The room was not readt when i arrived, nad to thje key programmed every day. The ad said grille at hotel did not have one.

The bathroom was rotting away in the shower and around the toilet. The carpet was worn and dark/dirty in the highest traffic area inside the room. There was a stale smell in the room. The wallpaper was peeling away from itself on the seems. The hotel staff were in street clothes; jeans, t-shirts, and a strange hat.

The hotel is older which is not that big of a deal, but when showing up they informed me that there was no AC. Understandable these things happen, but the service was terrible. The lady checking me in took a personal phone call instead of waiting on me. Room was dirty and toilet would not stop running. Hotel was a little less then I expected. Air Conditioner was out in the hotel and did not find out til later, when I asked, they told me there was a letter on the door, which there was in very small type... Oh well just lost any future business from this guy!!!

This hotel has had air conditioning problems for awhile. Upon arrival to this hotel, I was advised that the AC system was down. The hotel staff moved us to one of their other properties, a motel 6. Not the greatest place or location.

When we arrived our hotel room was hot. The airconditioning was not working. When we complained about it we were told it was out in the entire hotel. It reached over 80 degrees that day. We were on the 4th floor and it was hot! We called and asked for a fan and we were told someone was going out to find some. The desk said they would let us know when […] the fans arrived. this hotel was very nice the room did not have a fridge and when I asked for one they put it in immediately the elevator made it easier to get to my room with all my stuff and it was very quiet. The manager told me that she would be giving me a discount on my stay because the air conditioning was not working at the time of my stay.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel while in Tulsa visiting family. The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The continental breakfast included a choice of instant oatmeals, 2 cold cereals, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice - which was all very tasty. The hotel itself is in great need of renovation […] - everywhere there were signs of wear and disrepair which gave the hotel a depressed, seedy atmosphere. i would of been more comfortable sleeping in my car........

We arrived early Friday evening checked in and was not told that the A/C was not working. After asking if we could have someone look at our A/C Saturday afternoon we were told it was not working and they did not expect it to be until Monday. we chose the hotel for the price. we were satisfied with that till we realized we had a door to the next room in our room and we could here people on both sides of us.

Hotel was old. Entire hotel's air conditioning was broken. They had fans, which they ran out of, but trying to find an electrical outlet was impossible. This was also a long term hotel and it didn't cater to a very high cliental. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

I liked the location, the price was awesome, but the friendliness of the staff was not that great. the AC didn't work. The room was alright, and i would check to see if the AC worked if i stayed again.

The room was clean & the slaff friendly. However, the air conditioner was not in operation at the hotel. This time my stay was not satisfactory. The elevator did not work on the floor that I was on. The hallways were not well lite. The tv had no remote and we could not get any clean towels.

Front Desk Service was not the best. Staff seems to be indifferent to guests. Had a hard time communicating with housekeeping staff. Good and cheap place to stay, but I wouldn't leave anything in your car in the parking lot. Surrounding neighborhood a little dicey.

this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at in my life..dont know where to begin, 3 mice stuck in glue trap by our bed in the 1st room, 2nd room they moved us to had little black hairs all in the tub, bathroom sink clogged up and had to brush teeth in the tub..Yuck! also had no air..3rd room "much better room" is what we was told..had pillow top beds, […] frig., microwave ect..Yep, it had it all..BUT NONE OF IT WORKED AND STAINS ON THE SHEETS!! after 3 different rooms we left..after we got home we called to talk with the mang. she got rude and hung up on us..SOOO DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Upon my arrival the hotel itself was unkept on the outside and smelled like a smokers convention on the inside. At one time it may have been a nice place but it is no more. The room smelled awful, was not clean and there was a substance which looked much like blood smearing the bathroom door at eye level. The carpets were matted and sticky and the bathroom […] was even less desirable. It had been very warm that day therefore the room was also very warm. When I asked the manager about the temperature controls which did not seem to work, she informed me that they had shut the air conditioning off for the season and would not be turning it back on any time soon-however a small fan was available. If you absolutely need a place to stay and everything else is booked it's an okay enough place. The pictures on hotel.com of the hotel might represent the property when it had first opened, but certainly does not reflect its current condition. I was on a non-smoking floor and there was not only cigarette smoke, but smelled like someone was also enjoy […] some funny smokes. Called the front desk & they said they would do something about it, but I guess in reality it was not possible for them to actually find the individual. Just the appearance of the property lets the traveler know that it is a dive. The majority of the clientele and condition of the cars in their parking lot also told its own story. The staff at the front desk was okay. There are convenience stores close by and it appeared to be safe enough to walk there past dark. good deal for the money

you def. get what you pay for! kinda had a funny smell! the room was sort of like a bomb shelter, everything was pretty much falling apart, there were not pictures on the walls, our closet door was broken and wouldnt open, the toilet paper holder was danglling. its not very nice at all but it was for the most part clean! it is great for someone on a […] budget......but if you can afford better...i would def. go elsewhere! There were cockroaches in our room and bathroom... you DEFINATELY get what you pay for... needs to be remodeled and updated...

