i was shocked! my room was dirty and so were the towels.My bathroom door handle came off in my hand. the toilet clogged after only urinating in it.when i called down the man at the front desk told me to come down and get the plunger!then the topper was when the shelf came off the wall and hit my son in the head!!!when i looked closer this had happened […] before.there was an attempt made to patch it from the last time it happened.they just moved the shelf over about three inches .then screwed it into the dry wall not a stud!!the shelf came down with only 2 bags on it.it was awful i would never never stay there again!!! For starters, the bed was awful, the first thing I consider - one star. I forgot it was Extended Stay and that I would have no room service for four days, thus price was not really this good - one star. The cheapest kitchen I have ever seen. Given so many hotels, including those near by, have micro waves and refrigerators who cares about a stove. Obvious […] some neighbors were residents and not just hotel guests - one star. Rude staff, no flexibility in check-in and check out. Hard bed, sink leaked, no blow dryer.

I left a bag there and a day later I ask if they keep lost or left things there for a certain time and they said no... That's not right people sometimes rush out and forget things and you should at least keep things for at least 24 hours:(! Not happy at all

I've never experienced such a slow check-in process! I guess the front desk person was brand new? He didn't know how to process a "Hotels.com" check-in & had to call a second person to check us in! They wanted everything from us...ID's, copy of the credit card we used. I even had to go outside to get the car license plate number as a complete description […] of my vehicle was not enought for them! Then they started to upsell us for everything, They said they needed a $100 deposit for the incidentals, & if I wanted internet service it would cost $4.95 extra! The whole check-in experience was incredibly long & pretty miserable! They made us feel like criminals being processed into the county jail.....come on now .....asking for a $100 deposit for a pre-paid budget rate room is a bit extreme! $4.95 to turn on the wi-fi service is also petty... just build it into the room rates! I can't understand why you have to pay for internet use?

I was on a short business trip and choose Extended Stay as I have used it earlier in other places. The location of this hotel is really good, especially if you have to visit places that are in the Fremont, Pleasanton area, away from the downtown. There are loads of restaurants just outside of the hotel and convinient stores wherein you can buy essentials […] from. Drive to the SFO airport is just 30 min without traffic and is ideal for business or a pleasure trip. In case you have not stayed at any Extended Stay before, I suggest that you check out their guest rules. Its quite different from other hotels. They give you a kitchen, fridge, laundry and other essentials. There is no attached hotel, so you got to go out to eat or order. Przeczytaj więcej

Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip to Fremont. I like the convenience of this hotel.

The towels stunk - I'm convinced they use neither detergent nor bleach, the bed was old and uncomfortable - first time I was ever told I could not have a late check out. Staff was rude and, to top it off, I prepaid through hotels.com but they took $100 out of my bank account when I checked in!!! Are you kidding me?! That, too, was a ridiculous first […] (11 years of heavy travel). Then I see it on my bank account, call them and they tell me they sent a refund that I should get in a couple weeks. Hotel is not good. It's packed environment we stayed for a week they never cleaned anything and told us like they will clean only after 1 week, Experience is very bad pls don't choose this hotel....

At check in the front desk was alone, rep was on the phone for over twenty minutes and did not bother to greet guest.. At the first room that was issue to us, the bed was undone, as if someone had just waken up.. our second room was dirty, the bathroom had lots of hair in the shower and the towels were dirty, not to mention ashes of cigarrets all over […] the floor.. This hotel was a great place to stay. I needed my gps to find it, but it was in a quiet and safe environment. Close to the mall and a lot of eatery places. If u just want to get away, this is a queit home away from home.

They push the issue back and forth, not like other hotels who'll take care of you on the spot. I had a booking and was charged for the deluxe room side but yet the regular side of the property was reserved for me instead. I was not able to cancel since it's after 4:00 pm, manager was not willing to give me the room for the deluxe bldg even though I […] was charged for that price and their only excuse was the deluxe property is full. It took me 45 and wasn't getting my difference back in what I was charged for and what hotels.com had charged me for. My neighbors were having a party and I've requested to have my room changed, their reply was the same, all the rooms have been booked, while the parking lot is half empty, but yet they claim both their deluxe and regular property are all fully booked. The rooms stink, place is ghetto, elevator is tiny, and no front desk person after 10:00 PM, no security guard. For this type of room with no service, I should have just gone to Motel 6 instead. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIANCE IN MY STAY THERE I WAS SO EMBARRASED. THEY PISSED ME OFF, THE TOLET WASNT WORKING AND I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERL TIMES, WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU BUT CUSTOME SERVICE WORST EXVERYTTHING WAS BAD I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS STUPIPD HOTEL TO ANYBODY IN THE FUTURE.

Before I start my review, as a note this is the second time I have came here and received an equally poor service. I arrived to check in but no one was available to help me. I waited about 5 minutes and then called using the phone in the service lobby. My first attempt it went straight to a voicemail. I waited another 5 minutes and still no show. I […] gave the phone another try and after a few rings it was picked up in a rather rude tone in my perspective. I told the person that I needed to check in and was told to wait and she would be with me soon. She did arrive within 5 minutes, however she seemed a bit agitated. Service was just check in and get done with it. My bathroom door always creeked when opened or closed. Does not come with any real useful amenities in the hotel room. The bed does creek a lot( both times staying here). Keep in mind that the pillows offered is basically sleeping without a pillow.
