Very nice hotel
"Fenton Holiday Inn- Noisey"
I usually stay at this location, but this weekend I got a suite on the second floor, but to my surprise there was suite on the third floor directly above me. Kids were running and jumping on the furniture, it sounded like a basketball team up there. I was awaken at 5:30 am first morning second morning was woke at 6am. When ask hotel to talk to people […] they said they had, but to no relief from the noise. It didn't help that the pool was right under me either. My complaint didn't seem to be important enough for any one at the hotel to acknowledge, I was even willing to move to another room. So I check out as an unhappy customer. "Showing its Age"
This facility is badly in need of a makeover. The bathroom floors have been redone but they need to finish the job. Room was dull and dingy and the compressor in the AC unit sounded like it was falling on the floor after each cycle. Holiday Inn can do better!

The hotel staff was very courteous and check in was a breeze. Each morning they provided a complimentary breakfast including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, etc. I liked that our particular room had a mini fridge and a microwave. This hotel fit the bill for our stay in the St. Louis area. We were only there for a weekend, to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary - so we didn't need anything fancy. The only […] negative from a cleanliness perspective was the toilet. They could have wiped it down a little better, but it was not anywhere close to disgusting. We are originally from Fenton, so we were familiar with the area. It is convenient to most things St. Louis, without being in the heart of the city. For us, that is good. We like the quiet suburbs. Arrived late in the evening and they had my room keys ready for pickup and fresh baked cookies. Plus a free bottle of water. Very Nice. Had a hot breakfast in the morning. Great value for a weary travel day.
The room was neat and clean. The hotel located very close to the highway for easy access. It was very well located for our visit to the St. Louis area.

"October stay"
I was really pleased with how clean everything was. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had more of a selection that I was expecting. I especially liked that they had my french vanilla coffee creamer. I liked this hotel and would stay here again the next time I'm in town.

I had been staying at the Fairfield up the street fairly frequently. I found this hotel to be equal in quality, if not better than the Fairfield. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quite. Breakfast was good. I will stay again

I just needed a bed for one night and ended up staying later in the week for two extra nights. The staff was really top hole. Breakfast was great and the room had a large work area. Just the thing for a traveling genealogist!