Room was clean and large. We thought, Great! Later someone checked in next to us and seeing that the walls are paper thin, we heard every vulgar word all night long as they argued and slammed doors. The internet did not work, they said due to fire wall. The lady at the check in desk was on her cell phone on what was obviously a personal call and made me wait before finally acknowledging my presence. Then she assigned us to a room that was already occupied! When we finally got another room, there were dirty clothes from a prior occupant in it! We will never stay at this hotel again!

The best thing is the price and the nice size of the hotel. The breakfast is very nice. Do not stay here if you need wifi in your room, the hotels signal is awful, but they do offer ethernet also, which was a doable alternative. Not bad, but not the best. Very good prices though. Stay on the first floor for the vaulted ceilings.

It's a good hotel for a cheap one. It smells bad but you pay for what you get. Nice staffing.

The hotel in itself is not bad at all if does take housekeeping awhile to clean but i hope that is just because they are cleaning properly also on the site it shows a list of things that would be in your hotel room but its alot of things listed that is was not provided like they stated so im very disappointed in the false advertisment

Staying at your hotel was very relaxing. A great place to get-away from my day-to-day work schedule. I often have to be in Tulsa for business purposes and then return home after a long day of meetings. After staying at your hotel I no longer have to do that. Tulsa Select will now be my hotel of choice when i come to Tulsa. Thank You

I don't know where to begin. I booked this room for the price, $20 less than the next door neighbor. I booked because of the advertisement of Wired and Wireless internet in our room. I got online with the wired connection for maybe 3 minutes and then had nothing, not even wireless for the rest of the night. Worked out pretty good, I needed to get more […] rest for the drive home anyway... The raised ceilings are nice. The bathroom was small. The bed was ok. Overall, just an average stay. I have been blown away at smaller and cheaper properties. Add some extras, and get the complimentary internet fixed, and we might give it another chance if the price is right. Przeczytaj więcej

I arrived and the staff was nice but slow. It was raining and i was given an already occupied room. Then I was given to full beds instead of the one king i reserved. On their webpage they claim to have a microwave in everyroom, but i have stayed there several times but i have never seen one there......

I was scared of the people who were entering the hotel with out a key. THE ROOM HAD A HUGE RED STAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR!! IT STUNK! I TOLD THEM IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE!

everything good but the internet

My room was unclean and unsafe! The deadbolt in the room was broken, the peep hole was missing and had toilet paper stuff into the opening. I felt very unsafe there.

This was a spur of the moment find and we didn't want to spend a lot since we weren't going to be in the room other than to sleep and shower because of the Chili Bowl racing. I usually do not look at the reviews but I picked this hotel because of the short commute to our location and the cost. EXCEPTIONALLY SURPRISED to find out it isn't a dump. When we arrived there were no rooms ready. Then they tried to put me into a double with full sized beds instead of a single king. I refused. Then when we did get a room, we walked in to find they put us in a single room with a full sized bed after all. We also only had one set of towels, etc. Yes, we could ask for more, but what a pain. Frustrated, […] we decided to just stay. The room was clean but very dated and worn. The heat and air blew but not enough to change the temp of the room in any reasonable amount of time. When we came back to the room for our second night of the stay (we prepaid for 2), we were locked out of the room, as were about 10 other guests. It took the staff about an hour to get us in, AFTER I made 2 trips to the front desk and placed 3 phone calls. The desk clerk showed empathy but there was nothing he could do. Maintenance finally got us in (along with the other people locked out). The environment outside the hotel is spooky, and the other clientele of the hotel questionable in character. Overall, we learned a big lesson...you get what you pay for, and sometimes it's worth an extra few dollars to stay someplace better than this! Przeczytaj więcej

I was set to give this hotel a good rating as the room after looking at 2 others was very comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was wonderful. However, when my husband and I went to the parking lot to go get some dinner we witnessed a criminal activity in the parking lot. Additionally, there were lots of people that were in the hallways throughout […] the night. A few of them appeared to be conducting criminal activity out of the rooms on the 2nd floor. When we attempted to lock our door for the night, we discovered that the deadbolt did not lock properly nor was the bolt latch functioning. I am a praying woman and I know that God put his angels to guard my door that night. The final straw was the horrible breakfast that was served that morning. It was inedible and they would not let you take it to your room to eat. I will NEVER stay here again and would NOT recommend it to others. This hotels deserves a 1/2 to 1 star only. Przeczytaj więcej
