From the moment we arrived the front desk staff was exceptional especially Shaun the manger. My mother & I were upgraded to a king suite w/breakfast for 4 days. We had a problem w/our frig not working & Shaun replaced the unit immediately as well as sending us up a $75 comp for lunch or dinner during our stay. That was really nice of this hotel. The […] location was walking distance to Atlantic Ave & many other great spots to dine, shop or dance! The only problem with this hotel was the noisy pipes in the ceiling plumbing rumbling every few minutes which woke us up many times. This hotel was great! The location was perfect as it was right by the water and in town. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the pool as well. Would definitely return!

The hotel is in the best location, right across the street from the beach with a great pool and comfortable lounge chairs. The lobby is very pretty and the bar and restaurant serve good food and have attentive staff. The room are comfortable, but nothing out of the ordinary. Our room turned into an ant colony. Woke up to find an army of ants attacking […] our chocolate and snacks which were on our dresser. I lifted a book to move it out of the way and it was actually dripping with ants. Interestingly I called to complain the night before that our room was not cleaned well, that there were crumbs on our dresser and the bathroom was not cleaned! In fact the maid service cleaned the room very late in the day, after 5:00 P.M. and we needed to call down for towels after our day at the beach and pool to shower. Excellent accomodations and location with an affordable price! Been there before and will go back again.

I have stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago and was looking forward to this as a birthday week end. Unfortunately the room we had was awful. Very small. It smelled almost mouldy, the was a constant scuttling noise in the wall adjacent that sounded like rats, but turned out to be mating pigeons! Worst was the wall hung airconditioning that sounded […] like a jet turbo engine, and that also blew a gale ovwer the person sleeping on that side of the bed. After one night of no sleep we asked to switch rooms. The girl was gracious and moved us to a better room. There is a definite difference in the two towers that make up the hotel. Frankly, our original room needs to be converted to a storage closet. Rest of hotel is nice but the pool area really needs a good clean and pressure wash. If you want to be on Ocean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants then you could not pick a better hotel. The pool is awesome too. My only complaint was the room they gave us was quite small for three of us. But that will not stop us from coming back.

When I booked my room, I booked an Ocean View Room and Hotels.com was able to get me a confirmed early check in. However I made it clear when I checked in that I wanted a room on a high floor 3 and above as there are trees that block the view of the fireworks. The woman who checked me in early said and would only give me a room on the 2nd floor regardless […] of what time I had to wait for he room. As all these rooms wee the same price and there were Ocean View Room becoming available, I was quite upset about this. As the hotel was so busy I could not even get a Manager to talk to about this. Good location. Large room but only one small closet. Poor service. Not a good option for business clients.

My husband and I stayed in Ft. Lauderdale around the same time last year (mid March). We much preferred the relative calm of Delray Beach and the quaintness of Atlantic Avenue to the craziness of Ft. Lauderdale. The pool was fun and lively, and it was nice to see the adults only pool was available in case we wanted real quiet. The pool ran out of towels on Saturday afternoon! But I think this was just a fluke thing. Considering the hotel is ocean-front, parking was very reasonable. The hotel is not "cheap", but all in all, it was a good deal for what we needed. We had a great stay but the service was terrible at the pool and room service was slow. The room we stayed in must have been in the old section because it was not as nice as one of the rooms we have stayed in before. Overall, we would stay here again because of the location.

Love this hotel. I have been hear twice this year and have found it to be a great find. Very polished ! Fantastic restaurants within short walking distance. Hotel staff treated us very well.

Staff was very nice and helpful, I would stay there again.

Delray Beach is a great base with restaurants and the beach all within easy walking distance so no need to get in the car everytime you want to eat/swim etc. Hotel itself was fine, could have done with having a fridge in the room and daily parking fees add to the cost.

The shower had mold

Fint hotell til ok pris. Er vel egentlig et voksen hotell, men det fugerer også fint med barn.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, mit Sicht auf mehr. zum Strand muss man nur eine Starsse überqueren. Super Hotel gepflegt und luxoriös. Jedoch Zimmer zu klein, ma kann sich kaum drehen auf dem Balkon passt man nur zu zwei... etwas zu teuer füT diese Zimmer.

Hotel tres bien situé: en bord de plage et pres du centre ville. Service impeccable. 2 Piscines de moyenne taille mais avec suffisamment place pour tout le monde. Restaurant à la sortie de l hotel de fruits de mer tres bien avec orchestre blues le soir. Le seul HIC = chambre petite avec vue peu dégagée pour une chambre Deluxe...
