Great room they even allow pets but wish the fee was free for dogs under 10 lbs but over all gerat place to stay.

The air conditioner was right next to the bed It was very loud and the thermostat didn't seem to work.

Great value, excellent facility and very friendly staff - what a good deal!!!

This is a convenient hotel to the airport. Staff is very conscientious and rooms well-maintained. Beautiful swimming pool and well-cared for. For the price, it is a very good value.

we stayed there for only one night. the walls between rooms are not completely sound proof( i could hear conversation right next to our bed), ac was noisy, they have a stove top but no pots and pans. no soap and shampoo( you still have to pick it up from the reception. shower handle was loose that it wasnt easy to mix hot and cold water. the only convenience […] for us is that its really close to the airport. Everything about the hotel was great except that we couldn't sleep. Our room was on the first floor near the side door by the pool. All night long the door was banging when people entered or left. Normally, I sleep wonderfully but the noise of the voices and the banging left me exhausted in the morning and we needed to fly to California. The hotel was nice and clean,but for some reason the maid did not come to my room and replace towels ans clean my room.I had to call the front desk for assistance.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Extended Stay Deluxe in Tampa. When I made the search at hotels.com to check if they had other alternatives and to check current prices I also read some reviews from other guests. I have no idea what their problem is. Yes there were painters painting the building, but of no disturbance to us. Come on […] they are beautifying the hotel show some understanding folks!! Check in was quick and friendly, the room clean, and the fridge is HUUUGE Florida!! We could have lived there for months, We were checked out before we knew it. We will be back in January. nothing special but good for price, convenient location and nice to have a kitchen in room, would stay again

I stayed for two days, during which time the majority of the windows in the hotel (including mine) were covered with opaque white plastic so that outside paintwork could be done. A slight breeze that rippled through the sheeting gave the impression that I was underwater in some bizarre sci-fi experience. No sunshine and certainly no view. The carpeting […] was stained and I received no maid service on the second day - even though I'd specifically requested fresh towels. My queen-bed room was extremely crowded; definitely not enough room for two people unless you're out during the day. I was not on vacation, and spent a great deal of time in my room, working on my computer. The hotel offers wi-fi Internet, but you must pay for it. On the plus side, the refrigerator was large and clean, the dishwasher worked well, as did the microwave and the iron. The only outstanding memory I have of this hotel is the very helpful and friendly woman at the front desk. Make sure the AC works. The one in my room didn't and it was hot as hell. The hotel is located behind a Penthouse strip club. To each their own. No food service within safe walking distance.

We had a wonderful overnight stay.. We enjoyed the pool and it was very nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Would recommend it to everyone.

Property is well maintained and staff is pleasant. Rooms need to be redecorated and fixtues are showing their wear. Overall you get your money's worth and it is in a great location.

Booked a one night accommodation at this hotel as needed to rest after a 11 hour flight prior to our two week stay at the Gulf Beaches. The communal areas were well maintained and the receptionist friendly and efficient. Our room was on the ground floor with easy access, two double beds, kitchenette and breakfast bar. The let down was with the poor […] condition of the carpets, well worn and not clean, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the pillows needed changing. I pointed out this to the receptionist at check-out time who duly took note and was going to pass on our comments to the manager. This hotel may look OK from the outside but it is terribly mismanaged inside. The counter staff is lazy and sat on a stool while checking us in. The comforter was dusty and had cigarette burns (odd in a non smoking room). The kitchen had not been cleaned between guests all of the utensils were filthy. Price, location and usability of hotel room is very acceptable. Rooms are showing age (rust stains in tubs), and are slightly musty, but overall it is comfortable and you get what you pay for.

Courtesy airport shuttle was excellent. Appreciated the hotel letting us leave our car parked in their lot during the duration of our travel schedule. The hotel did not charge for the parking.

Everyone on staff bent over backwards to male sure we were happy. Every question we asked was answered, they offered extended services that most hotels would decline or say, "that's not our job." overall great people!

In my 45 years of travel for business, I have never encountered a worse hotel room., The room was miniscule and not suited for long term sta. The bathroom was disgusting, with water stains in the tub along with rust on the fittings and mold on the grout. I did not bother to bathe in this place. Absolutely awful.

The room was clean and quiet. I was able to leave my car at the hotel for the week and take the hotel shuttle to the airport.

