The location was ideal for me. The room was a little small but it worked.

This place is a dump! Do not stay here. As soon as you walk in there is a terrible odor at the front door. The hotel clearly has not been cleaned since it was opened, filthy floors in the hallways and in the room. I was afraid to take my shoes off. The decor is in desperate need of updating. We booked a king bed non-smoking room for one night. The room has a fridge which we didn't know about. Our room & bathroom were clean. Sheets were clean too. There was a smell according to my husband but I didn't smell it & it didn't seem to bother him. It must not be unpleasant to him. There is cable TV (Disney, Nick, PBS, etc). Pool was clean & plenty […] of towels at the pool. My son even made a friend at the pool. Many restaurants within 1-2 miles of the hotel. Target is behind the hotel. I have stayed at this particular hotel a couple of other times and I have always been satisfied with my stay. It is close to the place I visit, the pool and hot tub are fantastic. Close to restaurants, stores, etc.

the pool was peeling but it was nice and warm. the hot tub was nice until it broke. but this is a good motel and I would definitely go back.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and inexpensive. It was just what I was looking for.

Location was great, room was nice and clean and even had a pool for the kids. Not bad for a one night stay for a short stay visiting friends :-)

Harassed by the staff over a dog in my car! Mind you I made plans for the dog at another location to be cares for, and got harassed for having it in the parking lot! The staff proceeded to place rude signs on the doors about their animal policies. And I was a” good” reoccurring customer.

We were staying there because my grandmother was in Dayton Miami Valley Hospital. The hotel was only 15 minutes away from the hospital. It was clean, the beds were soft. It was a nice place for us to stay. Thanks so much.

Close to Museum, clean, great staff, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, We can't complain! We'll stay here every year! Kids love the pool!

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight trip. Room was clean - the heater chirped like a bird but luckily I didn't need it. Originally given a room right next to the pool which was too loud and the clerk was very understanding and moved me right away to a different room. Breakfast was a bit boring but overall the hotel was worth the money spent.

This hotel was just NASTY!!!! My bathtub was black with what appeared to be attempts at cleaning it. There was trash along the frame of the bed from the previous occupant. Behind the bathroom door there was long brown hairs and my hair is only 3 inches and black. This was not our final destination and booked it about 30 minutes before we arrived. They had the reservation ready and the room was clean, (bathtub/shower questionable) bed was fine and linens crisp & clean. We had a king room and there wasn't much room to walk around the bed, but for the money and quick overnight, it was fine.

Was not clean enough for me. The hallways were shabby and overall had a ran down look. Would not recommend.

Pillows need to be replaced. Blankets and comforters need to be replaced. Great location to shopping, resturaunts, movie theater and expressway. Its a place to lay your head for ONE night but bring your "own" pillows and blanket or two! Priced right.

We smelled marijuana the moment we arrived; residents or employees? Don't know. The housekeeper's motor skills were slow... When we arrived for check-in the housekeeper had her vacuum cleaner plugged into our room while vacuuming the room across the hallway from ours. A resident came over to our floor and told us to check our bedding. The resident then […] asked the housekeeper if her bedding had been washed because there were crumbs and stuff in it. The room smelled like chlorine and other odors. Very small as well.

I think it was a great place for the price, and the management was very nice! I am looking forward to our next stay, and can't wait to get back in the jacuzzi!!!!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. We arrived in the evening after a very long drive and was very happy to see how quiet it was there. My kids really enjoyed the pool and they said on the way back home from papa and nana they want to stay here.

Upon entering our room we were hit by the stench of urine. The room was very hot and stuffy and the AC was not working. There was mold and cracked tile in the bathroom and it was not clean at all. I had my husband ask for a different room. The next room at least smelled better, still musty though. It was also not cleaned very well. The next morning […] upon waking I found ants had invaded my room and were in some bread I had brought. The AC also quit working in the middle of the night. The condition of the hotel was very poor. The only plus was the indoor swimming pool. It was very warm and my son and husband enjoyed it. The hotel staff was also friendly. But I would still not recommend it. We stopped because we were tried and it seemed like convenient location along with a chain we liked. We wished we had kept driving. The hotel was not clean or maintained. The room was moderately furnished but not clean. The bathroom had mold and the toilet..let's just say not clean either. Got the impression it wasn't just our room alone in this condition. Hotel has a very bad smell. It was hot and the Ac was average at the best. Upkeep of the hotel is very poor. Breakfast was very basic and useless. staff was friendly though but there were issues with TV and Internet. All in all would not recommend this property.

Small room, shower curtain installed too far away from tub, clothes shelf loose on wall, other guests hair on wall in bathroom. Housekeeper left envelope to leave tip in . . .very tacky.

Room small but comfortable king bed and clean RR. Stayed over Memorial weekend. Had room next to pool, there were tons of kids in the pool and running down the hallway, but we didn't hear them with a/c and TV on. Then there was a huge group of adults in the lounge partying with pizza & cookies & beer, they said they come every year. Didn't bother me...plus […] when we stayed over Sunday night, had the pool and jacuzzi to myself for an hour. Small pool area but great for one person! LOL Air Force museum was about 10 minutes away. The room was very clean. TV, wifi, remote all worked well. Bathroom was very clean, towels were soft and numerous. TV station choices were plentiful. Pillows sucked. Hot tub was not working. Hot breakfast was a waffle iron (do it yourself) or gravy and biscuits. I would go back for rate I paid on Friday night.

For the price, the hotel is amazing! I would definitely stay at the baymont again

Older property,room not ready at check in time, stayed there to take grandkids swimming,pool closed to children at 9 p.m. Would spend the extra 25 bucks for a quality hotel.

The room was small but clean. The food was really good!! I would give higher marks but you could not walk around without running into something! Two Queen beds but only enough room for 1 1/2 people!

The price was certainly very reasonable for the hotel, but the condition of my room left something to be desired. The TV remote didn't work, the lights adjacent to the beds did not work either. A peak underneath the lampshade while trying to get the lights to work revealed that no one had dusted there in a very long time. Both bedspreads had numerous […] cigarette burns in them. On the plus side, internet access was free and I had no problems logging on. The free breakfast was also a little above the average, and the bathroom in my room was acceptably clean and usable. The hotel over all was nice. The rooms seem to be maintained. The hall ways appeared not to have daily cleaning and a lot of dust along edges. Clean and vacuum hall ways daily would make for a much nicer appearance.

The staff is very polite and eager to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room was clean enough, although there was a little mildew around the bathtub, basically nixing my plans for a hot bubble bath. The bed was comfortable and had very good sheets and pillow cases, plenty of pillows. The towels were in good condition and they […] gave three full sets, which was nice. My only complaints are that the walls are very thin and I could hear every word coming from the surrounding rooms and the hallway and also the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, with the lack of anything really healthy. The fruit was not good that morning at all and the coffee tasted terrible. They use styrofoam cups so I recommend bringing a mug if you don't like the taste of that. All in all though, it was a fantastic value for the money spent and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're just staying a night or two. The only thing I have negative to say about the hotel is the awful cigarette smell as soon as you open the main lobby door to the hotel. The breakfast was more than we expected, our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the pool & hot tub as well.
