We have stayed at many of the Atlanta area hotel over the years, but this was pretty darn good!

Very nice hotel and superior staff. Words can not describe the sparkle in my daughters eyes when she woke up and looked out her window to see the American Girl Store! "Feel at Home"
Visiting grandchildren- staff very friendly to children and helpful to me. Liked the price in June. Enjoy the breakfast and the woman who runs the dining room. Since the pool does not open until 10:00A.M. it would be nice to have a "sitting" area outside the pool besides the smoking area. Enjoyed my third visit.

I cannnot say enough good things about this hotel. Cleanliness was supreme, the layout-awesome, the value-more than generous, the bed-a joy to sleep in. Most of the staff was friendly and informative. One male staff member on the night shift was less than helpful when i explained i had a problem with the internet connection. He basically told me i didn't […] have a problem although i had no connection and did not offer Any resolution. I gave up and put my laptop away. "Great hotel!"
The room was so comfortable and I loved having a microwave and fridge. I took my daughter and granddaughter and we loved the A.G. movies each night with popcorn and cookies! Loved how convenient to the mall it was.
