Hotel was nice...only issue was finding the entrance, you have to go through a small shopping plaza. Otherwise, room and service was great...and the hotel is about 2 miles away from an awesome running/biking trail!

"Nice Place"
The Hotel is great but it's not easy to find and the entrance is not right off the street. You have to go through a maze to get to it. Other than that it's a nce place.

We enjoyed the stay. The only downside was the pool was closed due to construction.
"Very Pleasant Attitude"
It is refreshing to have so many people greet you with a smile and a "Hello"! Even as we passed the front desk on our way to breakfast, we were greeted. It made us feel quite welcome in our temporary residence :)

Good hotel to stay in if in a bind. The neighborhood was a little shady, but the hotel is nice. Clean room with a microwave and fridge. Big room with plenty of space for a family of 3. Overall, good hotel, but a little far away from downtown.

CARPET IN ROOM WAS WRINKLED UP. PROMISED KING AND COUCH BEDS, GOT 2 QUEEN. FLOOR HAD LINT ON FLOOR NEEDED VACCUMED. BED SKIRT WAS RIPPED AT LEASE 2 TO 3 FT. I HAVE NEVER STAYED AT A HOTEL/MOTEL THAT DIDN,T SERVE SOME KIND OF BREAKFAST.
"Hotel good, breakfast bad"
Our stay was fairly good overall. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. They offer a breakfast in the restaurant in the morning, with a $20 voucher. Had we quit with the stay it would have been pleasant. However, we decided on breakfast. With the voucher we spent $8 for breakfast but was not worth it. We chose not to eat buffet, telling […] the waitress we did not like buffet food. Still she took all she could off the buffet to serve us including very runny oatmeal, cold bacon, and she tried to give me cinnamon toast off the buffet rather make the white toast we requested. Our stay was nice but one of the reasons I chose this location was because of the indoor pool and whirlpool. I was very dissappointed that it was closed. If an attraction like that is not going to be available, it would be nice if your website would stated that the pool would be closed
"Very good location"
Prompt courteous desk staff. Room was very clean, nice appearence with a refreshing air; the hotel is easily accessed by local roads with shopping and resturants close by. This hotel is a good value for the area.
"They make you feel at home"
I had nothing but excellent service from all the staff. The room was clean, big, microwave, small frig, an their sofa sleeper is wonderful if you have a teen or child. The only problem I had is the lighting was not as bright as I like. Its close to South County Mall an the highways so its very convient to get where you have to go.
"Sink was clogged"
I thought the room was ok. There was no information given to us about the pool, was there a breakfast? But the sink was clogged and there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room. If the maids were really honest, they would have noticed the sink and put caffeinated coffee in the room. Other than that, it was ok. Thank you.
"Nice Hotel"
The only problem I had was finding the hotel. The sign is not big enough with all the heavy traffic. Otherwise, it was a very nice place with friendly staff and a clean room.

The hotel staff was very nice and professional. Evidently it had just changed hands and now has a new owner. I reported the bathroom faucet and tub leaked. BADLY. I was told by the front desk that my room was not the on;y room with that problem. The booking also said there was a small fridge. None in the room. They do give you a $4.00 coupon to use […] in the attached resturant. One per person per stay if your a Rewards Club member. Good thing the prices were a little high for the area. "Hotel-shop till you drop"
This hotel as convently locate by lots of shopping and eating places. Also not far from any major highways. If shoping hy your there thi is a great spot.

Booked this hotel due to its location to my meeting place. Upon entering the hotel, greeted by a very upbeat and helpful clerk. She promptly provided me with my room key and advised that the restaurant would close in 15 min. at 11PM. I thanked her and proceeded to my room. Opened the door to my room and immediately smelled years of stale smoke (the […] hotel is advertised as a non-smoking property). The carpet was years old and stained. The sofa was dirty and stained. The bathroom was obviously recently upgraded and immaculate. Wondered how they could update that but not the rest of the room. I decided to go back and ask for another room. Was told this was graduation week and all hotels were booked full as was this property. My original booking included a full breakfast ($10 at time of booking). When I went down for breakfast, the desk clerk could not find any mention of that. However, he decided to give me a buffet ticket instead of a full breakfast ticket. Not a bad place at all, good location to what we were doing. But.... our room was the first room past the front desk. That evening there was a lot of noise from kids up an down the hall. Then the elevator was on the wall at the head of our bed. We heard every single elevator "ride". At 6:30am someone was running the vacuum cleaner and it was Sunday […] morning. When we first arrived in the room, there were a couple of minor issues with the room, but once brought to light, hotel personnel took care of immediately.

We confirmed a "smoking" room thru hotels.com and were informed that it was not upon arrival. Was also told there were none available......
"Vacation in St. Louis"
This hotel is conveniently located right off I-55 on the south side of St. Louis. There is a mall across the street and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. There was nothing outstanding about this hotel but I thought everything was acceptable for the price. Everything was ok except the bathtoom, toilet was all rusty and no pressure in the shower. The room was ok, but since it was a nonsmoking room we could smell the cigaret and our clothes were smelling the same way when we got up in the morning.

The upper walls of the shower stall had curly black hair stuck to it. The tissue box had 2 tissues in it and when the cleaning lady came through she did not replace the empty box.
