Friendly efficient staff. Room lived up to its' description.
Very noisy...High school track teams were there and were up most of the night running up and down the halls, making lots of noise. We stayed in room 143 and the window and a problem with the caulking; the wind was blowing through the window all night because it wasn't sealed properly.

My mom and I are huge Yankees fans, so when they came to Arlington to play the Texas Rangers, I wanted to find a hotel close to the stadium. Springhill Suites is about a mile from the stadium, and there is a free trolley for those who don't want to walk. The front desk staff was very helpful, even though we were the "visiting team"! The fitness facility […] has 3 treadmills, a cross trainer, and a set of dumbbells - not much, but it works for short trips. "Great location- horrible bed!"
The hotel staff and accomadations were up to the Marriott standards that I expected but the bed was horrible! We tossed and turned all night, which made for a long sleepy drive home the next day. I did like the location of the hotel but would not choose to stay there again.

"11/13 Cowboys game"
Hotel was excellent, within walking distance of both the Cowboys stadium and the Rangers stadium. Rooms were very clean and nice. Good sports bars within walking distance as well. Great hotel and great location.
CLOSE TO DALAS COWBOY AND TEXAS RANGER BALL PARKS
We were in Arlington for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was great and we had a great night at your hotel. We would stay again if we had an any reason to be in that area.
"2011 Southwest Classic"
We stayed here the night before the 2011 Southwest Classic football game played at the Cowboys Stadium. The stadium is less than 1.5 miles away. Great location by Six Flags as well.

"SpringHill Suites were certainly SWEET!!!"
Checking in was easy and the hotel went the extra mile to fulfill our special requests. The rooms were clean and large enough that we didn't feel like we were in a hotel, but at home away from home. The only issue was the lack of a vending machine of any kind. They did have a "market" area for some items, but it wasn't convenient for the third floor […] rooms we had. Do not stay at this hotel! The pool and pool area was not up to Marriott's standards.
great location-easy access to convention center, waterpark . Rooms and hotel overall were clean but pool was dirty.

"quick getaway to six flags"
suprised we got a hotel room so cheap due to the rangers playing in play offs...but we did. well worth money. great customer service. room was plenty big enough for myself and 2 children. we were only in town for six flags. beds could be a little more comfortable though. other than that...will stay here again.
"Many interesting places very close to this hotel"
We went to a Texas Rangers ballgame and were pleased about how close the hotel is to the ballpark. They even have shuttle service to the ballpark. The only drawback is that the bus picks up way too many people and the waiting times are long. Fiesta TX and a bowling alley are very close, too. Many restaurants around area. Hotel is very nice and clean. […] Breakfast was excellent! Even though we had trouble with our key and couldn't access our room due to system failure, management was able to get us into another room for the night. "Stay Somewhere ELSE!!"
The hotel stay comes with a complimentary breakfast - good luck trying to get anything. Food did not come out fast enough and other patrons of the hotel were stacking their plates 4-5 high and carrying them to their room. No monitoring!!! Beds were TERRIBLE. Woke up with a backache. Bathroom is awkward at best and the towels are paper thin!

Hotel was great especially because of its location! Was VERY close to Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags, The Ballpark, and Texas Stadium. Hotel staff was very friendly!

The room was spacious enough to fit my family and visitors that traveled with us. The only complaint I have is that when we got in the room there was a pair dirty socks on the chair for the desk. Was made to feel that my presence was unwanted when checking in. There were approximately five (5) people waiting and was told that we would have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before we could be checked in. It appeared they might be changing shifts, but if that was what was happening you should have at least one attendant making the shift change while […] the other one handled the changing of the shift then that obligation could be switched. "Will stay again"
The hotel is in a great location for a Cowboys game. It took $25 for a cab to take 3 of us to the stadium, and $25 back to the hotel. However, they also offer free wristbands for the Arlington bus, but the bus will only get you there in time for kick off and leaves 30 minutes after the game is over. The staff and services at the SpringHill Suites was wonderful. We were not familiar with the area, and they provided assistance and gave recomendations that made our stay delightful. The extras like free internet and breakfast put them over the top!

"Better than expected"
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, complementary beer and snacks in the lobby, and a shuttle ride to and from the Cowboys Stadium. Excellent stay and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!
