Extended Stay Deluxe Macon - North - Macon

Great experience that applied to my situation. Easy access to interstate. Breakfast included and hit the spot although they had no juices, only hot tea and coffee. The staff spoke clearly and responded professionally while not being too stiff. Room was comfortable. Great water pressure and clean bathroom. Easy to set climate in the room.

The stay was not good. I used this hotel to be close to my conference that was early in the morning. At night we didnt know who was in the room above us. It sounded like a herd of elephants at 2am. I called the front desk and the attendant said the people up stairs have been there for a long time. And we would just have to deal with the noise. Was surprise by thecquality of the room for the price....room was neat and clean...althought i dont like the after hours check in system....was surprise to see that the kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots to cook with. good value but just a business class stay

The room was not clean and I found bugs and beetles in the room.

We made a reservation at this hotel based on price and rating (3+ - I can't imagine where those people were staying). Although we had reserved a non-smoking room, none were available so we had to make do. Although the ash tray was clean, the room was dirty with burn holes in furniture and bed clothes. Late arrival no one at desk. Had to call corp to get them to open door Reserved 2 rooms and only given keys to one. Rooms very odoferous. Good price however

Where to begin? I was given a non-smoking room, but upon entering it was obvious someone had smoked an entire pack of Kools in the room within the past 24 hours. When I called the manager to get moved to a new room, she said, "Oh well, we're out of rooms." (My car was smashed into - more than once - as evidenced by deep scratches on my side windows, and damage to the trim work.) I contacted the front desk staff, and they have no security cameras overlooking their parking lot or property, so I was screwed for the 800 mile ride home. The hotel is dingy, the room stunk, the air unit was incredibly loud, and the screen window was bent and falling out. Hotel was easy to exit and enter from the interstate. Staff was very helpful. Pillows were not real comforable other than that it was good enough. Morning breakfast could have been spruced up. For the money it was a good deal,.

I wasn't told about the thermostat, nor did I see it. So I went half the night sweating and aggravated that the wall unit wasn't operable. There also wasn't a remote for the DVD player, which made pausing and menu selection difficult. Also, the fire alarm went off around 7:30/8:00 for about ten minutes. A definite misuse of the word Deluxe. I specifically searched for a 'pet friendly' hotel and this one came up. Upon check in I was told there was a $25/night charge for dogs. I told the clerk I would not pay that and he didn't charge me, said he would let the day manager deal with it. The issue never came up again, but could have. This needs to be clearly […] spelled out when booking a reservation here. As for the service, there was none. Rooms weren't cleaned each day and mattress on bed was very uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was coffee and a muffin or apple. I've never stayed in an 'extended stay' facility so maybe this is more the norm. Forget about it...go to the next hotel.

The customer service was outstanding as well as the room. This was the icing on the cke to our mini vaction. I will use them again. KUDOS

old and outdated...pets allowed and it made the hotel stink very bad...front desk person when we check in was very nice she keep saying sorry..she gave us an air fresher...I'm so glad we were just staying a night.

Was pleased with the staff, convenient location to everything we needed and very spacious room. We have stayed this hotel 4 nights. We do not have pets. This hotel is pet friendly and I knew it. But lots and lots of hair even on the chair and a grain of dog food is not really good. I simply asked to vacuum clean again while we were out on the next day. Nothing was done. Later, in the evening, somebody knocked on the door offering vacuum but we […] did not ask as timing was not really good and did not want to stay in the room while vacuuming. And I have heard dogs were barking pretty often (big and loud) . So, some are not well trained but is it not hotels fault. Over all, it is convenient and amenities are nice as we loved the kitchen. Very solid hotel for the price. Clean, neat, safe, and hospitable people. I recommend this hotel for a good value place to stay. It is what is advertised to be...solid 2 1/2 star hotel

We were able to stay in the hotel for a low price (we had to find something inexpensive in a short amount of time). I didn't think a hotel that only cost as much as it did would be that impressive, but this one was great!! Large room, nice bathroom, and overall a great deal. This hotel is close to shopping and easy access to interstates and eating places. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

This hotel is probably the cheapest you can find so close to downtown Nashville. Kind of worn, but the staff are friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway, 5 minutes by car. Free internet and parking. Do not expect the Sheraton of course.
