Pokoje faktyczne malutkie - typu kabiny, nie bardzo nadają się na pobytt. 'rodznny'. Hotel bardzo dobry, w typie akademika - moim zdaniem raczej dla młodych ludzi. Swietna rzecz- to możliwość niedpłatnego pozostawienia bagaży w hotelowym 'jobocie' nawet na 24 godziny po opuczeniu pokoju. Polecamy, byliśmya bardzo zadowoleni.

The staff couldn't be more professional and courteous, and the facilities were in top condition. Incredibly comfortable bed, we hardly heard any noise from the busy city around us and even though we were in one of the smaller rooms, the space was well used and never felt claustrophobic or tight. The pool and spa are great hidden gem with a great view. […] The bartenders treated us well each evening when we came in for nightcaps at last call during the week. Midtown can be a bit touristy, but the location is central enough you never felt like you were trapped at the hotel if wanted to escape to the Village, Brooklyn or beyond. The room was upgraded at no charge and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had a 5th Avenue view and the room was spacious and very nice in every way. Our stay at the peninsula was amazing!!!! From the door man, to the receptionist to the concierge. Specially Cecilia at the concierge. "One of the best hotels in NYC"
I checked-in for a 3 night weekend to see NYC, bringing my 13 yr old son and 11 yr old daughter. The reception staff escorted us to our room to review how to use the phones, tvs, temperature controls, etc. Before she left, a gentleman arrived at our door with a tray of chocolates. The luggage arrived within 5 minutes of leaving reception. The room was […] large by NYC standards. Very well appointed and maintained decor. Very clean. Housekeeping came at least twice a day. 2 bottles were left at bedside each night. The bath was very large, with separate shower and tub. Of course a TV in the tub area. The lighting of the room offered "mood lighting" which amounted to dim settings... nice touch. The lobby, bar areas were beautiful. There appeared to be hotel personnel constantly nearby asking how they could make your stay more enjoyable. Several doormen greeted you and always op-ened the door. A wonderful hotel. The overall service at this hotel is excellent. I was arriving on a overnight flight into La Guardia and the hotel managed to get me into my room at 10:30am. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30am, and went over to Fives Restaurant for breakfast, which was Outstanding in every way as was the service. The Salon de Ning needs a bit of a face lift and needs […] to be a bit more upscale if they continue to charge $20+ a drink. The SPA is top notch! You will not be disappointed at all. The service there is likewise top notch. We did not go to the Gotham Lounge, so I will not comment. Below you will find my top 5 accolades for this hotel and also the 5 things that they most need to improve upon. Top 5: 1. Service 2. Location 3. Food quality 4. Spa 5. Safety of hotel, rooms, visible security and staff at entrance. Needing improvement: 1. The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear (slightly) 2. Salon de Ning (should be more upscale, needs a face lift, higher quality furniture) 3. Courtesy car needs expanded hours. 4. Bathrooms need NOT have water saver shower heads. 5. Bathroom should have heated flooring. Overall, this hotel is worthy of the 5 stars and 5 diamonds that it has, the improvements that it needs are relatively minor with the exception of installing heated flooring. Everything was gorgeous and so clean. The staff was helpful and concierge gave us a great dinner recommendation. Our breakfasts were delightful and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. Best service of any hotel I have ever been in! The employees were friendly and went out of their way to serve you. The lobby and reception area was very well appointed. The room was nice (a bit small) but the bathroom was huge and well appointed. The room had no view (a brick wall) but everything worked perfectly and the reading lights over the bed […] were great which is usually a weakness of most hotels. Wonderful hotel: Staff were superb, rooms were comfy with large bathrooms and showers, location is the BEST (5th Ave and 55th), concierges were the best I've ever seen, and the extra touches were really nice, and the fitness center has a fantastic outdoor view with impeccably clean machines/equipment that really work - beautiful! Only complaint: NO […] COFFEE AFTER 7am EVEN ON WEEKENDS! There aren't even coffee makers in the rooms! At least put a Nespresso machine in the rooms like other 5-star hotels do. This hotel is lovely and it's in a great location just off of Fifth avenue. Close to tons of shopping and you will experience an un-pretentious luxury. The bathrooms are spacious and are beautifully decorated with marble and plush towels. The handle on the mini bar could use a quick fix because it hung a bit awkwardly.
