Very good bargain and a really nice facility. It looks like an apartment or condo complex in a neighborhood. Rooms were very quiet, we never heard a thing. The room was clean and nice. The staff was was pleasant. The clerk was very helpful and precise with directions to where we were going. Facility is right off Preston Rd and is close to several highways. "Great Experience"
The hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious with a FULL kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean with one exception, once inside the bathroom and the door was closed there was some hair behind the door (not much but it was there), the maid may have been in a rush and just missed it who knows. This really surprised me because […] it did not go with the cleanliness of the rest of the room and the rest of the hotel. The maid also forgot to leave shampoo for our 2nd day. That night when I called the front desk and asked for shampoo the clerk was very apologetic and made sure I knew "they" wanted to make sure I was "very satisfied". Within 3 minutes of hanging up the phone a porter was at my door with shampoo and cream rinse. Then 5 min later I received a call from the front desk making sure I had received what I needed and asked if there was anything else they could provide me. Now thats customer service !!! The FULL breakfast was the best I have had in hotels that offer "free full breakfasts" or anywhere for that matter. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure there was always pleanty of fresh and hot food available. "They didn't give me my gift card, though."
The hotel was very comfortable, had thick enough walls that I couldn't hear every other person staying there. The staff were nice, but forgot to give me my gift card. It was 6 minutes from my friend's house, and therefore convenient for my purposes.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Expedia

The facility was clean. It was a nice size room and the breakfast was good. It was a non-smoking room, but it smells like people are still smoking in the building. Buyer Beware - Make sure and review the Pet fees before staying here.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Hotels.com
