I would not wish a night here on my worst enemy. I got a bad vibe from the whole place. When I arrived, there were a few questionable looking characters doing laundry at 1 a.m. who watched me (a single young woman) as I stood nervously outside the locked office, calling on a dirty old phone to have the night clerk let me in to check in. The clerk himself […] was nice, he's just a dude who works there. But the room was DISGUSTING. When I opened the door, I was immediately hit with the stench of god knows what combination of bodily fluids and the cheap industrial cleaner that was used to try to mask it. The carpet was dirty to the point of looking greasy, and I don't even want to know what caused the yellow stains on the sheets or where the hair came from. It may have just been in my head, but I felt itchy the whole time I was there. I actually considered checking right back out and sleeping in my car instead. I've stayed here a few times and this was the first time I was dissatisfied. There was no soap and I had a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking.

The hotel was fine for the price. The people that hung out there though were creepy! My room was broken into while I was sleeping the last night. Not the best experience to say the least.

Very nice, roomy studio, lovely bathroom with tub. Convenient to freeways. Near many other hotels. A bit noisy on holiday weekend as some long-term guests were having parties, and the walls are thin. Staff very helpful and supportive, nice to have laundry on site.

Stayed at many other Crosslands, this one in Sacramento, Rancho Cordova area is very CLEAN, very polite staff, and quite area.

Needed a smoking room so that's what I got. Smokey smell. Also amused at the "view" of the freeway. Overall, I got what I paid for and was pleasantly satisfied. If you need a budget friendly hotel near the freeway this is a winner. If you wanna be babied and pampered that don't request the smoking room.

Room had strange smell. Bathroom had strong odor of urine.

Well first off I rented the room for me and my family pretty late around 930pm after buying a car nearby. We just wanted a cheap close by place to crash til morning. We went to eat prior to checking in so we arrived at the hotel around 1115pm'ish. We didn't know the office closed at 11pm and the office guy was trying to shoo us off until I screamed […] thru the door "We have a reservation!" He let us in and thanks to the cuteness of my daughter he became much more hospitable. First impression of our dbl full size bed room was it smelled and appeared to be clean. The room was on the highway side and was really loud. The beds were terribly firm and I appreciate a normally firm mattress. Also questionable characters were sporatically screaming or laughing outside thru the night. Two different car alarms being set off in the parking lot hours apart woke us up both times to check on our car as well. Along w/ not feeling comfortable at hotels anyway and all that my wife only got about an hour of sleep. Would not stay here again or recommend anyone who wants a comfortable nights rest to stay here either. Przeczytaj więcej

This is a nice hotel, great people who bend over backwards to be helpful, very unusual. I was happy to find a frying pan, dishes, and silverware in the functional little kitchen. wish there was an ice machine! nice to have a phone in the room as well. I had no worries about walking about or my car. It is two buildings down from the Marriot and 1 mile […] away from super Walmart and Safeway. Easy off the freeway even for someone like me who gets easily lost. not the fanciest but nice and functional. we were attending a horse show nearby so it really helped financially being able to cook and set up for our long days at the show. Some guest were very noisey and was smoking drugs I did not like that

I was put into a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, the prior occupants keys were still lying on the bed. I was moved to another room that was in very poor condition and smeeled of a sweaty man. The sheets and blankets were not clean and even had holes in them!!!!! I was so grossed out I would have left but didn't due to arriving so late and my disabled […] son was exhausted. I decided to stick it out. I had requested a ground floor due to his inability to walk very far and was placed on the 2nd floor both times. The service was aweful overall. Clean room, good price. Outside cleanliness left something to be desired. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Like sleeping on a rock.

I was lookomg for something in town qiuet and nice and nor far from home. Room.clean, enjoyed amenities, small frig (freezer could have been deftosted.) Liked balcony view and peacefulness. I will.be bak.

I was pleasantly surprized that this motel was much nicer than expected..for the price i thought that I would get a dull empty feeling room but it had alot of charm and the property was well maintained.

Over all for the price it was a nice stay. The small kitchen could use a face lift but everything worked. It was stocked with the necessary tools for a small room. The bed was a Hotel bed and as comfortable as a Hotel bed is. The carpet could have used some stream cleaning, but it was vacuumed.

Just needed a place to sleep and shower for a regatta at Sacramento Aquatic Center. It is 5miles away and needed to drive to the site, but it was cheaper than area hotels. Got 2 queen size beds that were just right for what we needed. A kitchen table, kitchen sink, small fridge, cabinets, some plates, cups, silverware, microwave, shower, sink & mirror […] in bathroom. We were able to watch part of a movie on TV. We didn't spend much time in the room, but what we got was a lot more than I was expecting for the price. This is a very comfortable place to reside as the staff was very helpful and polite and the hotel was clean and not filled with any interruptions during my stay. i had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would go there again if in the area.

Just needed a decent place to stay for the night. I got in late for check-in, maybe around 10pm or so, but it wasn't a problem. The room was very comfortable and I was very impressed with everything especially for the inexpensive price.

I was able to pick up the gold line right at the AMTRAK station and got off at the SUNRISE stop walked past the Rancho Cordova Marriott (site of the CONquest convention), and Holiday Inn. Quiet room, close to the convention and public transportation, excellent price, VERY courteous and helpful office staff.

Beware of pets as a cat was left behind,yes room smelled.

not the cleanest place ever. dirty carpets, stained mattresses. i only stayed there because i had already booked the room through hotels.com. there are quite a few fast food restaurants around for variety, though, and is close to highway 50.

Bed was small and too firm, TV was tiny and reception spotty. Traffic noise was noticible when everything else is turned off, (especially in the morning if you wake up early and try to go back to sleep). Room has a small refrig, microwave, 2-burner cook top, and utensils. Our room had no ice trays and the hotel has no ice machine. No pool, no gym, no […] food. I was looking for a cheap hotel to act as a relay for an early engagement in the area. I paid very little for this hotel. It's a 2 star hotel and I got exactly what I'd expect. While I was out of the room for the day on business, the hotel staff checked me out of my pre-paid room a day early, packed up my things, and gave my room to someone else. On top of that, by the time I got back to the hotel to discover this, there were no other rooms available. I wasn't even sure if I had all of my belongings until I could get checked […] into another hotel and go through them. No soundproofing from freeway, bed as hard as a rock.

For the price, don't expect the best. It is better than most at this price.

Bed was not comfortable and carpets were in need of replacement. Surprised to find bugs in the room, too. Had heard better about this hotel, but found out it's not for me.

Esta bien el hotel, pero nada de otro mundo. solo para parar 2 o 3 dias.
