"Amazing Night"
When I got her I found out that Hotel.com had booked us in the handicapped suite, so when the AC didn't work I had to go from the 4th floor to 3rd because I couldn't stay in a non-handicapped room thanks Hotel.com! 3rd floor AC had problems too and the 2nd we ended up on the 1st floor AC was great, front desk was very helpful and polite, room was clean […] and comfortable. We got to this hotel and there was already a customer complaining that the room they gave him was already occupied and they used the key and walked in on strangers. This immediately concerned me hoping that the same mistake didn't happen to me! We finally got to our room and I quickly checked for bed bugs as the cleanliness of the room left a lot to […] be desired. Although there were no bed bugs, there were little dead bugs all around the base boards of the room. We went to get ice and there were big brown things (not exactly positive what) frozen in the ice cubes. My recommendation would be to pick another hotel for that price. Great stay for the money..close to good food and I75
Hotel allowed pets and neighboring dogs woke us up a few times and we loud when we walked down the hall. They couldnt guarantee our room had been pet free. Won't stay at red roof again because of this

The location was good, but there were too many disappointing issues. The bed was very very squeaky. The bathroom floor was not level, and the shower leaked, so the bathroom floor flooded with every shower. The shower drain was so clogged that I was standing in a bathtub FULL of water at the end of my shower. I informed the front desk about the shower […] drain and they did nothing to address it during our visit two night stay. To top it off, the maid did not leave any clean towels for the second night. Immediately upon entering the lobby, I was assaulted by the odor of cat urine. The room must not have been stayed in for a very, very long time. I thought the sink in the bathroom was cracked, but it was just dark hairs laying in the sink. There was a thick coat of dust on everything, from the TV screen to the telephone, to the lampshades. "North of Macon, Ga."
There currently is some road construction going on in the area but not enough to inconvenience patrons. Plenty of good restaurants in the area, too. Staff was courteous. We would stay here again.

I stayed at this Red Roof twice during the holiday season. I was using Groome Transport from/to the Atlanta airport with late arrival and early departures. Red Roof had a great location for me. Fast check-in & check-out. The room was great for the price. Not a thing to complain about!

THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS ALL THE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AROUND THE HOTEL. BUT THE HOTEL IT SELF WAS GREAT . THE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY UPON CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AND ENJOYED A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF I GET OVER THAT WAY AND I WOULD TELL MY FRIENDS TO STAY THERE.

"Good for nights stay"
We were here for a quick overnight stay on our way to Florida. It was fine. Mostly run of the mill conference type hotel, but good value. Night clerk was helpful.
"Not very clean..."
The hotel staff was friendly enough, but the hotel itself was not in very good condition. The furniture was beat up and dirty. Aside from the main walking areas, the floors were filthy. We only needed a place to stay overnight, for a very quick trip. This hotel served the purpose, but it gave me the creeps.

Mirage at the front desk is a super nice person. Well mannered and a pleasure talking too. The room was very comfortable and large. The water was very hot in the bathroom. "Good for the price!"
It was a good hotel for the price. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget. The only problem I had was that I had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it got warm in the shower.

"Go else where, its not a deal"
There are much cleaner hotels on this exit and in the surrounding area for around the same price (We stayed at the country inn as well, 10x better). This was my first stay at a Red Rood in so I wasn't expecting much but it was below expectations. My wife will no longer let me book at a Red Roof Inn ever again. No continental breakfast kinda stinks, […] when almost all chains I stay at offer it. The room had stains on the carpet, and what looked like a spilled drink on the wall by the table,and also urine on the toilet when we arrived in the room. This is a very nice place to stay. It is pet friendly which is important to us. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

The Good The location- it's close to the interstate and restaurants. The price- very low price The Bad The hotel isn't clean. They hadn't vacuumed, wiped counters, or restocked the room with essentials. The place was stuffy and unkempt. The Ugly Upon check-in, the room had an overwhelming smell of weed. It was unbearable; I couldn't stand it. I went […] back to the front desk to request a new room that didn't reak of pot and the desk clerk was so nonchalant about the deal- "Yeah, sometimes that happens in hotels". the hotel looked very nice and comforting on hotels.com so we booked it hoping for a nice stay on our way home from our honeymoon in Tennessee. The hotel staff was really nice but the hotel was dirty and was in the process of remodeling which we were not informed of on check in. "Not a red roof inn as you would expected!"
this is a franchaise that as soon as you enter smells like thai or indian food which is good for lunch !! the hotel is poorly keep it is under renovation yet the management is rude and no when i asked for a wake up call it never happened.! the remote did not work on the tv, the bathroom was unkept !!! definetely not worth the money of your stay..!

This is one of the very worst places I've ever stayed at. It has bare bones rooms and very uncomforable beds. The rooms are dirty, i even found dead roaches in the bathroom. I booked the room for two people but only had linens for one. The t.v. channels are very basic so they can get you to buy the movies they have. "Great for Price"
I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It is always safe, pretty clean, and nice staff. I don't think you can find a better hotel in this great of a location for the price.

The room was affordable, but there was a reason why. The service was terrible. Two women were sitting on a table playing cards and when I walked in to check-in, they continued to sit and look at me and didn't bother to stop with their game. After staring at them for a few minutes, finally one of them stood up and said "yes." No, "how can I help you" […] or "welcome to Red Roof Inn," no greeting whatsoever. The neighborhood was scary, along with the whole city actually. We were leaving first thing in the morning and we decided to drive further out of the city to get food vs attempting something in Macon. The hotel was convienent, right off the interstate, but the people working there are just rude and lazy. There were also a lot of strange looking people walking around outside of the hotel so that did not make my wife sleep better, as well. "Fine For The Money"
Many aspects could stand replacing/updating, but quite comfortable for the attractive low price. Will use again, happily.
