Hilton Garden Inn® Roseville - Roseville

I'd recomend that if you are looking at this hotel, that you check on the Larkspur Landing. These two hotels share a parking lot and for about the same price, i found the Larkspur quite a bit nicer, although the garden in was still nice.

Nice place to stay close to everything and everyone we needed to see. Very friendly staff. Very nice location, close to mall and freeways. Enjoy staying here, always a pleasure coming back.

I get that a comfortable bed is a matter of opinion, but when three out of three people in a room unanimously agree that these are not beds, but torture devices, there is a problem. They were so bad that I had to make my own bed from the chair and ottoman in the room by lining it with pillows. These mattresses were completely blown out! It has been […] two days and my back still hurts. The thermostat in the room also was not working properly so climate control was dicey. We had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville. We had a king room and it was very spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to the freeway, but we heard no noise from the traffic. It's also in a great location...looks like a newer part of town. Close to many restaurants, gas station and Starbucks.

The coffee pot was not the one that came with the coffee maker so when we tried to make coffee it went everywhere -- a mess! We told the clertk at the front desk so it wouldn't happen to someone else. I got the feeling he'd heard the complaint before that day. Other then that our stay was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay.. I would recommend you think about having rooms with 2 queen beds in them. It was a tight squeeze for three adults in double beds.

Do not stay on the freeway-side of the hotel (as I did) because of the noise--there is double glass, but the noise still gets in. This seems to have been remodeled into a HGI rather than having been built as one. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Free coffee and tea in the morning are nice, but avoid the buffet breakfast--opt for something simpler […] and cheaper, instead. Location is convenient to good malls and restaurants. I plan on staying here again in the future. The staff were all very friendly. Upon check in the front desk and hotel staff where talking to me and were extremely nice. The rate and room was wonderful and i liked the proximity to the mall and resturants. I enjoyed my stay in Roseville and the Hilton Garden Inn made it possible. Thanks..

Hotel is nice overall but a little "worn and faded" - Helpful staff in convenient location, however it was advertised as having room service. It is only available at night and only from a steakhouse nearby that serves very large, very heavy meals. Hotel hypes up beds that are air inflated and adjustable however dials on my bed were broken. I was disappointed in this hotel for five reasons. 1. the road noise was worse than other hotels I have stayed at that were situated just as close to the freeway. 2. The ac/heater had only one speed and that was way too noisy. 3. The light switch for the bathroom was very erratic...sometimes it took forever to make it work. 4. Excellent location - quiet, clean, comfortable.

I have staye at this hotel several times in the past as always have great customer service. On this occassion, I left a notebook (thank heavens I had a business card inside) and they took the time to give me a call and hold it for my return, I was not too far away by the time the called me. My room was clean, the staff is nice. The noise from the traffic near my was very loud. The beds, I'm guessing are old, they have some funky lumpy mattress pad over them. I won't stay there again. There are many hotels to choose from in the area.

We had a good overall experience with The Hilton Garden Inn. 2 minor complaints - the first that they weren't going to give us the breakfast initially though the hotels.com reservation stated our stay included breakfast and the second issue was that the cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the hallway (tapping loudly on each door, radio communication […] and beeps) so we were woken by the noise. One of our party in another room was woken at 8:30 by cleaning staff asking to come in and clean. That said, Hilton gave us the breakfast anyway, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices for freshly prepared food. The king beds had controls to adjust the firmness. I couldn't really tell much difference. They were comfortable enough (and I'm picky about hotel beds), but not the best for this caliber of hotel. We were in Roseville to attend a wedding. We have family in the area but usually stay in a different hotel. When we tried to make our reservation they were full so we had to search for a new place to stay. We did not know about the Hilton Garden Inn before but after finding it we will stay there from now on when we come to visit. We found the staff […] friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful and very clean. The bed, oh my I can't tell you how good it was to sleep away from home in such a comfortable bed. And one thing that always concerns me is the water pressure in the shower. I have very thick hair and it is hard to get the shampoo out. The water pressure here was great. We are looking forward to coming up to Roseville again and will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We will also recommend it to family and friends. It does sit close to the freeway but we did not hear much road noise and we were on that side. They have a lovely lobby area where I could sit and read in the early morning without waking my husband. The lobby is warm and welcoming, and best of all they have a large assortment of fresh cookies for the guests. This was a big hit with my kids! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and we never heard another guest at any time. I especially liked the shower curtain, which is angled outward to give you space, and has netting where […] your head should be so that you can see out in case your kids should wander in to chat with you. We stayed here to be close to Sunsplash, where we had spent the day, and it was extremely convenient to be so close by. We also had dinner across the parking lot at Tahoe Joe's Steakhouse, and it was nice to be able to walk over for a yummy dinner. the staff was great and the area wonderful. Just a few blcoks away are shopping centers with a nice selection of restaurant choices. As a business traveler this was a big plus. The only 2 negatives - the 1st night my room was on the side of the building by the fwy and that ruined my nights sleep. The other thing that was really annoying was that the […] bathroom door won't stay open. This was our third stay here and as usual the hotel is great for the price.

this is our 2nd year that we have come back to this particular hotel because of what a great experience we had a few years ago. we know we are getting a great room with a comfy bed, flat screen tv and a fridge and microwave and tahoe joes in the parking lot. we never have to worry if we are going to be taken care of because the staff is so nice and […] takes care of our every need. we even got complimentary breakfast for our anniversary. We stayed there the other night and the house keeper walked into our room at 8:30 in the morning. I called to complain and was given a starbucks card for my inconvience. But when the rest of the guests on the third floor complained about the same thing , they were told they should have put the do not disturb sign on the door. What a joke, why doesn't […] the hotel tell you that the housekeeping staff will come into the room at 830am if you dont put the sign up. Descent location, not far from where I had to go, Only restaraunt within walking distance is their steak house. If you want something lighter you need to drive.