The location of the airport is good but the shuttle does not run 24 hrs. Early flights before 7am must take a taxi the few miles to the airport.

Room and entire hotel DIRTY. Smells like food in the halls. Carpet is very worm in halls and elevator. Remote did not work. Only one ice machine on first floor, I was on the third. One of the phones did not work. They say internet access in only $4.99 for you entire stay but if you want a reasonable speed it is another $4.99 per day.

Everything about this hotel was excellent except for their breakfast service. Everything was packaged and the only drink was coffee - no juice, no tea.

The entire hotel was filthy and old. Old stained carpets, beds were horrific, bathtub had stains, blanket was paper thing, furniture in living room was old and faded and peeling. I thought these hotels were nice?? I felt like I didn't want to touch anything and I felt like I needed a shower no matter what I touched.

The only disappointing item was the breakfast. It was pathetic - packaged bagels and muffins. There was only coffee. No tea or juice. Worst breakfast I have ever seen.

The walls were paper thin. Arrived very late so wanted to sleep in a bit but that wasn't going to happen due to the conversation going on next to my room. they were not loud neighbors - just thin walls! Also, if you do not drink coffee, you are out of luck. there's no juice in the breakfast bar - just coffee.

We were very happy to get this hotel at a very good price, and so close to the airport, which we had to be at by 6:45 am. The room was big, bed comfortable, and it had an almost-full kitchen. My only complaint is that some of the linens (the synthetic blanket, I think) were laundered in fragranced products. Many people are sensitive to fragrances, and […] I believe that hotels should not use them. That said, it was not overwhelming or on everything. Not only do they NOT clean the rooms everyday, they don't change sheets, give you towels, unless you ask for them, vacuum or take dead roaches off the counters. I was very disappointed in this hotel

I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!! AND I WOULD DEFFINITELY RECCOMEND IT!!!

the hotel is very well located, close to malls, eateries and major roads. its also easy to get back on the highway from there. we did not need to fly, but its very close to the airport. the entrance sign from the road was easy to miss, though. we had to go around the block to find it. i only have one complaint: cleanliness. there were 2 bags of trash […] and wet towels still under die sink in the bathroom area. there were obvious areas of dirt that clearly has not been cleaned for a while. the carpets had lots of stains on it throughout the hotel. if you can look past these things, the hotel is not at all bad. its also nice that it has a pool and a small gym. I was very pleased and surprised to find that for this price I got not just a hotel room, but a suite complete with a full kitchen. It is perfect for 1, maybe 2 people. My room was clean upon check-in, and it was relatively quiet. The continental breakfast wasn't the best I'd seen, but considering the suites have kitchens, you have other options. Rooms […] in other hotels may be bigger overall, but this was very comfortable, and I loved the kitchen which even had a dining table. The lounge chair , the refirgerator, and microwave were needed and they were perfect for our situation.

The room was adequate but not great. The hallways were dirty and the carpets needed cleaning. Location was good with easy access to and from the airport. We only stayed one night so we were not too unhappy with the hotel, We would not have wanted to be there for an extended stay.

I knew the minute I got there and saw the hotel - behind a strip club - that things were not going to be good. Clean but not very appealing. Front desk people were minimum-wage morons who could not care less about their job. Hotel filled with noisy drunks. I complained to the front desk about excessive noise and nothing was done. Check in was a breeze; room was very clean and very nice; the kitchen and the equipment was outstanding. If you need shampoo, etc., you have to ask for it at the front desk. It is free, but it will not be in your room. I recommend this hotel.

There was hair and dried shampoo in the shower/tub, no shampoo in the room, the blow dryer only blew cold air, and the tv remote didn't work. The blanket could have also stood to be washed or replaced as it was covered in stains.

Room contained full kitchen and was very comfortable. Internet access was very affortable. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was limited with coffee, bagels and muffins, but with a kitchen in the room, you can always cook; also, there's an IHOP just blocks away. I didn't use the shuttle service, so I […] can't comment on it. The room was well priced, close to the airport, had free parking and is just 2 blocks from the International Plaza Mall. I stayed in this hotel with my husband for a couple of nights. Is very close to the airport. No breakfast but you a Waffle House near. The Raymond James Stadium is blocks away as for the International Plaza Mall and West Shore Mall. Rooms and baths were clean. You hace a complete kitchen, with microwave and fridge.
