Other guests were letting their room doors slam most of the night. I had trouble sleeping. My wake up call was a little late making me wish I had allowed more time before the shuttle arrived. It was close to the airport and was an average motel. It was as it was represented on the website.

There's a convenience store in walking distance. The breakfast was good as well. The only thing was the hot water wasn't that hot but that wasn't a biggie at all.

The staff were pleasant the rooms were cleaned. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool... The only complaint was my room wad stuffy when I got there and the parking lot was too full. Oh yea it states microwave in rooms, there is no microwave

Room was just what you'd expect for the cheap price. The big bad thing was the 90 minutes it took to get a shuttle to pick us up! That sucks at 10:00pm until nearly midnight! The shuttle then goes to 4 or 5 other hotels before this one. That sucks too. The driver was begging for tips. That sucks too.overall it was not good.

I read several mixed reviews before booking. My experience with the hotel was great. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic (cereal, waffles, bread items, yogurt, etc...) but well stocked. I neglected to pack a few hygeine items which the hotel provided a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. The quality of service in general […] was great. My only negative part of my experience was the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The hotel has a contract shuttle service which was not very efficient the night the I arrived. I waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle before they arrived. Hotel was clean and in good repair. Lobby seems to have been recently redecorated. Staff was extremely friendly. Room decor was a little dated but in good shape. Pool and hot tub were great for the kiddos. My only complaint was the water pressure- very light, but at least it stayed hot. Will definitely stay there next year.

I needed a place to sleep when stuck in Dallas due to missed connecting flight. I would have appreciated auto-opening doors as most people stying here are traveling with suitcases and it is difficult to open doors when pushing or pulling luggage. Room was ok; dated and not well docroated, but comfortable enough. It was clean; there were some stains […] on the carpets in the hallway but the room was fine. I had to travel out early so I missed breakfast. I prefeer Hamptons because they always have a grab-n-go bag out early for those travelling early. The shuttle driver was prompt and the hotel clerk was kind enough to ask me if i needed to schedule it when i checked in. We were close to the airport but the hotel was quiet enough. The hotel has not updated nor repaired anything in the rooms. Worn carpet, old TV's, old paint and just looks run down more like a Motel 6

I had to look at about a dozen possible places to stay and only a few offered shuttle to connect to a 5:30 a.m. flight.. I think It looks better than the pictures but admit I did not go to pool etc. If you are looking for clean room, early shuttle to airport, hospitable front desk, they are a good choice.

The free airport shuttle took nearly an hour to pick me up, make the rounds of the rest of the airport, and stop at several hotels before reaching the Sleep Inn. I was pleased with our stay for the most part but a little disappointed with the pool and smell in the hotel. The pool and hot tub didn't seem clean, the water was very cloudy. Walking down the hall to or room there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.It seem to be coming from the laundry room.

This was our second night here after a very disappointing first night. The staff did place us in a different room this time and it was much nicer and clean! The hotel is a bit worn but the staff is friendly and the indoor pool is warm, clean and enjoyable!

The first night we stayed here the room we were given was not clean. More than one towel had stains. The carpet was worn & stained as well as the bathroom door which had a hole in it. The window was broken and opened a bit too which we didn't notice until the next morning. The vending machine was out of water but the light wasn't on and it wouldn't […] give back the $1.00. We didn't mention it until check out which we should've mentioned earlier because they likely would've moved us. The staff was apologetic. The reviews made it sound like the hotel was in the historic town of Irving yet it was merely one of a cluster of hotels along an access road beside the highway. We ended up walking about a 15 minute walk to the Sheraton for dinner as that was the only option. The desk clerk was in his first week of the job and appeared to have not been taught the simplicities […] of good service. We needed an early shuttle yet he could not answer our questions and made no effort to do so. He merely kept on with whatever he was doing without even looking up and kept saying "I honestly do not know." We had to walk over to a nearby hotel to ask how to secure an early shuttle. The pool and hot tub really needed cleaning the water was not very clear looking and the pool room smelled like mold & mildew , didn't look as if it had been cleaned, it really needed updated as in paint etc, outside of that would stay again it was just a quick layover

clean room, really just needed a cheap hotel near the airport. Got into the hotel in the evening, the hotel parking lot was completely full. Had to park across the street in parking not reserved for the hotel. It met our needs perfectly for our layover. Although no restaurant is on the premises (except for the continental breakfast, which we missed due to an early departure), we had a selection of menus to order from that offered free room service delivery. It was very appreciated.

Needed a room for overnite because of missed airline connection. Motel and room were more than adequate for my needs; clean, albeit worn and showing age. Night clerk was helpful but we had a minor language problem, morning clerk most helpful and even recalled airport van to help me make earlier connectoion Pool warm, hot tub hot..nbed firm.

The bathroom door didn't shut, so it felt uncomfortable taking showers and getting dressed in there. It would also be helpful to have automatic doors at the entrance of the hotel for those who have a lot of stuff to bring in and not enough hands or room to get through the doors.
