Key cards almost never worked, phone and TV didn't work, no laundry soap could be obtained from vending machine. Any soap left out was taken by cleaning staff and not always replaced with new.

I stayed here for 2 nights during a conference. The breakfast buffet was very nice. A very friendly chef custom made omelets each morning. My only complaint was the pillows were ridiculous. They were so big and thick that I felt like my head was upright all night long. Needless to say, I couldn't sleep very well at night and had a terrible neck ache […] the next day. You can spend a lot of time walking around this place. The meeting areas, common areas and pool are all in the middle. My room was on the backside. The hotel is easy to find, clean, and functional. Some of the common areas are a bit date. The room appeared to be freshly remodeled.

For what we had to pay for a 2 night stay, is was not worth it. We didn't get our rooms cleaned on the 2nd day, We had to call and request clean towels and stuff. When I requested coffee to our room on our last morning, I was informed that they have coffee down in the breakfast area! Like it was are fault the room didn't get serviced the day before. […] Couldn't take any beverages or food to the pool area, told we had to purchase drinks from the bar. The hotel is undergoing restoration and there are a lot of construction materials and dust. The room itself was pretty but still nails on the wall where pictures were going to be hung and dust on the walls.

Hotel is going thru renovations. Our room was redone and great. Very good breakfast. Took a long time to check in because only 1 person at registration and the phone kept ringing.

This hotel (March 2012) is under construction! I was in a newly renovated room - and it's very well done, very comfortable. The problem is the hotel is under construction - so the drilling, banging and such continued until 8 at night. The in-house restaurant is being redone so no evening food and the breakfast is in a banquet room repurposed. It's all […] fine -but if you don't like to be around a construction project, wait until it's all done and enjoy it then, they seem to be doing a nice reno job. If you can put up with the distractions and lack of amenities, the cost savings via hotels.com is worth it. One other oddity - the bathroom door was preset to be locked, so when I closed the door I couldn't get back into the bathroom - and nobody at the front desk could help. Hotel is undergoing renovations and the maps/guides throughout the hotel are NOT easy to read. Room number layout makes no logical sense at all.

For the money it was a decent stay. However, they were doing a bunch of construction for a new restaurant so part of the pool was blocked off and such and plenty of construction noise. My suggestion for this hotel would be to take notice about the cleanliness and condition of their traffic areas. As a lot of the carpet was ripped and highly worn around […] the banisters and stairs, and walls needed to be painted. A lot of the outside to inside doors that "supposedly" required your key card to open, didn't even work. Most of those doors were just open with those mechanisms broken or taken out completely, which kind of gives the motel a cheapened sense of security. Ice machine didn't work and looks as if its been broke for quite a while. So with all those issues it just gave it a cheap "No-tell motel" type of experience. Which is not what I expected from a Ramada. However, the lobby looks fantastic.....its just too bad the rest of the place looks a little shabby. However as far as beds, and showers and room itself, they were all acceptable and I and the kids had a decent night sleep. Especially enjoyed the SPA. The Ramada is in a good location. Plenty of good restaurants around the neighborhood. And even a Kid/Adult fun place with Mini golf,bowling and Arcades, not even 1/4 mile away. So as far as location. It's not too bad at all. Stayed in a non-smoking room. The room next to me was also non-smoking. That person was smoking and stinking up the entire area. Part of it is the hotels fault the other part is the idiot person who was smoking. A lot of smokers were present as I tried to walk in from outside. Another annoying part of the stay.

Clean, spacious, quiet, easy on and off I-80. I'll stay there everytime I come through Rock Springs.

We were very pleased with the front desk staff. They were helpful, friendly and very professional.

