The hotel is very colorful and lively. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome place to stay.

I think this hotel was a renovated hotel from a 2.5 star hotel (to be unnamed). The design was unique and modern, but comfort wasn't the best. The fitness room had broken equipment and the staff at the grab-and-go breakfast counter was less-than-knowledgeable about the product prices. It was clean, comfortable and served my purpose for an overnight stay satisfactorily. Competitively priced, good value for the money.

Very fun stay with my wife. Fresh giant pictures on the walls of apples and other fresh things. Hallway carpets were very unique. The bedroom floors were wooden & nice. The shower was glass & nice tiles inside. The bed was pretty neat it had a modern-esque comforter on it & the headboard had cushioning on it if you were to prefer to watch TV. Plenty […] of good channels on the tv, seemed like there were more than regular tv's. Totally recommend it if you like fresh rooms that don't smell like most hotels do. No smell of must or anything like some places do. Can't say enough for how neat & clean everything was. Very happy. Only I thought there was a continental breakfast included, but had to pay instead. However, the older gentlemen working made up for it with their witty humor. "This is my intern. He's still in college" Both of the guys had to be at least in their 60's. All in all a delightful stay & would go again. Latham has a big mall & I recommend eating at P F Chang. You'll have to make reservations but excellent fooooood. This hotel is nicely appointed. The upgrades they did when they remodeled are top notch for this type of hotel.

Highly recommended for everything, especially the hotel's restaurant - Blu Bistro. However, I was very disappointed by the internet connection as I stay in Indigo's all over the country and use whenever possible on business. Connectivity was low and I wasn't able to use for online meeting as the result.

I would come back to this hotel..clean wood floors..downside no fridge and they need better shades to keep the sun out of the room in the morning.. but overall very good

I really enjoy staying at the indigo and don't know why it doesn't have a higher star rating. This was my second visit and the rooms are always clean and remind me of trendy nyc apartments. The beds are very comfy and the free internet was easy to use. The desk manager was also very helpful with directions and questions. The Hotel Indigo has a special charm that is welcome in a hotel in this price range. The updated interior and rooms feature bright and fresh comforters and a fun twist on art with a mural of fresh green apples in the bedroom. Insulated rooms kept the night quiet, and I was well-rested and ready to make the best of my visit in Latham.

We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room that smelled like a fire had taken place inside. The staff did nothing to help us. They just didnt care. Wont stay here again.

The redeeming feature for this hotel was that the bed was really comfortable. The hotel in general needs a good clean! The smell in the common areas was very unpleasant. The bathroom is ok, bed linens and towels are good. As the turnpike is right next door and up higher prepare yourself for lots of noise especially at about 4:30 when the trucks start […] heading into NYC. Supermarkets are a short drive away but nothing in walking distance. Parking easy and free. Our room was designated non smoking but all night you could smell old smoke wafting up from the pillows etc so I'm not too sure how well it is policed or maybe some of the bedding gets moved from room to room. Probably was a good hotel a few years ago but now needs a good clean and the staff need a definite make over. So glad we were just ther for one night. The air conditioner in the room made a loud bang everytime it turned on or off. We were unable to regulate the thermostat--the room was either too warm or freezing. I could also hear the people in the next room using the toilet & could hear the toilet everytime it was flushed. The hotel was noisey, I was awakend several times by slamming doors. i found this a very nice place to stay, 3 minor problems, the heat kept dropping to 68, i wanted it a bit warmer, i got a case of athletes foot from the shower, and the tv provider sux, there were a couple of nfl games on, they showed high school football. i'm all for high school games, but put them on a different channel.

I was very disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday morning for breakfast. I am pregnant and the only selection at the "cafe" was 2 or 3 not so attractive bagels. What kind of hotel doesn't have a restaurant open on the weekends. Very disappointed.

My first time staying with Indigo Brand, and enjoyed the difference -- hard wood floor, contemporary chair, big cumfy bed. I also appreciated design work had been done to separate the "work" area from the "sleep" area -- even just a small construction framing the "box" -- but enough to help maintain the illusion. Rooms were very clean and boutique like, comfortable bed. Really simple and nice place to stay. Would recommend.

This hotel was the last stop in my 5 day road trip. Thankfully we found a decent hotel to spend my last night and relaxed before heading back to home and work the following day

This is a rather funky hotel in a very good way. The hardwood floors and room design present a feel rather uncommon in hotels of this price range. The room was very comfortable, excellent shower, good tv/movie options and the ambience was quiet and laid back.

This hotel was a great value. the room was oversized and the hotel has been updated. I agree with another review that said the pillows need to be plumped up. Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin, especially in the morning when the maids are in the hallway and talking to each other. Breakfast is not included and what they offer is somewhat meager. […] Also, when you are heading to this hotel, call them directly for directions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had for both of our stays there was very clean and very nicely decorated. We plan on staying there again when we go to Albany.

We would definetly stay at hsi hotel again.

Hotel is situated next to Rt 87 and is alway loud. If you are in a room facing east, the sun comes through the crappy window blinds in the morning. There are no curtains. If you are tring to sleep with the traffic this does not help. Mentioned this to staff, they are aware of it but can't do anything. The place is way overpriced. Schade, dass dieses Hotel nicht an einem Urlaubsort liegt. Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und ausreichend groß mit Queensbetten. Endlich mal keine Plüschteppiche, sondern Laminat. Einzig zu bemängeln das Minifrühstück, was aber bei dem Preis in Ordnung geht. Das Beste, wo wir auf unserem USA Trip bisher logierten.
