Rather nice overall, however the dirty socks left from a previous inhabitant makes you wonder how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned.

they need to add shuttle to the airport, is very incovinient, have to pay $70.00 on round trip taxi.

The stay was good, but they could not control the weather, from 11:30 Saturday night until 8:45 AM the next morning we were without power, but when the power came back on we moved on because the weather was still threatening.
Air conditioner was noisy. Even though we booked a non-smoking room, the hallways smelled of smoke and some infiltrated to our room. Otherwise, very clean, spacious, great shower. Plenty of places to get something to eat within walking distance. Short drive off I-70, but well worth the extra 10 min.

"Smoking preferences not easily delinated"
The hotel and room weren't bad. Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel maintenance was good. Pool was small, but clean and warm. There was a little too much clorine. It burnt our eyes. Hottub was out of order. There were no pool towels available. They had a storage space for some, but it was empty. We asked twice for them to stock the towels, and waited […] for over an hours, but no towels ever arrived. The worst part was the smoking room. I am a non-smoker and when I arrived only smoking rooms were available. The smell was horrible, but we were late getting there and I was on-hold with hotels.com for over 30 minutes. I never got to talk to anyone. I went back on-line when I got home and looked at the listing. It did say smoking permitted, but it was buried in the description. It was not called out very well. When I see listings for other hotels, usually smoking and non-smoking are in the main description of the room. This is a case of caveat emptor, "let the buyer beware". "LaQuinta Inn & Suites Dayton North-Tipp City"
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was next to I75 but the room was quite. Front desk offered a discount for dinner suggestion that I took advantage. Breakfast was good and just what one expects. I reccomend if the location is convenient for you travels.

older hotel but clean and quiet. we we're just staying one night on the way to Florida. Pool had a lot of chlorine but nice and warm. breakfast is basic, but serves the purpose;; cold ceral, do-it-yourself waffles and EXCELLENT coffee. We will stay there again next year.

"A Good Nights Rest"
The room was clean, roomy with proper supplies, towels etc. Coffee Pot in room. Good breakfast choices and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable with clean linens, yeah.... Quiet, convenient and average price to area. No complaints, here.... I'ld visit again.

"Super nice town, historic and GREAT restaurants!"
I chose the LaQuinta Tipp City because it had queen beds instead of doubles, and we had three people, my husband and I and our teenage daughter, and three cats. It is a very nice hotel in a great location! We were stopping for the night on a long road trip, and I am so glad we stayed in Tipp City ... it's a GREAT town just outside of Dayton, and well […] worth the few miles out of our way. The hotel is clean, bright, friendly and has everything you need and the nearby town is a BIG improvement over nearby Dayton. "Cozy"
Our suite was very comfortable and quiet. I had the pool and hot tub to myself so it was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of choices--the waffles were tasty. Good location.

The hotel is 4.6 miles from airport but they don't have an airport shuttle. The breakfast is not stocked very well. They were out of most things and the biscuits and gravy that was left was cold. All this at 7:30am.