There are some construction changes going on in the hotel. No construction noise but it was obvious they are changing things. The room I was in was one of the 'yet to be remodeled' rooms and so was a bit worn and dated. The breakfast was excellent. They even made to order omelets. Location was fine, but the reason we selected this was for pool so our kids could enjoy the stay. Apparently the pool needed serious repairs - and they are ongoing now - make sure you CAL AHEAD before counting on the availability of the pool if that is why you choose this hotel. The halls and Elephant Eye bar area smelled like a sewer. Even though […] the hotel appeared to be no more than half full, we were placed in a room right next to the hotel laundry that ran ALL night. We (2 adults, 4 year old, 1 year old) stayed here on our way from Iowa to Colorado. The hotel was repainting the pool, so there was quite an odor, but it was tolerable. However, the pool looked really cool! We would have loved for it to be open! The breakfast food and service were EXCELLENT, highly recommended. The only 'odd' thing was that the hot […] and cold water in the bathroom sink were switched, so I'm not sure who their plumber was, but it worked fine once we figured it out! This motel is being updated so there was painting and work going on the hallway that didn't disrupt our stay in anyway. Our room had been updated and it had an excellent mattress with six fluffy pillows and a cozy comforter. The room was nicely appointed with a desk, chair and ottoman, refrigerator and microwave. Although the hotel is in a nice location, the room had some issues with towelracks coming off the wall in the bathroom and the hairdryer being on its last lack. The tub did not drain well and there appeared to be an electrical problem withthe wiring in the bathroom. Only very basic cable (the cable guide provided was inaccurate and about two thirds […] of the channels were not available). However, there is free internet. The pool area was not very inviting (probalby due to constructiion) but seemed clean. The hottub was ok, big in size but only 2 jets that hardly made a difference. Hotel not even close to the rating it was given.

I chose to stay at this motel because of the great rate I received. However, I will not likely stay here again. It used to be well maintained and live up to the Ramada name, however it seems to be falling by the way side. My favorite part about the stay was my home made omelet Saturday morning.

We needed a room quick, and having stayed at a Ramada Inn in the past, I knew that it may not always be the fanciest, but it is always dependable. Everything went smoothly - no surprises - and I considered it a good value. The room was suffiicient and only had a few minor flaws, which is common for this size. The room was comfortable but spartan and oddly furnished. The drain in the bathtub either didn't work or was beyond slow.

Very nice room, spacious, well appointed with newer furnishings and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, and the conference rooms were quite nice with good service and amenities. I would recommend this for business travelers, vacationers or for folks looking to hold a meeting or conference in a central location. PS. They have REALLY good coffee!

The outside of the hotel (and even the main lobby) looks lovely. But, once you get to the room areas, you can see a lot of wear and tear. Our room had stains on a couple areas of the carpet, quite a few areas of the walls that needed to be painted (the paint was chipping/flaking off), the shower fixtures were rusty, the caulking around the shower and […] toilet was old, dirty, and coming loose. On the plus side, the bedding was very nice and comfy. The free breakfast was just OK, but appreciated. When I arrived at the Ramada in Kearney, NE they insisted that I had booked a smoking room. It was the most disgusting room I have ever slept in. I woke up in the night (when I actually slept which was barely) and felt like I was going to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe.

Convient hotel in the middle of Kearney, NE. Hotel is dated, and not very clean outside of the rooms. I had a problem with crickets in my room, each morning I would find 3 or 4 in the bathroom. Great breakfast. Nice addition, friendly staff. Saturday morning the man that made the omlet was wonderful!

This hotel placed us in a room on the "Fun Dome." What this meant is that we were subjected to drunken screaming, whistling, music and noise until 1:00 am despite the hotel's policy of enforcing "quiet hours" after 10 pm. John the security man said that he didn't want to ask one particularly loud group to be quiet because "they're obviously drunk, they're […] paying customers, and we don't want to ruin their night." THEY ADVERTISE MANY ATTRACTIONS NEAR THE HOTEL, BUT NOTHING IN THE ROOM TO SHOW YOU. ALSO ADVERTISED WIFI AND WE COULD NOT GET IT IN 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, AND BEDS WERE VERY COMFY, AND POOL AREA WAS NICE.

While I found the price I paid suffice, It quickly became evident why. The comp breakfast was below average quality. Omeletes were advertised, But actually only available one day out of the three days I stayed at this Ramada. Due to several inop bulbs in breakfast room, Lighting was very poor as we ate. This was a problem that existed on a previous […] stay as well. Hot tub water and area were in immediate need of cleaning. I spotted 3 live bugs in bathroom (my room). Exit door near our room did not close securely, Thus allowing entry to building WITHOUT key card. Beds and pillows in my room were very comfortable. We thought this Motel was wonderful! The pool was a little cold and the hot tub looked a little discolored but everything else was great. The breakfast was the best ever! Would definitely stay here again especialy for the great price.

This hotel is very old. There was no elevator to haul all of our belongings up to our room. The pool was very cold, even the kiddie pool. The numbering of the rooms is very confusing. The bed was comfortable but the lack of elevator and the pool being cold was very inconvenient for our family.

Great rates, nice pool, great breakfast.
